根据信息的质量和价值这两个重要属性,建立了覆盖信息的时效性、关联性和准确性的价值评价指标体系;然后针对多属性群决策问题的描述和求解特点,构建了基于信息评价的相关数学模型,进而计算决策群体对各备选方案的最终排序结果;最后用炮兵防空实例说明其有效性。该方法将信息价值评价的思想引入到群决策,考虑了决策时所获取信息的延时损失及其与决策任务的关联性。 相似文献

研究了空中目标攻击意图判断问题。基于知识推理方法可以利用专家知识,但高精度下计算速度慢,难以满足实时性要求;多属性决策方法计算速度快,但无法利用专家知识。结合两者优点提出了基于直觉模糊产生式规则推理(IPR)和多属性决策的空中目标攻击意图判断模型,直觉模糊产生式规则推理利用专家知识对目标相对独立特征进行高精度推理,获得相对独立特征的攻击意图可能性;多属性决策综合各相对独立特征攻击意图可能性获得目标攻击意图。最后应用一个实例对该模型进行了验证,结果合理且计算速度快,满足实时性要求。 相似文献

信息化条件下有人/无人机编队作战环境具有高度不确定性,如何对目标进行快速有效的威胁评估成为亟待解决的问题.在直觉模糊集框架下,研究决策者对方案具有偏好,目标属性值为区间数且权重未知的评估问题,提出一种量子蜂群(QABC)优化属性权重的直觉模糊多属性决策(IFMADM)的威胁评估方法.首先,建立方案偏好模型;其次,综合考虑客观优化排序和决策者方案偏好信息,建立主客观最优属性权重优化模型,并采用量子蜂群算法优化属性权重,使得属性权重更准确地反映实际情况.最后,通过编队对地作战威胁评估算例验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性. 相似文献

基于直觉模糊集理论,提出了一种新的灰色关联分析方法来研究模糊多属性决策问题.首先,根据直觉模糊集的几何意义,引入了两个直觉模糊集之间的距离,且每个备选方案的评价值用直觉模糊值表示.其次,依据传统灰色关联分析方法的基本思想,通过计算每个方案对直觉模糊正、负理想方案的灰色关联度.然后计算备选方案对直觉模糊正理想方案的相对关联度度.最后,通过一个具体实例说明该方法的有效性和具体应用过程. 相似文献

In the environment of heterogeneous wireless networks, it is vital to select a currently optimal network for applications and subscribers. The use of multiple attribute decision making (MADM) for heterogeneous network selection can provide subscribers with satisfactory service quality. Converting heterogeneous network selection into a MADM problem, the authors present an improved algorithm for MADM based on group decision theory. The algorithm combines weight vectors of multiple attribute decision making to obtain a combinational weight vector. Then the results' compatibility will be assessed. If they do not meet the requirements of compatibility, the judgment matrix will be modified until a comprehensive vector that satisfies compatibility requirements is produced. The vector is combined with simple weighting method (SAW) for network selection. Simulation shows that the algorithm can provide users with satisfactory quality of service (QoS). 相似文献

为了充分利用异构网络中的无线资源,提出了一种基于多网络并行传输的异构网络接入选择算法,该算法根据终端接收信号功率确定能够进行通信的无线网络,以这些无线网络的任意非空子集作为候选方案,计算各个方案对应的聚合属性,再根据吞吐量和功耗阈值条件限定候选网络方案,对这些方案建立多属性决策矩阵,采用基于用户偏好的逼近理想值排序法(TOPSIS)得到各个候选网络方案的效用函数值,从中选出与理想方案最接近的多网络接入方案。仿真结果表明该算法能有效改善用户服务质量,提高用户吞吐量,降低用户的单位吞吐量对应的功耗和费用,保证网络的负载均衡。 相似文献

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) have attracted much research attentions in the recent years. Although there are many outstanding solutions of geographic routing designed for the VANETs, only one or two features of the VANETs have been specifically utilized in each of the proposed solutions. In this paper, we propose a novel adaptive fuzzy multiple attribute decision routing (AFMADR) scheme, by which a packet carrier is supposed to be a decision maker in the selection of a target for the next hop transmission with more factors to be considered. The AFMADR scheme consists of four steps. Firstly, the candidate vehicles are characterized by four attributes including the distance, the direction, the road density, and the location to obtain a fuzzy attribute score of each attribute. Secondly, according to the real‐time conditions of the candidates' attributes, weights of attributes will be calculated by the proposed adaptive weight algorithm, which makes the AFMADR scheme more scalable and robust in different VANET scenarios. Then, a fuzzy performance score will be produced for each candidate based on the fuzzy attribute score and their real‐time weights. Lastly, a route decision is made by choosing a candidate with the highest performance score as the target for the next hop transmission. We carry out simulation experiments to compare the performance of the AFMADR scheme with the existing well‐known geographic routing protocols for the VANETs. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed AFMADR scheme can achieve the best performance in terms of the highest delivery ratio and the lowest delivery delay with a reasonable number of hops among all protocols in all the simulation scenarios. An MADM-based algorithm called IFM is presented on integrated heterogeneous wireless network selection. It aims to maximize the difference among candidate networks in order to obtain weights of each attribute. Compared with the AHP-based algorithm in several aspects, performance evaluation shows that it ensures the accuray of decision making and improves the distance among candidate networks. The changes of the number of attributes and candidate networks have less influence on the attribute objectiveness of weighted values and attribute importance. One of the key issues for radio resources management is network selection strategy in heterogeneous scenarios.In order to provide ubiquitous service,the paper puts forward a network selection algorithm based on multiple attribute decision making(MADM) and group decision making(GDM).Firstly,the proposed algorithm acquires attribute weights’ vectors of the subjective and objective decision makers based on MADM,and then the two attribute weights’ vectors are synthesized to be a new attribute weights’ vector by using GDM.Considering that the results of GDM should be reasonable and convincible,the criterion of consistency is adopted for judging the compatibility of group judgments.More specifically,the algorithm takes into account not only objective attributes of networks but also the preference of subscribers and traffic class.Hence it guarantees that the subscribers can not select the networks with poor performance depending on their preference.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the handoff number and provide subscribers with satisfactory quality of service(QoS). 相似文献
