针对传统箝位式压电电机在谐振态下工作时,方波振动的箝位部分结构设计复杂问题,提出一种新型箝位式压电电机。该电机箝位部分与驱动部分均由同频正弦电压驱动实现正弦振动,通过定子对动子的箝位接触,实现动子单向输出运动。相较于传统箝位式压电电机和超声电机,该电机的定子结构设计无需采用模态简并,结构设计难度降低。利用有限元仿真确定定、动子结构参数,制造样机并搭建实验平台。对箝位部分分别采用正弦波与方波做激励,再对驱动部分进行波形对比,表明正弦波亦能达到预期效果。实验结果表明:准静态时,激励电压频率为250Hz、电压峰峰值Vp-p为10V时,步进距离为0.5μm,步进速度0.13mm/s;谐振态时,激励电压频率为540Hz、电压峰峰值Vp-p为70V时,步进距离为32μm,步进速度16.9mm/s;该电机可兼顾低频高分辨率和高频高速输出以实现跨尺度工作。  相似文献

A pi-shaped ultrasonic actuator can collect small particles by its two sharp edges. However, the collection of particles is weak in air and not very stable in water. In this paper, a refinement to the pi-shaped ultrasonic actuator is made for a more efficient collection of small particles in air and water. In the refined structure, an ultrasonic actuator with a metal strip is used to collect small particles. The metal strip is mechanically driven by one corner of a rectangular, sandwich-shaped ultrasonic transducer operating in the thickness mode vibration. The metal strip is tapered along its length and has a strong vibration at its tip. Small particles in air and water can be attracted to the radiation surface near the end of the metal strip. The dependence of the number of collected particles on driving frequency and voltage is investigated for shrimp eggs, mint seeds, and grass seeds. For a given driving voltage and particle type, the number of collected particles reaches a maximum value at some driving frequency. Increasing driving voltage increases this maximum number to some extent; but too large a driving voltage decreases it. The maximum number also depends on the weight per particle. It increases as the weight per particle decreases for the particles with close densities. Furthermore, the relationship between the number of collected particles and vibration amplitude at the end of the metal strip is investigated for shrimp eggs, mint seeds, and grass seeds. The number is approximately linearly proportional to the vibration amplitude when the vibration amplitude is not too large. In addition to the application in which the length of the metal strip is parallel to gravitation, the actuator also can be used with its length perpendicular to gravitation. However, the latter has a weaker capability of collecting small particles. It is also found that the actuator has a stronger capability to collect particles in water than in air.  相似文献

Summary This paper develops a novel laminated piezoelectric actuator (LPA) to control the vibration of a cylindrical shell structure, which is fabricated through bonding multiple piezoelectric layers of the same property together. The electromechanically coupled equations of the system are derived based on the classic shell theory. A parametric study is then conducted to evaluate the effects of geometric and physical properties of the actuator on actuating forces. The results show that as the number of layers increases, the actuating forces per voltage produced by LPA in the axial, circumferential and radial directions of the shell all increase noticeably. The active vibration control of a simply supported cylindrical shell using LPA of different layer numbers is simulated as well under a velocity feedback scheme. It is indicated that with the same control voltage the LPA can obtain a better control performance than the conventional single layer piezoelectric actuator as expected and the targeted radial modal vibration of the shell is attenuated significantly.  相似文献

研究了机械结构的动力学快速减振方法。以硬盘读写头动臂为例,分析了其受驱动力激振后的瞬态响应。在其指导下,选择了作用力的作用时间和波形:该作用力的作用时间T应为机械结构一阶固有频率对应周期的2倍,且为关于T/2奇对称的单周期波形。通过实验,证明了这样的作用力可以有效减小系统的残余振动,实现快速减振。此方法可以引申到一般应用场合。  相似文献

