印制电路板(PCB)基材预设位置活化是选择性化学镀铜法制作导电线路的关键工艺。以乙酸铜为催化剂前驱体、硫脲为络合剂、双酚A二缩水甘油醚为环氧树脂(EP)预聚物、试剂593为固化剂和丙二醇甲醚为溶剂,设计出一种基于EP兼容的Cu2+溶液,借助喷墨打印机把兼容性Cu2+溶液印刷在EP基材表面,采用选择性化学镀铜法加成制备了铜导电线路。基于量子化学密度泛函理论,模拟兼容性Cu2+溶液中硫脲分子与Cu2+之间的络合反应,利用红外光谱和拉曼光谱对兼容性Cu2+溶液中特殊官能团进行表征。结果表明:铜线路中晶粒结晶度良好且堆积致密,其电阻率低至2.62×10?6 Ω·cm;在改性层的帮助下,铜线路与EP基材之间的结合力达到5B级别。因此,EP基材兼容性改性催化铜导电线路沉积具有工艺简单、经济环保的优点,这对其他常用树脂基材兼容性改性加成制备PCB具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

The oxide films were obtained in an electrolyte of calcium glyeerphosphate (Ca-GP) and calcium acetate (CA) by mieroare oxidation (MAO). The oxide films displayed a porous and rough structure on the film surface, and the roughness tended to increase with inereasing voltage of mieroare oxidation. The oxide film exhibited a uniform coating and tends to be well boned to the substrate. The thiekness of oxide films depended on the final voltage at a eonstant concentration of eleetrolyte solution. Ca and P were also incorporated into the oxide film during the mieroarc oxidation process, It was found that the electrolyte of ealeium glyeerphosphate ( Ca-GP) and ealeium acetate (CA) was suitable for microarc oxidation to form oxide film eontaining Ca and P on Ti substrate. The eoneentration of Ca and P were 11.6 at% and 6. 4 at% , respectively, when microare oxidation was performed in the electrolyte of 0. 06 M Ca-GP and 0. 25 M CA at current density 50 A/m^2 and final voltage 350 V. The composition of the Ca, P and Ti changed during depth profiling. The crystalline phases were only anatase when final voltage was below 300 V and rutile was presented when voltage was up to 350V. Ti/Cu/N coatings with different Cu contents were deposited on titanium alloy surface by the DC magnetron sputtering technique.XPS and FESEM were employed to characterize the composition and structure of the coating on the Ti6A14 V substrates.In addition,The adhesion force,friction,and wear properties of the Ti/Cu/N coatings were investigated.The experimental results showed that the coarse particles of the coatings would grow more and the surface roughness increased with the increase of copper content in the coatings;The coatings showed a strong adhesion force;The friction coefficient of the coating of the samples was less than the substrate,reaching 0.19 at least.The wear resistance of the coatings could be improved by optimizing and controlling the relative content of Ti,Cu,N elements on the titanium alloy surface,especially the 10.98 at%contents of the copper.The sample C2 kept the best wear resistance.  相似文献

采用真空离子镀膜机在SiO2玻璃基片表面分别蒸镀Cu和Al薄膜,3组参数6次制备12个铝或铜薄膜试样.实验表明:相同工艺条件下,铝膜较铜膜附着力更强,膜厚更大,更易形成薄膜且结构均匀致密.经测试可知:当铝膜的轰击电压为175V,烘烤电压为160V,蒸镀时间为2h、铜膜的轰击电压为200V,烘烤电压为100V,蒸镀时间为1.8h,制得的样品纯度高,杂质含量少,微观结构与膜厚最理想,界面结构规范,平滑,吸附力强,薄膜界面微观粗糙性和形状较佳.  相似文献

Malachite is one of the main minerals used for the industrial enrichment and recovery of copper oxide resources, and copper ions are unavoidable metal ions in the flotation pulp. The microflotation, contact angle, and adsorption experiments indicated that pretreatment with an appropriate concentration of copper ions could improve the malachite recovery, and the addition of excess copper ions reduced the hydrophobicity of the malachite surface. The results of zeta potential tests indicated that sodium sulfide and butyl xanthate were also adsorbed on the surface of malachite pretreated with copper ions. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results indicated that —Cu—O and —Cu—OH bonds were formed on the surface of the samples. After pretreatment with an appropriate concentration of copper ions, the number of —OH groups on the mineral surface decreased, whereas the number of Cu—S groups on the mineral surface increased, which was conducive to the sulfidization of malachite. After adding a high concentration of copper ions, the —OH groups on the mineral surface increased, whereas the number of Cu—S groups decreased, which had an adverse effect on the sulfidization flotation of malachite. Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry showed that pretreatment with copper ions resulted in a thicker sulfidization layer on the mineral surface.  相似文献

