抗菌搪瓷及其性能的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在搪瓷面釉中引入磷酸银抗菌剂,研制出了抗菌搪瓷。在确定了抗菌搪瓷的底釉和面釉的配方及其烧成温度制度的基础上,主要研究了烧成温度对银挥发量的影响,并对在不同的烧成温度下,Ag^ 在釉层中的径向分布情况进行了分析。结果表明:制备抗菌搪瓷时,在面釉中加入1.5%Ag3PO4、烧成温度为940℃时即获得良好的抗菌效果、釉面质量及抗菌耐久性。  相似文献

本发明公布了一种制备抗菌卫生陶瓷、建筑陶瓷、日用陶瓷、工业搪瓷、日用搪瓷等制品的方法。把无机抗菌剂与普通卫生陶瓷、建筑陶瓷、日用陶瓷、工业搪瓷、日用搪瓷等制品釉分别按照0.2%~10%的比例均匀混合后,采用浸渍、喷涂、丝网印刷、贴花等方法涂布于面砖、卫生洁具等卫生陶瓷、建筑陶瓷、日用陶瓷、工业搪瓷、日用搪瓷等制品产品的表面,通过650~1350℃下烧成得到抗菌卫生陶瓷、建筑陶瓷、日用陶瓷、工业搪瓷、日用搪瓷等制品。该类抗菌制品的6小时灭菌率可达到90%以上。  相似文献

A procedure is presented for the modification of the current method of developing the boron-curcumin color complex for a quantitative determination of boron in glass. Instead of evaporating an aliquot of the solution to be tested and baking the residue at 55°± 3°C. for a specified time with curcumin indicator solution, the color complex is developed by dissolving a measured volume of test solution in glacial acetic acid with sulfuric acid.  相似文献

A study of the reactions at the interface of enamels and steel during firing has been made using a reflecting microscope, an electron microscope, an X-ray spectrometer, and a light spectrograph. Much attention has been given to the tendency of a number of oxides, e.g., cobalt oxide and nickel oxide, to develop a typical roughening of the base metal during firing. This roughening appears to be caused by two successive electrochemical reactions at the interface of the enamel and steel. With the aid of the results, a short explanation is given of the various ways in which enamels may adhere to steel.  相似文献

The galvanic corrosion theory of adherence between ground-coat enamels and steel was investigated as a part of a broad study of the bonding mechanism between ceramics and metals. The theory, which is outlined in this report, is based on the mechanical anchoring of the enamel into the pits formed by the galvanic attack of the enamel on the steel surface. The theory was first examined from the standpoint of the data on adherence obtained in earlier studies at the National Bureau of Standards. In addition, several experiments were performed which demonstrated that galvanic corrosion of the metal base could occur during the short firing times encountered in enamel processing. On the other hand, certain inconsistencies were observed in the data which indicated that the mechanism of galvanic attack followed by mechanical anchoring was not the only important factor affecting the bond strength.  相似文献

The adherence of vitreous enamels on steel plates is studied clarifying the mechanisms taking place at the interface during firing. Evidence is provided from electron microprobe analysis for an iron alloy precipitation at the interface, which results from oversaturation of ferrous iron in the enamel glass. Subsequent coalescence of the alloy particles is observed but only after their bonding to the base metal adherence after cupping is achieved. The formation of microalloys requires Co2+, Ni2+, and Cu2+ ions in the enamel glass. A selective dissolution of the base metal by the latter cations does not occur.  相似文献

Although acid etching is routinely used to condition tooth surfaces, it increases the caries susceptibility of enamel and enhances enamel demineralization; thus the role of alternative surface treatments such as alumina air abrasion and erbium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet (Er:YAG) laser irradiation for tooth conditioning is controversial. This study was undertaken to compare the effects of different conditioning methods on the shear bond strength (SBS) of resin cement on enamel and dentin. Prepared permanent human dentin and enamel samples (N = 210) embedded in clear acrylic resin were conditioned by 37% phosphoric acid etching, 50-µm alumina air abrasion, Er:YAG laser irradiation (120 mJ, 10 Hz, medium short pulse mode), or their combinations. Porcelain laminates were cemented by using photopolymerizing luting composite. SBS was evaluated after thermal cycling (10,000 cycles, 5–55°C) and fracture types (adhesive, cohesive, or mixed) were observed by stereomicroscopy. Data were analyzed by Kruskal–Wallis analysis of variance and followed by Tamhane's test (p < 0.05). Enamel and dentin specimens showed significant differences in SBS (p < 0.000). Er:YAG laser etching presents successful alternatives to acid etching on dentin surfaces; it does not enhance adhesion of the resin cement on enamel surfaces.  相似文献