脉冲驱动型交流量子电压标准ACJVS通过高速脉冲序列驱动约瑟夫森结阵芯片的方式实现宽频带交流量子电压的合成,相比于可编程型交流量子电压标准PJVS,具有免台阶切换、频谱纯净、频带宽等优点。搭建的系统主要包括8位高速脉冲码型发生器、微波放大器、直流阻断、约瑟夫森结阵芯片等。通过驱动包含4个子阵列,每个子阵列含12810个约瑟夫森结的结阵芯片,并结合4通道联合低频补偿的方式,成功产生了1V有效值的脉冲驱动型交流量子电压,为进一步建立交流量子电压基准打下了坚实的基础。最后,展望了脉冲驱动型交流量子电压在量子阻抗桥、交流量子功率源、交流量子功率表方面的应用价值。  相似文献

In this work, design and performance testing of an ultrasonic linear motor with dual piezoelectric actuator patches are studied. The motor system consists of a linear stator, a pre-load weight, and two piezoelectric actuator patches. The piezoelectric actuators are bonded with the linear elastic stator at specific locations. The stator generates propagating waves when the piezoelectric actuators are subjected to harmonic excitations. Vibration characteristics of the linear stator are analyzed and compared with finite element and experimental results. The analytical, finite element, and experimental results show agreement. In the experiments, performance of the ultrasonic linear motor is tested. Relationships between velocity and pre-load weight, velocity and applied voltage, driving force and applied voltage, and velocity and driving force are reported. The design of the dual piezoelectric actuators yields a simpler structure with a smaller number of actuators and lower stator stiffness compared with a conventional design of an ultrasonic linear motor with fully laminated piezoelectric actuators.  相似文献

针对表面粘贴有压电层的功能梯度板的动力学及主动振动控制问题,建立了一种基于三阶剪切变形理论的等几何分析求解方法。其中,功能梯度板的材料属性为板厚方向的幂函数分布,并假设电势沿着压电层的厚度方向呈线性变化。利用线性压电本构方程以及哈密顿变分原理,推导了压电功能梯度板的相关等几何分析有限元方程。通过分析压电智能结构的静态弯曲行为验证了该方法的有效性与精确性。运用模态叠加技术与Newmark-β直接积分法分析了两种不同结构的压电功能梯度板的动力学响应与主动振动控制问题。在主动振动控制分析中,引入了物理中面的概念避免当传感器与驱动器分别粘贴于功能梯度的上、下表面时,由拉伸-耦合效应引起的控制不稳定的问题,并着重分析了振动控制过程中两种结构传感器层和驱动器层的电压响应。  相似文献

A piezoelectric transformer is a power transfer device that converts its input and output voltage as well as current by effectively using electrical and mechanical coupling effects of piezoelectric materials. Equivalent-circuit models, which are traditionally used to analyze piezoelectric transformers, merge each mechanical resonance effect into a series of ordinary differential equations. Because of using ordinary differential equations, equivalent circuit models are insufficient to reflect the mechanical behavior of piezoelectric plates. Electromechanically, fully coupled governing equations of Rosen-type piezoelectric transformers, which are partial differential equations in nature, can be derived to address the deficiencies of the equivalent circuit models. It can be shown that the modal actuator concept can be adopted to optimize the electromechanical coupling effect of the driving section once the added spatial domain design parameters are taken into account, which are three-dimensional spatial dependencies of electromechanical properties. The maximum power transfer condition for a Rosen-type piezoelectric transformer is detailed. Experimental results, which lead us to a series of new design rules, also are presented to prove the validity and effectiveness of the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

An analytical formulation is derived for modelling the behaviour of laminated composite beams with integrated piezoelectric sensor and actuator. The major difference in approach to the solution compared to previous studies is that the analytical solution for active vibration control and suppression of smart laminated composite beams is presented in this paper. The governing equation is based on the first-order shear deformation theory (Mindlin plate theory), which is applicable for both thin and moderately beams, and includes the coupling between mechanical and electrical deformations. The voltage generated by the sensor layer and response of the beam to the actuator voltage can be computed independently. In this study, the new assumption of harmonic vibration is introduced, which includes both of the sine and cosine terms. Another contribution of this paper is introducing the transformation method of complex numbers to reduce the order of the governing equation of smart laminated beams. Thus, the exact solution of the reduced governing equation can be obtained by using MATLAB and the entire numerical results are presented. The behaviour of the output voltage from the sensor layer and the input voltage acting on the actuator layer is also studied. Graphical results are presented to demonstrate the ability of closed-loop system to actively control the vibration of laminated beams and it shows a good control effect. The influence of stacking sequence on the controlled transient response of the laminated beam is examined. Finally, the experiential formulation of the amplitude of beam vibration varying with the negative velocity feedback control gain has also been evaluated. The present method has a general application in this field of study.  相似文献

