为解决一种空间异形三通半管零件在传统冲压成形过程中的成形失效、表面质量不佳及成形效率低等问题,根据零件特征,结合AutoForm有限元仿真软件,对该零件的传统冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟并优化,通过分析其成形失效原因,提出了采用充液拉深成形工艺代替传统冲压成形工艺,并对该零件的充液拉深成形过程进行数值模拟并优化。通过对两种工艺成形效果的对比,验证了工艺改进的可行性。最后,在800 t双动充液成形液压机上,分别采用两种成形工艺试制零件,验证了数值模拟的可靠性和实际的工艺改进效果。通过成形工艺的改进,有效地解决了成形失效问题,表面质量和成形效率得到了显著提升,零件成形效果满足工艺需求。 相似文献

蛋盒型结构是一种轻质、高强、具有吸能特性的新型结构,其成形过程和最终成形形貌对性能有很大影响。首先描述了蛋盒型结构的成形过程及受力情况;随后运用Abaqus/Explicit软件对典型蛋盒型结构的成形过程进行了模拟,得到了成形极限高度时的形貌、减薄率、成形力等;最后分别分析了凸模结构参数、摩擦系数对蛋壳型结构成形结果的影响规律。研究表明:凸模半径的增加会增大成形力及成形极限高度,摩擦系数的作用会使最大减薄位置由凸模顶点位置向外移动;当选用凸模半径为周期间距的1/5时,摩擦系数在0.1~0.15之间时成形效率较高。 相似文献

In triple valve forming process by multi-way loading severely nonuniform deformation and temperature distributions are prone to occur, which may lead to poor forming quality and macro-micro defects. A 3D coupled thermo-mechanical rigid-viscoplastic finite element (FE) model for multi-way loading forming of AISI-5140 steel equal diameter triple valve was developed based on DEFORM-3D. Through comprehensive simulation and analysis, the influences of main process parameters on the forming process and nonuniformity of deformation and temperature were studied. The results showed that: (1) the degree of deformation nonuniformity decreased with the increase of the punch loading speed, initial temperature of billet, or the decrease of the friction factor; (2) the average temperature of forming body increased as the punch loading speed, initial temperature of billet and the friction increased, while the degree of temperature nonuniformity decreased with the increase of punch loading speed or decrease of initial billet temperature. 相似文献

Micro forming is an appropriate technology to manufacture very small metal parts, in particular for bulk production, as they
are required in many industrial products resulting from micro technology. Deep drawing provides a great application potential
for the manufacturing of parts with complex shapes, even in very small dimensions. Concerning the so called size effects micro
deep drawing is widely investigated. However, this process is carried out usually under laboratory conditions with a relatively
low punch velocity, for example 1 mm/s. At the same time, the light weight of the forming tools for micro deep drawing makes
it possible to vary the punch velocity in a relatively large range. Furthermore, raising the punch velocity is very meaningful
for mass production in industry. Thus micro deep drawing with the punch diameter of 1 mm was performed with different punch
velocities (1, 10 and 100 mm/s) in this work, whereby the process behaviour, especially the experimentally acquired process
window changes with variation of punch velocities. The analysis in this work shows that the velocity dependent friction coefficients
are responsible for the difference in process windows under different punch velocities. 相似文献

冲孔作为齿类温锻件生产过程中必不可少的一道工艺,其冲头磨损一直是冲头失效的主要形式,严重影响冲头使用寿命。以某双离合自动变速器的二档从动齿温锻件冲孔过程作为研究对象,分析了齿类温锻件冲孔过程中影响冲头模具寿命的主要因素,并将冲头最大磨损量作为表征冲头使用寿命的参数。通过正交试验和有限元模拟相结合的方法,定性分析了冲孔过程各工艺参数对冲头磨损的影响规律,并最终确定齿类温锻件的最优冲孔工艺。经过实际生产验证发现,优化后的冲孔工艺将冲头模具的使用寿命由原有的4000件左右提高至接近9000件,有效地提高了冲头的使用寿命。 相似文献

This paper deals with development of an incremental deep drawing process. On a newly developed incremental deep drawing set-up, the aluminium sheets are formed; the forming is carried out by deep-drawing the blank as in the conventional method but incrementally. Fractures at the punch or die corner in the blank may or may not occur depending on the conditions; the process parameters involved are punch size, punch corner radius, increment in punch displacement, blank holding force or pressure, etc. It is thus shown that different shapes are formed by one set of common tools. It is thereby confirmed that incremental deep drawing is possible without using a particular tool set for a particular shape. 相似文献
