关于高原地区高炉高比例烟煤喷吹实践问题的思考

为进一步降低高炉炼铁燃料成本,西宁特钢积极寻求周边性价比高的烟煤资源,并不断提高烟煤混喷比例。从2015年使用宏昌烟煤开始至2016年6月,烟煤混喷比例最高达到了75%。在提高烟煤混喷比例以后,富氧率提高了2.8%,高炉平均风温提高了20℃,焦比同比降低了40 kg/t,燃料比降低5 kg/t。因此,在采取高比例烟煤混喷以后,不仅使高原地区高炉高比例烟煤混喷工艺得以不断推进,而且为西宁特钢降低炼铁燃料成本做出了较大贡献。通过前期混喷实践效果并经过仔细研究分析后,认为西宁特钢完全有必要、有条件进一步推进高比例烟煤混喷工艺,进一步优化燃料结构,降低炼铁成本。     

安钢高炉采用烟煤无烟煤混喷技术

安阳钢铁公司炼铁厂5座300m3级高炉采用烟煤与无烟煤混喷技术获得成功。过去该厂高炉均采用无烟煤进行喷吹,由于受无烟煤性能的限制,喷煤比超过90kg/t铁时,就使炉内未燃煤粉增多,降低煤焦置换比,从而使综合燃料比升高,提高了生铁成本。采用烟煤与无烟煤混喷后,高炉喷煤水平大幅度提高。目前烟煤喷吹比已达75%,年均吨铁喷煤比由过去的78kg上升到目前的125kg,年均吨铁入炉焦比由过去的476kg降到现在的440kg。混喷后吨煤粉电耗由全无烟煤的121.4kWh降到目前的55.8kWh,而且使制粉能力、煤粉燃烧效率,煤焦置换比等多项技术指标大幅提高安钢高炉…     

安钢高炉烟煤无烟煤混喷技术通过鉴定

安阳钢铁集团公司研究出的高炉烟煤无烟煤混喷新技术在安钢炼铁厂5座300m~3级高炉上应用成功,最近在河南郑州通过了省科委组织的专家鉴定。过去,安钢炼铁厂高炉喷煤采用传统的无烟煤进行喷吹,当煤比超过90kg/t时,就会使炉内未燃煤粉增多,造成煤焦置换比下降。采用该技术后,烟煤喷     

达钢450 m3高炉全贫瘦煤喷吹生产实践

达钢450 m3高炉煤粉喷吹系统于2005年建成投产,设计为无烟煤与烟煤混喷.试生产阶段采用无烟煤喷吹,然后进行无烟煤和烟煤混喷并逐渐提高烟煤比例,直至实现全烟煤喷吹.在实现全烟煤喷吹以后,高炉平均风温提高了105℃,冶炼强度提高了0.240 t/m3·d,焦比降低了151 kg/t.因此,全烟煤喷吹这一工艺的成功实现,为达钢集团公司带来了巨大的经济效益.     

高炉喷吹煤性能研究及实践

通过对喷吹煤性能的研究,优选可磨性好、反应性和燃烧率高,能够提高煤粉置换比的煤种来作为高炉的喷吹用煤,并安全实施了烟煤无烟煤混合喷吹,混喷比达到70％以上。确定了高炉提高煤比的技术和操作条件,创造条件逐步实施,在保证喷吹效果的前提下,高炉煤比不断提高。     

高炉喷吹烟煤

高炉喷吹烟煤为我国高炉喷煤开辟了新的途径。高炉喷吹烟煤的效果显著,置换比高,生铁质量可进一步改善。为了安全喷吹和提高喷吹效果,必须对烟煤的物化性能(包括化学成分、爆炸性、粒度、着火点、可磨性等)进行测定和研究。对几个计算置换比的公式进行了讨论,并指出了高炉喷吹烟煤的一些安全注意事项。     

科技成果

安钢高炉烟煤无烟煤混喷技术应用 为了进一步提高高炉喷煤量,安钢对原制粉、喷吹系统进行了改造,使进入球磨机预热煤粉的调节气全部为热风炉废气,避免了系统氧含量的增加和波动,同时在关键部位增设了事故充氨装置,并实现了关键部位氧含量和温度的自动检测等。由于安全生产得到了保证,该厂又开始试验烟煤无烟煤混喷,以及     

川威集团炼铁厂高炉高钒钛矿比例冶炼烟煤混喷生产实践

烟煤混喷生产作为高炉实现低成本喷吹的一项关键措施,被大量采用。我厂由于工艺设备落伍、储煤场地狭小、煤炭资源差等原因,烟煤混喷生产水平较低。为了平衡煤炭资源结构、促进喷煤成本下降,同时利用含烟煤混合煤粉燃烧性能好的特点,为实行高钒钛矿比例冶炼的高炉炉况稳定和喷煤技术经济指标提升创造条件,炼铁厂通过管理措施改进和多项工艺设置改造,使喷煤制粉生产操作控制水平大幅提升,使烟煤混喷生产水平达到了国际国内较先进的水平。     

宣钢1260m3高炉喷煤生产实践

宣钢1260m^3高炉喷煤系统投产后，采取多项技术措施，强化操作管理，2001年上半年煤比达到141kg/t，并实现烟煤无烟煤混喷，烟煤比达到75％。     

高钙烟煤主要特性及高炉喷吹工艺性能综合评价

为了拓展用煤资源，钢铁企业正在挖掘高钙烟煤在高炉喷吹领域的应用潜力。以神东矿区27个成品销售煤种为主要研究对象，1种高炉喷吹常用烟煤和3种高炉喷吹常用无烟煤作为对比，采用国标进行检测，并结合描述性统计方法对比研究了神东高钙烟煤与高炉喷吹常用烟煤、无烟煤在煤质特性和高炉喷吹工艺性能指标两方面的优势和劣势。研究结果表明，与高炉喷吹常用烟煤28-山西烟煤相比，神东高钙烟煤具有低灰、高碳、高碳氢比(w(C)/w(H))、低氮、低硫、高热值、高钙以及高硅铝比的煤质特性，部分神东高钙烟煤还具有超低硫煤和特低硫煤特点；除1号煤、7号煤和22号煤灰分过高外，其余24种神东高钙烟煤均可用于高炉喷吹。此外，在高炉喷吹工艺性能指标方面，神东高钙烟煤的可磨性指数、着火点温度、爆炸性以及流动性指数和喷流性指数优于或接近高炉喷吹常用28-山西烟煤；但是神东高钙烟煤的灰熔点软化温度偏低，处于平均值1 147℃附近，通过优化配煤可以规避神东高钙烟煤灰熔点低的劣势，为神东高钙烟煤在高炉喷吹环节的合理高效应用提供保障。
