The surface tensions of coal tar distillates have been measured along with their densities and average boiling points. As in the case of most organic liquids, the surface tension for any one oil varies as the fourth power of the density when temperature is altered. The value of the surface tension y20 of an oil at 20° in dynes/cm is given by the following equation:. y20 = 93.8 d20-0.0496 tb-47.5 where d20 is the density of the oil in g/cm3 at 20° and tb is the average boiling point in °c. A method for calculation of y at other temperatures is suggested. 相似文献

Conclusions Medium-temperature coal tar pitches are effective bonds for making unfired dolomite and dolomite —magnesite refractories by pressing bodies heated to 100–120°C. The features of the refractories with a pitch bond are the higher contents of carbon resistant to oxidation (about 4%), and the higher compressive strength (400–500 kg/cm2), and finally the higher hydration resistance (10 days).Refractories bonded with pitch are much better than products containing tar, and accordingly offer a greater resistance when used in oxygen converter linings.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 3, pp. 6–15, March, 1971. 相似文献

以对甲基苯甲醛(4-MB)为改性剂,在对甲苯磺酸(PTS)的催化作用下对煤沥青(CTP)进行改性制取沥青中间相。采用偏光显微镜研究改性煤沥青的光学组织结构;采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察改性煤沥青的形貌。结果表明:随对甲基苯甲醛的用量、温度及热处理时间的不同,改性煤沥青可得到超镶嵌(SM)、小域(SD)和广域(D)3种光学组织结构;在一定的工艺条件下,改性煤沥青的光学组织结构显著改善,出现了大量的中间相小球体;改性后煤沥青出现较好的纤维状结构。因此,改性后的煤沥青有望成为优质的沥青中间相。 相似文献

以煤沥青为原料,采用直接热聚合工艺制备出优质中间相沥青。研究了热聚合温度及保温时间对中间相沥青族组成及光学组织结构等性能的影响,并对反应机理进行了深入研究,得到了制备中间相沥青的最佳工艺条件。研究表明,在一定条件下,通过热聚合,在低温、长时间或高温、短时间都能制备优质中间相沥青。在360℃、5 h条件下制备的中间相球晶较小,分布较分散;而在380℃、4 h条件下制备的球晶较大,分布较集中。制备的中间相可作为高级炭材料的优质前躯体,为制取高质量的新型炭材料提供了一条新的途径,对煤炭资源的综合利用具有十分重要的意义。 相似文献

At temperatures up to about 200 ° the viscosity of pitch, of approximately 100 °C Ring and Ball Softening Point, follows a predictable variation with temperature. Above 200 °C, variations occur depending on the source of the pitch, although a minimum viscosity is always achieved between 320 and 400 °C, followed by a rise. On heat treating at a constant temperature of 400 °C the viscosity rises. Although some preliminary work on two low-temperature pitches indicates a different regime, the work on coke-oven pitches shows a clear relation between viscosity rise and the formation of toluene- and quinoline-insolubles by what appears to be consecutive reactions from tar oils, during which the rheological behaviour becomes increasingly pseudoplastic. 相似文献

煤焦油沥青的甲苯可溶物中添加废聚丙烯塑料,对生成中间相的可溶性、共熔性、流动性、分子结构的变化进行了研究。结果表明,可溶性中间相沥青的含量从22%提高到52%,并且中间相沥青的光学结构从中间相含量为74%、内含各向同性相的粗镶嵌结构改善为中间相含量为100%的广域融并体。中间相的表观黏度分析显示添加废聚苯丙烯塑料在整个热处理过程中由于共熔效应的增强,降低了沥青基质的表观黏度,并且中间相沥青从触变性变为非触变性。红外和核磁共振分析表明通过添加废聚苯丙烯塑料,中间相沥青吡啶可溶物发生烷基增多的现象,出现较多的α取代亚甲基结构。而X射线衍射结果显示在添加废聚苯丙烯后由于烷基的增多,使芳香平面分子堆积变好。 相似文献

This paper describes a new method to remove nitrogen from coal derived pitches, using catalytic hydrotreating in supercritical toluene-tetralin. The results obtained suggest that nitrogen was selectively removed from the mother pitch, the reaction rate was much higher than that in conventional processes due to higher diffusivity, and coke deposition on the catalyst could be prevented perhaps due to the high solvent power of the supercritical fluid. 相似文献

The properties of petro/coal tar pitch and distillate fractions obtained in the joint distillation of coal tar and heavy pyrolytic
oil from ethylene production are described. The petro/coal tar pitch is particularly reactive in heat treatment and air-blowing.
The petro/coal tar pitch may be used as less carcinogenic binder and impregnating electrode pitch. 相似文献
