1.设备情况 某厂从日本引进的玻璃棉生产线,投产后运行状态良好。为了提高设备的管理水平,对其进行振动状态监测,这条生产线只有一台脱水风机是国产设备,且振动一直很大。通过对其进行周期性监测,并进一步做了对中处理和现场动平衡,运行情况达到了良好。

银山矿业露天采场生产爆破振动测试分析

为研究露天开采过程中生产爆破振动波的衰减规律及其对临近边坡稳定性的影响,以银山露天矿爆破开采工程为背景,对露天采区进行爆破振动效应测试试验。试验结果表明:(1)根据测点与爆源距离、单段最大爆破炸药量、实际测得的振速,采用数理统计原理的最小二乘法进行线性回归分析,得到爆破地震波衰减参数K、α,其爆破振动质点振动速度衰减规律公式为:■;(2)采区临近边坡爆破时,宜采用预裂爆破等控制爆破技术,减少单段最大爆破药量及爆破规模,以此降低爆破振动对边坡稳定性的影响。

Experimental studies of subjective response to road traffic-induced building vibration

The metabolism of D-galactose is a major feature of red-algal physiology. We have cloned and sequenced a gene from the red alga Gracilaria gracilis that encodes a key enzyme of D-galactose metabolism, galactose-1-phosphate uridylyltransferase (GALT). This gene, designated GgGALT1, is apparently devoid of introns. A potential TATA box, four potential CAAT boxes, and a repeated sequence occur in the 5'-flanking region. The predicted 369-aa peptide shares significant sequence similarity with GALTs from other organisms (human, 47%; Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 49%; Solanum tuberosum, 49%). Southern-hybridization analysis reveals two related, but apparently not identical, GALT genes in the nuclear genome of G. gracilis. Sequence analysis indicates that the GgGALT1 enzyme lacks a rubredoxin "knuckle" motif, which in bacterial and fungal GALTs is involved in binding zinc. An open reading frame encoding a potential peptidyl tRNA hydrolase occurs 179 bp downstream from the GgGALT1 gene.     

The hemorheologic effects of hand-transmitted vibration

Vibration white finger (VWF) is an ischemic condition of the hands that is associated with long-term exposure to hand-held vibration tools. The pathophysiology of VWF remains unknown. The aim of this study was to assess the hemorheologic effect of acute hand-transmitted vibration. This study investigated 52 men divided into two groups: VWF = 29, mean age 46.9 years (range twenty-two to sixty-six); Controls = 23, mean age 42.8 years (range twenty to sixty-four). Each subject gripped a vibrating handle for seven minutes thirty seconds at a vibration frequency of 120 Hz with an amplitude of displacement of 0.25 mm. Venous blood was analyzed before and after acute vibration to determine the hematocrit, the plasma hemoglobin concentration, plasma viscosity, and red cell deformability, expressed as red cell transit time (RCTT). At rest, there was no significant difference in RCTT, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and plasma hemoglobin concentration between the VWF group and controls. Acute vibration did, however, significantly increase the red cell transit time in the VWF group but not in the control group. In both groups vibration resulted in a significant increase in plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and plasma hemoglobin concentration in hand venous blood. Moreover, in each group there was a highly significant correlation between the change in plasma viscosity and the change in the hemoglobin concentration and the hematocrit. The authors conclude that hand-transmitted vibration is associated with hemoconcentration.

Different acute effects of single-axis and multi-axis hand-arm vibration

The present study was designed to comparatively evaluate the bone-pin interface in a long-term unloaded experimental study in two groups of pins, uncoated and coated with hydroxyapatite. Forty pins made of stainless steel were used. Half of the pins were plasma-sprayed with hydroxyapatite, and the other half remained uncoated. Four adult sheep were selected. Each sheep tibia was implanted with five pins. Two sheep were euthanized 4 months after surgery and the remaining two 12 months after surgery. Extraction torque was higher in the hydroxyapatite-coated pins compared with the uncoated ones at both 4 (p < or = 0.0005) and 12 months (p < or = 0.0005) after implantation. The histological patterns observed in the sheep euthanized 4 and 12 months after implantation were very similar. An extensive bony coverage of the hydroxyapatite-coated pins without any coating resorption and delamination from the metallic substrate was observed. Fibrous tissue encapsulation was found in the uncoated pins. These results demonstrate that the hydroxyapatite coating significantly improved the bone-pin interface. A similar improvement of bone-pin interface rigidity in many clinical situations is likewise possible.     

基于不同强度折减路径下的隧洞围岩稳定性分析

为解决隧洞围岩稳定性分析问题,开展了基于广义Hoek-Brown屈服准则强度折减法的研究.在有限差分软件FLAC^3D中利用FISH语言编制强度折减程序,并以计算收敛性和特征点位移突变性为判据,求得整体安全系数.针对广义Hoek-Brown屈服准则四个基本输入参数σ_ci、m_i、GSI和D,引入等效接近度概念,以此为基础对比分析了七种强度折减路径的合理性,得出折减路径的合理性依赖于具体工程参数的结论,并通过工程实例对比验证了上述结论.隧洞稳定性随D值的增大而降低;将计算收敛性以及特征点位移突变性相结合作为其稳定性的判断标准更为合理.     

Some effects of vibration upon visual performance.

Experiments have been carried out in which the effects upon visual performance of whole-body vibration have been compared with the effects of vibrating the visual object itself. At 6 cps, using similar angular displacements, vibration of the visual object was found to result in higher impairment of vision than vibration of the human subject. At 14, 19, and 27 cps the converse was found to be the case; results which support previous theories of resonance of eyeball or facial tissue to account for the sensitivity of visual performance to whole-body vibration at these higher frequencies. An experimental study of combined effects of toluene and general vibration

Cytological and pH-metrical investigations of the tracheobronchial aspirate were performed in 43 children with a respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) on artificial pulmonary ventilation. The content over 40% in the cytogram of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PNL) indicated infectious genesis and below 10%--noninfectious genesis of RDS. The content of PNL in the range of 11-39% requires additional clinical data which would help to establish RDS cause.
