随着SemanticWeb技术的发展,基于Ontology的空间信息服务是分布式网络环境下异构信息资源共享与互操作实现的可行途径。在对基于Geo-Ontology的信息服务实现机制、构建策略及服务流程进行深入探索的基础上,结合目前主流商品化GIS软件,提出实现基于Geo-Ontology的矿产资源空间信息共享与互操作方案。方案的构建将分散在Internet上的矿产资源信息系统开放和动态地集成在一起,实现分布式环境下异构矿产资源空间信息的共享与互操作。  相似文献

从制造商利润最大化的角度,研究了供应链中信息共享的最优范围,给出了最优范围的具体算法。当实施信息共享的费用大于某一定值时,制造商的最优信息共享范围小于n(n为合作伙伴个数)。从社会的角度,为了节约资源,最优的信息共享范围应等于n,即在全部合作伙伴中实现信息共享。因此,政府需采取一定的政策措施,引导制造商在全部合作伙伴中实现信息共享。  相似文献

为解决系统集成过程中制造信息共享困难的问题,提出一种采用服务的方式来实现制造信息共享和集成的方法.构建包括产品、工艺、企业资源和组织结构在内的制造信息模型.在分析制造信息共享情况的基础上,总结定义了描述制造信息和服务的表达式,建立制造信息模型服务化的方法;对制造信息访问接口进行分析,建立制造信息访问服务化的机制,包括访问接口封装规则、访问服务适配器以及服务的管理和执行环境三个部分.通过结合某航空制造企业的系统集成应用进行验证,说明了所建立方法的可行性.  相似文献

目的 为更好地满足社区居民获取药品信息需求,构建以人民健康为中心、以解决社区患者医卫的基本需求为服务重点的居民药品信息服务设计框架,提升就医前后的服务质量。方法 通过文献调研药品认知现况,运用行为观察法、用户访谈法等,分析国内现有药品信息服务中的痛点,结合服务设计理念、策略、方法,定义关键触点,将其融入居民的药品信息传递中,针对性地探索药品信息平台的服务设计框架。结果 提出了以社区居民为中心的利于平台建设协同化、信息服务系统化、关键触点显性化、信息传递可视化的闭环反馈方案,完成了相关服务系统及其蓝图,为解决居民获取药品信息低效、不易甄别,缺少良好反馈机制等问题,迈出了重要的一步。结论 完成了药品信息平台的服务设计框架及蓝图构建,为消除服务资源及过程壁垒,优化药品信息服务,提升用户体验、驱动社区医疗创新发挥了积极作用;同时为设计师借助智能化服务平台,形成社交化信息圈层,强化智能管理,推动服务设计思维的更加人性化、系统化提供了新思路与新方式。  相似文献

Information sharing in supply chains: Incentives for information distortion   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The existing literature on supply chain information sharing assumes that information is shared truthfully. Unless each party can verify the authenticity of the other party's information, manufacturers and retailers may divulge false information for their own benefit. These information distortions may reduce the benefit levels or even stop information sharing in supply chains. We analyze the incentives for manufacturers and retailers within a supply chain to distort information when they share it and propose a mechanism that results in truthful information sharing. We consider a make-to-order supply chain consisting of a single manufacturer and a single retailer. The manufacturer and the retailer set prices based on their private forecasts of uncertain demand. If both parties share their forecasts truthfully, the manufacturer always benefits; however, the retailer benefits only if the manufacturer sets a lower wholesale price when information is shared compared to when information is not shared. However, we show that the manufacturer and the retailer, respectively, have an incentive to overstate and understate their forecasts while sharing information. The information distortion phenomenon is the direct result of each party exploiting its private information to appropriate the gains from information sharing. We show that the incentives to distort information are eliminated and both parties benefit from information sharing if the manufacturer and the retailer can agree on their relative profit margins prior to information sharing.  相似文献

本文以广东省珠三角地区制造企业为调查对象,对供应链伙伴关系、信息共享与企业运营绩效之间关系进行研究.研究结果表明,供应链伙伴关系对信息共享存在显著的正向影响,即增强供应链伙伴关系将有助于提高企业之间信息共享水平;信息共享对企业运营绩效存在显著的正向影响;供应链伙伴关系不仅直接影响企业运营绩效,而且通过信息共享间接地影响到企业运营绩效.另外,我们还发现在供应链伙伴关系中的信任对信息共享与企业运营绩效均有非常显著的影响.本文研究结论可为我国制造企业实施供应链管理策略提供理论指导.  相似文献

构建了制造商与供应商间信任关系、IT匹配、信息共享、制造商运营绩效之间关系的理论模型。通过对广东省珠三角地区272家制造企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对提出的假设及概念模型进行检验。研究结果显示,能力信任对善意信任有着显著的正向影响;善意信任对信息共享、IT匹配有着显著的正向影响,但能力信任对信息共享、IT匹配的影响并不显著;IT匹配对信息共享和制造商运营绩效都有着显著的正向影响;信息共享对制造商运营绩效有着显著的正向影响。研究表明,企业不仅要通过加强对IT匹配的投资来改善信息共享及运营绩效,还要善于建立供应链伙伴间信任关系来提高信息共享及运营绩效水平。  相似文献