在甘油磷酸钙和醋酸钙电解液中采用直流电源对纯Ti进行了微弧氧化。采用微弧氧化方法所制备的氧化膜具有粗糙多孔的结构,且微孔直径随着电压的增加而增大。AES分析表明在基体与氧化膜界面发生了扩散,从基体钛到氧化膜的表面氧的浓度逐渐增大,钛的浓度逐渐减小。XPS分析表明氧化膜的组成随着所施加的微弧氧化电压而改变,微弧氧化电压为200V时TiO2、Ti2O3和TiO占Ti的原子百分比分别为72.61%、22.08%和5.31%;当微弧氧化电压为350V时氧化膜表面Ti元素只由TiO2、Ti2O3组成,且占Ti的原子百分比分别为85.48%、14.52%。  相似文献

Cupric hydroxide films with a new hierarchical architecture consisting of beautiful nanotubes and nanoflowers were directly fabricated on copper substrate via a solution-immersion process at a constant temperature of 23?℃. Stable superhydrophobic Cu(OH)2 surface was obtained after Cu(OH)2 films were modified with hydrolyzed 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltrichlorosilane (C8H4Cl3F13Si, FOTMS). The surface morphology and composition of the film were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), respectively. Result shows that the surface of Cu(OH)2 films directly grown on copper substrate was hydrophilic, whereas the modified Cu(OH)2 films exhibited the superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle (CA) of about 160.8°, as well as a small sliding angle (SA) of about 1°. The special hierarchical structure, along with the slow surface energy leads to the high superhydrophobicity of the surface.  相似文献

为研究一氧化氮(NO)与金属铜对海洋微藻生长的影响,选用中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和裸甲藻(Gymnodinium sp.)进行了不同NO和Cu浓度、不同添加方式的室内培养实验,初步探讨了它们的作用机制.结果表明:一次性或每天两次加入不同浓度NO(10-5~10-10mol/L),对微藻的生长表现出不同程度的促进或抑制作用,呈"两面性".一次性加入1.4、0.001 4μmol/L NO或每天两次加入0.001 4μmol/L NO,对处于正常生长或铜胁迫下微藻的生长都有促进作用,表现出NO能"抵御"铜对微藻生长的抑制作用.NO对微藻的生长具有重要的调控作用,这可能与NO所具有的抗氧化作用有关.  相似文献

The composite films consisting of the titania gel impregnated with hydroxyapatite (HAP) submicron particles were prepared on commercial Ti6A14V plates processed by a sol-gel route. HAP powders were synthesized based on wet chemical precipitation method with Ca(NO3)2.4H2O and (NH4)2HPO4 as starting reagents. After being calcined at 900℃, HAP powders were ultrasonically scattered in ethanol to produce HAP sol. The titania sol was prepared using titanium (IV) isopropoxide {Ti[OCH(CH3)2]4} as precursor. Both the titania sol and the HAP/titania mixture were sequentially spin-coated on the substrates and calcined at various temperatures. The characteristics and mechanical adhesion of the composite films were investigated. The results show that the as-prepared films are dense, homogeneous, well-crystallized, and there is a good interfacial adhesion between the film and the substrate. The in vitro bioactivities of these films were discussed based on the analysis of the variations of Ca and P concentrations in the simulated body fluid and their surface morphologies against immersion time.  相似文献

