传统的开关电源一般以恒流或恒压工作,不能根据负载调节输出电压或电流,本文中,我们设计了一种数字控制的开关电源模块。该电源模块是以TI公司的MSP430为控制核心,通过数字PID调节器控制反馈输出来实现的。首先介绍了该电源模块的工作原理及整体设计方案,其次介绍了部分关键电路的硬件设计,给出了主程序及部分子程序的流程图。与传统的开关电源相比,该电源模块具有体积小、精度高、电路简单、输出电压连续可调等优点。  相似文献

In this paper, a wide input range multiple output flyback switch-mode power supply (SMPS) with its design aspects is presented. The implemented SMPS is intended to be used in various applications in industry requiring low power and operating under wide input voltage fluctuations. The SMPS is designed using TOPSwitch off-line switched integrated circuit and includes line protection, input filter, rectifier, switching control, output rectification and feedback circuitries. A 5 Watt prototype has been manufactured and is validated through measurements. Experimental results obtained from evaluation tests demonstrate distinct features like wide input range, multiple regulated output voltages, isolation and high efficiency. Technology challenges for the full integration of the presented SMPS are briefly discussed.  相似文献

为提高开关电源控制芯片使用灵活性,优化对开关电源效率、纹波等性能的控制,并方便噪声滤除,提出一种带锁相环的多模式时钟发生电路芯片的设计。该电路可提供选择1.7MHz或2.6MHz的固定频率模式或锁相范围500kHz~3MHz的外部输入模式,应用于开关电源控制芯片时,可根据开关电源的应用情况设置工作频率,达到性能最佳化。该芯片已在1.5μmBCD(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS)工艺下设计完成。测试结果表明芯片工作正常,预期的功能均已实现,可作为模拟电路IP使用。  相似文献

An accurate measurement method to extract the common mode (CM) and the differential mode (DM) noise source impedances of a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) under its operating condition is developed and validated. With a proper premeasurement calibration process, the proposed method allows extraction of both the CM and the DM noise source impedances with very good accuracy. These noise source impedances come in handy to design an electromagnetic interference filter for an SMPS systematically with minimum hassle.   相似文献

It is shown how the duality principle can be applied to nonplanar circuits such as three-phase bridge converters and their loads. While the direct duals have restricted utility, they provide some insight into the formation of three-phase conversion circuits that ultimately allow several new converters to be developed. These include new frequency converters, a three phase sinusoidal input current, switched-mode power supply (SMPS), and an SMPS with a three-phase high-frequency link. Switched mode power supplies (SMPS) with multiple outputs are commonly used for powering up personal computers and many other consumer electronic appliances. Multiple output SMPS circuits normally employ several DC/DC converters for regulating the voltage in each of the outputs. In this paper, a single single ended primary inductance converter (SEPIC) is used to obtain multiple isolated and regulated DC outputs from a single unregulated DC input, so that the reliability and cost effectiveness of the system can be enhanced. Considering that a large number of SMPS are being used in various applications, it is essential to maintain good power quality at the AC mains side of the SMPS circuit adhering to the international standards. Average current control mode has been used in this paper to achieve unity power factor and sinusoidal current at the input side. A novel weighted error approach has been proposed to achieve excellent voltage regulation at all the outputs of the SMPS irrespective of the load variations and input supply fluctuations. The proposed system has been designed and simulated in a PSIM environment and implemented in hardware. The results obtained show an enhanced performance of the power supply in terms of its output voltage regulation and input power quality.  相似文献

In order to comply with the standards, the input current of the switch mode power supplies (SMPS) must be almost sinusoidal, i.e. the SMPS must achieve power factor correction. This requirement is normally reached with the use of an additional input converter, typically a boost, resulting in a two-stage SMPS with the inherent drawbacks: high cost and the necessity of high efficiency in each stageto obtain a reasonable global efficiency. This article introduces two simple techniques together with the control strategies that can be used to obtain single-stage SMPS, that allow the control of the output voltage and the sinusoidal input current wave shaping, without any additional stage. Another objective of this article is to investigate and to evaluate the performance of each topology that emerged from the chosen technique. Considering high-power applications, experimental results of two single-stage full-bridge topologies are also presented, in order to verify the concepts introduced in the article.  相似文献