Managerial ties and trust are important factors in facilitating collaboration and reducing opportunistic behaviour. There is, however, a lack of empirical evidence on how these relational factors influence the sharing of information among supply chain partners. For example, do stronger managerial ties help to improve supply chain information sharing (SCIS) and reduce supplier opportunism? To what extent SCIS is influenced by managerial ties and trust? How do managerial ties interact with trust in influencing SCIS? Using data from 272 Chinese manufacturers, this paper examines the impact of managerial ties and trust on SCIS and supplier opportunism. The results show that, through trust managerial ties can significantly influence the extent of information sharing and the quality of the information shared. Managerial ties also have a direct impact on the extent of information sharing, but not on the quality of the information shared. The main implication for management practice is that the quality of the information shared – rather than the extent of information sharing – should be seen as the main leverage in reducing supplier opportunism.  相似文献

With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, cloud services have now become a new business model for information services. The cloud server provides the IT resources required by customers in a self-service manner through the network, realizing business expansion and rapid innovation. However, due to the insufficient protection of data privacy, the problem of data privacy leakage in cloud storage is threatening cloud computing. To address the problem, we propose BC-PECK, a data protection scheme based on blockchain and public key searchable encryption. Firstly, all the data is protected by the encryption algorithm. The privacy data is encrypted and stored in a cloud server, while the ciphertext index is established by a public key searchable encryption scheme and stored on the blockchain. Secondly, based on the characteristics of trusted execution of smart contract technology, a control mechanism for data accessing and sharing is given. Data transaction is automatically recorded on the blockchain, which is fairer under the premise of ensuring the privacy and security of the data sharing process. Finally, we analyzed the security and fairness of the current scheme. Through the comparison with similar schemes, we have shown the advantages of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Although it has been argued that the design of production systems is crucial, there is a general lack of empirical studies analysing and identifying resources and capabilities required for an efficient production system design process. One of these resources is the critical role attributed to design information and one such capability is how the design information is managed. To address this research gap, this paper reports the results from two in-depth case studies in the automotive industry focusing on the management of design information in the production system design process. Our results show that design information management needs to be understood as a multidimensional concept having three dimensions: acquiring, sharing and using design information. By focusing on the three dimensions, six characteristics affecting the management of design information when designing the production system are identified. The characteristics are information type, source of information, communication medium, formalisation, information quality and pragmatic information.  相似文献

This research investigates the impact of reputation information sharing in an auction-based job allocation system using a multi-agent based simulation model based on three performance measures: economic efficiency, throughput index, and penalty index. Two forms of reputation information sharing systems, dyadic and public, were implemented and studied. Dyadic reputation systems deal with one-to-one information sharing, while public reputation systems deal with many-to-many information sharing. The paper proposes a hybrid auction mechanism, which is a combination of the sealed bid and reverse auction mechanisms. Analysis of the simulation results shows that reputation information sharing benefits the system tremendously by increasing the overall economic efficiency and throughput index, while decreasing the penalty index of the system. The results also show that as the significance of reputation in the market increases, the benefits realised in terms of economic efficiency and throughput index also increases.  相似文献

Information sharing is beneficial for supply chains, but often has marginally decreasing impacts on profit due to the costly expense of collecting more detailed information. This study aims to determine the optimal degree of information sharing with consideration of the trade-off between the cost of collecting information and the benefits gained by utilising it to enhance the profit of a two-echelon supply chain. Based on the analytical results, the profit that the supplier gains from information sharing can stem from the decrease in inventory cost after having more accurate information about demand. Furthermore, the impacts that the cost of collecting information has on the optimal degree of information sharing are investigated, and the results show that the optimal degree of information sharing is positively correlated to the correlation of successive market demand, that is, when the demand for successive periods is more correlated, information sharing becomes more valuable, and hence the optimal degree of information sharing increases.  相似文献

We consider ex post demand information sharing in a two-echelon supply chain in which two suppliers sell differentiated products through a common retailer. We model three scenarios of information sharing to characterise the conditions under which information sharing may benefit or hurt different players: (1) no supplier is informed; (2) only one supplier is informed; and (3) both suppliers are informed. We find that the retailer may voluntarily share the low demand information when the product differentiation and demand magnitude satisfy certain conditions. In contrast, the retailer has no incentive to share the high demand information, even though this information benefits the suppliers. To achieve information sharing, we propose a side payment mechanism, which allows benefitted players to subsidise hurtful players. Finally, we extend our model by considering a situation where the suppliers have limited capacity and may invest to ramp up production capacity to satisfy a high demand.  相似文献