进行了反应合成法制备AgCuO材料的热力学计算和数据分析.结果表明,当反应温度小于500K时,合成反应属于固一固间的置换反应;当反应温度大于500K时,合成反应属于固-气间的氧化反应.通过计算500~1200K范围内Ag2O的分解氧分压、Cu的氧分压,确定Ag-Cu合金氧化反应的最终产物为AgCuO,而不存AgCuO相.氧分压的分析为制定反应合成法制备AgCuO材料的工艺参数提供了理论依据,采用氧分压条件作为银金属氧化物反应合成的判据是完全可行的.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法,在1mol/L的KOH溶液中控制电位-1000mV--450mV(V8SEC)之间以1mV/s的速度扫描,在铜片基体上生成Ca2O薄膜。采用阴极电沉积法,以0.1moL/L的CH3COONa和0.02moL/L的(CH3COO)2Cu溶液作为电解液,控制恒电位-245mV(vs SEC)、室温条件下电沉积2h-3h在石墨板上制得Cu2O薄膜。分别用两种方法制得的薄膜催化剂对甲基橙溶液进行了光催化及光电催化降解。实验表明:铜片基体上膜的降解效果稍好于石墨基体上的膜;当加偏压后,偏压越大降解率越高。在反应器中,两种不同基体制备的薄膜,其光电催化降解甲基橙的降解率均可迭70%.  相似文献

SiCp/Cu composites with a compact microstructure were successfully fabricated by vacuum hot-pressing method. In order to suppress the detrimental interfacial reactions and ameliorate the interfacial bonding between copper and silicon carbide, molybdenum coating was deposited on the surface of silicon carbide by magnetron sputtering method and crystallized heat-treatment. The effects of the interfacial design on the thermo-physical properties of Si Cp/Cu composites were studied in detail. Thermal conductivity and expansion test results showed that silicon carbide particles coated with uniform and compact molybdenum coating have improved the comprehensive thermal properties of the Si Cp/Cu composites. Furthermore, the adhesion of the interface between silicon carbide and copper was significantly strengthened after molybdenum coating. Si Cp/Cu composites with a maximum thermal conductivity of 274.056 W/(m·K) and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 9 ppm/K were successfully prepared when the volume of silicon carbide was about 50%, and these Si Cp/Cu composites have potential applications for the electronic packageing of the high integration electronic devices.  相似文献

Tin oxide(SnO_2) and fluorine doped tin oxide(FTO) films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel spin-coating using SnCl_4 and NH_4F precursors.Fluorine doping concentration was fixed at 4 at%and 20 at%by controlling precursor sol composition.Films exhibited the tetragonal rutile-type crystal structure regardless of fluorine concentration.Uniform and highly transparent FTO films,with more than 85%of optical transmittance,were obtained by annealing at 600℃.Florine doping of films was verified by analyzing the valence band region obtained by XPS.It was found that the fluorine doping affects the shape of valence band of SnO_2 films.In addition,it was observed that the band gap of SnO_2 is reduced as well as the Fermi level is upward shifted by the effect of fluorine doping.  相似文献

采用离子注入技术,将Zn离子注入到非晶SiO2中.注入后样品在氧气氛围下分别经600℃、700℃、800℃退火.用光学吸收谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对注入样品以及退火的样品进行分析.实验结果表明:经700℃退火后,注入形成的Zn粒子迁移到衬底表面并形成ZnO薄膜.由该方法制备的ZnO薄膜实用于器件研制,具有很好的应用前景.  相似文献

采用铜模吸铸法制备直径为3,6 mm的Ti64Fe18Cu18,Ti68Fe18Cu16,Ti70Fe18Cu12和Ti74Fe18Cu84种Ti-Fe-Cu合金圆棒,通过X射线衍射仪和光学显微镜观察该合金样品的微观组织结构,并对其进行压缩实验和抗腐蚀性能测试,研究合金样品的力学性能、抗氧化性能及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:制备的Ti-Fe-Cu合金相主要是由立方cp2 Ti(Fe,Cu)金属间化合物和bccβTi固溶体组成;随着Cu含量的减少,Ti-Fe-Cu合金硬度和室温塑性逐渐增大,且最大压缩塑可达18%;此合金具有良好的抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能,与传统的Ti-6Al-4V合金相比,其制造成本更低,性能更优异。  相似文献

采用磁控溅射法在NiTi下腔静脉滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层,与裸滤器相比,滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层后并不明显改变滤器尺寸,不同工艺条件下滤器表面Cu/Ti原子百分比没有明显差别。滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层使滤器的相变温度明显升高,并且随着镀膜温度和镀膜时间的增加,镀膜滤器的相变温度改变量逐渐增大;同时,随着镀膜温度的升高和镀膜时间的延长,试样径向力的减小量逐渐增大,与镀膜前的裸滤器相比,镀膜后滤器的力-位移曲线的下屈服平台有所降低。  相似文献