The magnetic actuator using a laminate composite of piezoelectric (PZT) and magnetostrictive materials (MM) achieves active control of magnetic force without Joule heat loss. To study its characteristics, the field-circuit hybrid method is proposed based on the equivalent magnetic circuit and the finite element analysis (FEA) of piezoelectric and magnetic fields. The strain of laminate composite under different voltage is obtained through the piezoelectric FEA. On the basis of magnetostrictive equation, the MM branch in the magnetic circuit of the actuator is transformed equivalently, the work point of the actuator is determined, and the corresponding FEA model of magnetic analysis is then set up. The relationships between magnetic force, gap, and voltage are discussed by the hybrid method, which can be expanded into the design and analysis of the magnetostrictive actuator and sensor to improve simulation efficiency and precision.   相似文献

A piezoelectric piezoelectric-metal-cavity (PMC) actuator was reported previously that can exhibit a large flexural displacement. In this paper, a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic was used as a driving element of the PMC actuator. Bi(0.5)(Na(0.725)K(0.175)Li(0.1))(0.5)TiO3 (abbreviated as BNKLT) is a soft-type piezoelectric ceramic with good piezoelectric properties at room temperature. Both the electrical and mechanical properties of the BNKLT PMC actuator were measured. With good piezoelectric coefficients and low density, the BNKLT ceramic has the potential to be used as the driving element of the lead-free actuator.  相似文献

提出利用一次逆、二次正压电效应为同一压电体内的双向效应原理,进行传感器与执行器集成一体化——自感知执行器的研究.即利用一次逆压电效应输出一个微位移,作为执行器使用;利用二次正压电效应的输出电荷自感知执行器的输出位移,作为传感器使用.在准静态(电压0~50V)和低频(电压100V,频率10Hz)条件下,分别进行了一次逆压电效应输出位移、二次正压电效应输出电压的实验,并将得到的数据进行归一化处理.实验结果表明,通过测量二次正压电效应产生的电荷能够较好地自感知一次逆压电效应产生的位移.  相似文献

结构振动主动控制可以采用压电自感知执行器。空分复用解耦方法是实现压电自感知执行器的一种新方法,实质是采用几何方法解耦,即将压电片的一个完整电极分割为执行区和传感区以实现自感知。本文以悬臂梁为对象,以涡流位移计作为标准传感器,对两种电极分割方式的压电片的传感和执行效果进行了实验研究。通过测量压电梁的频率特性,证明了空分复用的压电陶瓷片同时兼有传感和执行两种功能。实验结果也表明传感区的敏感输出受到执行区激励电压的静电耦合的影响,利用悬臂梁存在反谐振点的特性,提出了一种定量测量静电耦合的方法,并测定了不同电极宽度、不同极间隙下的静电耦合系数。本文的工作为采用空分复用的压电自感知执行器进行振动主动控制奠定了基础。  相似文献

Track access time is an important parameter for high-performance hard disk drives (HDDs). Presently, the resonances of the head actuator caused by the pivot-bearing stiffness are an even more urgent problem, since these resonances have become the main design factor that limits further reduction of track access time and improvement of the servo control bandwidth in HDDs. Our objective in this paper is to investigate, from a mechanics and dynamics viewpoint, the influence of the driving force waveforms on residual vibrations and to identify the characteristics of the waveform, which will lead to zero or very low residual vibrations. Using a simplified model of a head actuator assembly and finite-element simulation, we show that the residual vibration of the head actuator assembly depends strongly on the waveform and the time duration of the driving impulse force. If suitable waveform and time duration of the seeking impulse force are appropriately chosen, very low track seeking residual vibrations and quick track access can be achieved  相似文献

