多道次立-平辊轧制立辊孔型对轧件头尾形状影响的有限元分析

 利用显式动力学有限元方法和几何模型更新方法模拟了不同立辊孔型下多道次立 平辊轧制过程,对轧后各道次的轧件头尾形状进行了分析。结果表明：采用平立辊轧制时,轧件影响深度比采用孔型立辊时小,且轧件尾部出现尖角,而采用孔型立辊时未出现;采用孔型辊时,孔型立辊底部导角大小对轧件头尾形状影响较小,且轧件伸长率比采用平立辊时大。同时,平立辊轧制过程头尾情况与用铅实验值吻合较好,说明了本次分析的正确性。

基于有限元法的PQF连轧过程宽展规律的仿真

 根据PQF连轧孔型及工艺特点,分析了连轧管宽展规律对产品尺寸精度和钢管横截面积的影响,并建立PQF连轧过程三维非线性有限元模型,预报了荒管的尺寸形状,对比某厂现场数据,两者吻合良好。通过对不同孔型、不同规格产品的系列仿真,研究宽展规律的影响因素,分析了延伸系数和空隙率对周长系数的影响,延伸系数和减径率对壁厚系数的影响;并利用多元线性回归分析法得到PQF连轧宽展模型,为PQF连轧孔型设计及产品尺寸精度控制提供了理论指导。     

冷拔工艺中“形状”系数分析和拉模孔型设计

为改善现有的型材拔制工艺,作者提出用拉拔时变形段的“形状”系数作为模具孔型设计的理论依据。本文通过理论分析和试验研究,提出有关“形状”系数△的参数计算公式和有关钢种的α-△-ε曲线图。进而指出,各种异型钢材的冷拔生产应根据它们各自独特的“形状”系数规范去选择拔制工艺和合理的模具孔型。     

彩涂板压型过程的有限元模拟

彩色涂层板的生产过程是一个较为复杂的力学过程，将有限元模拟的方法应用到该过程中可以大大加快新产品孔型的设计过程，避免不必要的浪费。借助DYNA3D显示有限元软件，模拟了新开发的彩色涂层板的压型过程，确定了孔型的形状和相关的工艺参数，并据此试制了孔型系统，试生产情况良好。     

四辊组合孔型冷轧新型带肋钢筋变形研究

对四辊孔型冷轧新型带肋钢筋进行了初步研究和探讨，主要进行了孔型设计，对轧制过程的宽展和前滑进行了试验研究和理论解析，得出其变化规律和合理工艺制度。关键工艺参数有：总延伸系数１．６６，成品道 次延伸系数１．２４。该产品的开发与生产具有巨大经济效益和社会效益。