This paper presents an advanced design concept for a piezoelectric energy harvesting (EH), referred to as multimodal EH skin. This EH design facilitates the use of multimodal vibration and enhances power harvesting efficiency. The multimodal EH skin is an extension of our previous work, EH skin, which was an innovative design paradigm for a piezoelectric energy harvester: a vibrating skin structure and an additional thin piezoelectric layer in one device. A computational (finite element) model of the multilayered assembly - the vibrating skin structure and piezoelectric layer - is constructed and the optimal topology and/or shape of the piezoelectric layer is found for maximum power generation from multiple vibration modes. A design rationale for the multimodal EH skin was proposed: designing a piezoelectric material distribution and external resistors. In the material design step, the piezoelectric material is segmented by inflection lines from multiple vibration modes of interests to minimize voltage cancellation. The inflection lines are detected using the voltage phase. In the external resistor design step, the resistor values are found for each segment to maximize power output. The presented design concept, which can be applied to any engineering system with multimodal harmonic-vibrating skins, was applied to two case studies: an aircraft skin and a power transformer panel. The excellent performance of multimodal EH skin was demonstrated, showing larger power generation than EH skin without segmentation or unimodal EH skin.  相似文献

This paper reports a novel driving method for an annular plate-type ultrasonic motor. Instead of the direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) converter type driver using a conventional electromagnetic transformer, a compact disc-type piezoelectric transformer is used to obtain a high voltage output for driving the ultrasonic motor. The piezoelectric transformer is operated in the radial vibration mode at resonance frequency close to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic motor. Later, it was found that the piezoelectric transformer could drive the ultrasonic motor, even if their resonance frequencies are not exactly the same by incorporating a matching network in the circuit. The maximum speed of the ultrasonic motor obtained by using this driving method is over 300 rpm. It is believed that the results of this study will have impact on the integration and miniaturization of the ultrasonic motor and its driving circuit.  相似文献

A pi-shaped ultrasonic actuator is proposed for the noncontact trapping, extraction, and transportation of small particles. In this actuator, two metal plates clamp a multilayer piezoelectric vibrator by a small bolt, and the metal plates are tapered in their lower parts so that a vibration gradient can be obtained. The flexural vibration of the metal plates is used to generate a sound field in the gap between the two tapered metal plates. At a driving frequency of about 152.8 kHz, shrimp eggs, grass seeds, thyme seeds, rice powder, fine salt, and fine sugar, which have an average diameter from several tens of micrometers to several hundreds of micrometers, can be trapped stably without contact with the actuator, and the particles insoluble in water can be extracted from water and transported in water by the actuator. In the noncontact trapping of small particles, the positions of trapped particles as well as the relationship among the number of trapped particles, vibration velocity, and input power are investigated. The number of trapped particles increases as the vibration velocity or input power increases. However, when the vibration velocity or input power is too large, the particles may be ejected out of the actuator and, therefore, cannot be stably trapped. The minimum vibration velocity to trap small particles increases as particle density increases for the particles that have the shape near to a sphere and a proper density. In the extraction of small particles from water, the relationship between the number of extracted thyme seeds and the input power is investigated. Increasing the input power can increase the extracted thyme seeds. However, there is a maximum particle number that can be extracted from water. In the transportation of thyme seeds in water, the dependence of the particle loss during the transportation on the speed and distance of transportation and the input power is experimentally estimated. As the distance and speed of transportation increase, the particle loss during the transportation increases. Increasing the input power increases the trapping effect and, therefore, decreases the particle loss.  相似文献

为了深入研究尺蠖型压电驱动器的性能,分析了尺蠖型压电直线驱动器的工作原理,研究了直线动子对驱动器性能的影响.通过实验方法分析了钳位机构调整前后对钳住稳定性的影响.采用驱动器输出单步位移的步距失稳系数和驱动电压与输出位移拟合曲线斜率和截距偏差率的方法评价尺蠖型压电直线驱动器的运动稳定性.经实验测试发现驱动器的步距失稳系数与驱动电压关系密切,当驱动电压较高时,驱动器具有较好的步距稳定性.驱动器的驱动电压与输出位移拟合曲线斜率和截距偏差率分别为1.8%和9.07%,说明所开发的驱动器具有很好的运动稳定性.  相似文献
