概念设计是整个产品开发周期中最重要的环节之一,它将决定产品的基本特征和主要框架。但由于在概念设计阶段主要的工作表现为对功能进行表示、维护和推理,而设计对象的几何信息却是不完全的,因此以几何信息为核心的传统CAD系统对概念设计过程不能进行有效支持。针对这个问题,本文研究了CAD系统支持概念设计过程的一些关键技术,包括功能建模和推理技术,以及计算机支持的概念设计过程和后续设计过程的集成技术。 相似文献

An integrated knowledge representation model, namely the topology structure behaviour function (TSBF) model, is presented
for the computer-aided conceptual design of mechanisms (MCACD) in this paper. The model covers both qualitative and quantitative
knowledge representations of generic mechanisms. A class hierarchy consists of the abstract mechanism, the embryo mechanism,
and the concrete mechanism is then proposed for object-oriented modelling. Based on the TSBF model, several reasoning techniques
are integrated to achieve a relatively comprehensive environment for MCACD. The corresponding reasoning process is mainly
based on a backward chaining of solutions representation and retrieval, a forward chaining of compositional behaviour reasoning
with constraint propagation and satisfaction, and a forward chaining of type synthesis. Coarse optimizations for certain mechanisms
are also integrated on the quantitative level. The applicability of the new model is demonstrated by the conceptual design

设计特征能作为功能单元建立用户需求与原理解的关系,也能将设计信息带到下游应用.因此提出了基于设计特征的概念设计过程.功能设计由设计说明书开始,包括功能需求和功能约束,由实现功能的行为方案的不同对功能进行分解,设计问题被描述为功能和实现功能的行为的层次模型.通过功能推理步骤来指导功能设计,包括因果行为推理和功能分解.当功能单元可以在设计特征库中找到实现原型时,功能分解结束,设计信息被带到CAD系统低层.最后结合实例说明了该方法及其原型系统. 相似文献

Regarding the typical mechatronic system that realizes controlled motion behaviour as the research object, the mechatronic system is composed of three subsystems, they are generalized executive mechanism subsystem, sensing and testing subsystem, and information processing and control subsystem. Based on the three subsystems, a new kind of symbolic representation method to represent a design scheme of mechatronic system is presented. This symbolic representation method includes graphical symbols, literal symbols and port information flows on the abstract layer of basic mechatronic function units in common use. Two applied instances are given. The method standardizes scheme representation of mechatronic system. The purpose is that the computer can identify and operate the standardized scheme representation. Furthermore, the method can be implemented in connection with related knowledge base to produce creative scheme. 从生物的共生进化模式得到启发,从设计认知的高度,系统地总结了基于共生进化原理的共生功能之间的关系,包括“提供作用条件”关系,“消除有害副作用”关系和“消除有害环境影响”关系三类。这些关系为系统地解决创新设计中基于可行原理解的功能结构设计问题奠定了基础。在此基础上提出了集成原理方案设计和功能结构设计的计算机辅助概念设计的进程模型。该进程模型能根据实际创新设计环境以及候选原理解的作用条件、副作用和环境影响,在求解过程中动态地生成待求产品的功能结构,符合设计师的思维习惯。最后给出了模型应用实例。 相似文献

在基于功能-效应-原理解映射的概念设计研究中,建立功能和效应特征模型,通过引入变体功能和物理量,揭示变体功能在产品功能设计中的桥梁作用,使得功能域在功能设计过程中逐渐分层扩大。系统地提出基于目的功能变异和效应物理量推理的功能空间拓展策略,从而实现从基体功能到物理量的一对多的映射。在此基础上构筑一种由基体功能层、变体功能层、效应层和物理量层构成的四层次、三阶段功能空间拓展进程模式:基于目的功能变异的功能空间拓展、变体功能向效应的拓展以及基于效应物理量推理的功能空间拓展。研制一套相应的计算机辅助功能设计软件平台,并以两栖车辆减阻装置的功能设计为例进行验证。结果表明,基于该模型通过实现功能分层次系统拓展,实现产品功能和概念解的方法学拓展和系统学创新,从而增加产品创新的机会。 相似文献

运用键合图方法定义了基本元件,并提取其输入输出特征与能量传递和转换函数。研究了单输入单输出机械产品的概念设计自动求解。提出了目标驱动的逐段综合求解策略和基于模糊距离的方案评价方法,开发了相应的概念设计原型系统。结合面向对象和规则方法来表达设计知识,其中面向对象方法用来封装元件,形成元件类,规则则用来指导搜索过程。通过自动门驱动装置的设计实例,说明该方法适用于定常和非定常的设计要求。 相似文献

A model for conceptual design of mechanical devices is studied based on qualitative simulation. In this model, the desired functions are expressed by state-transit-diagrams(ST-diagrams) and design space is represented by qualitative-state-curves(QS-curves). The first design idea, called seeds idea, is proposed by the designer and then is abstracted into QS-curves. The qualitative simulation is implemented based on the QS-curves. By changing the motion of acting parts, the connection of parts and the motion of driving part, new design ideas are generated. With this model, a series of new design ideas derived from the seeds idea can be achieved. 相似文献

A collaborative design environment can be viewed as a multi-agent system where each design agent has knowledge about specific domains and can solve different problems. Several agents combine to solve a complex problem through knowledge sharing and inter operation. It is essential to construct an integrated knowledge base to improve the efficiency and consistency of complex problem-solving. An ontology-based knowledge integration framework in a collaborative design environment is presented in this paper. Ontology provides standard vocabulary, technical terminology and a domain model for knowledge integration. The representation and construction of ontology are critic problems for knowledge integration. An object-oriented concept graph representation is presented to represent ontology. It has advantages of both object-oriented methodology and Sowa’s conceptual graph. It can be translated into predicate calculus conveniently, and can represent the intension of concepts. In order to improve the efficiency of ontology construction, a semantic-based approach is presented. Firstly, a semantic affinity based clustering algorithm is presented to generate concepts from the term set of multi-agent systems. Then, ontology is constructed based on knowledge. 相似文献

基于运动链拓扑图环路的数组描述及环路数组之间的相互运算,给出通过基本环数组之间的相互运算构成组合环的算法及其条件,并给出运动链的唯一数字特征描述.然后,以 Windows 为平台,以VC 6.0为工具,利用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发了一套集运动链拓扑图绘图及唯一数字特征描述--特征邻接矩阵和特征描述代码自动生成的计算机程序.此程序的最大特点是不管运动链拓扑图的画法形式如何改变,项点标号方式如何改变,计算机都能自动生成其唯一数字描述,从而实现运动链拓扑图的唯一数字化,并为机械概念设计的自动化、智能化和网络化创造了条件.结果表明,提出的程序解决了机械概念设计过程中运动链拓扑图的唯一数字描述方式难以计算机自动实现问题. 相似文献

给出了一种基于设计规则的机械系统概念设计自动化方法。该方法体现了发散思维创新设计思想,依赖符号方案推理器来实现。符号推理器主要由设计规则定义、图形载体库、构件相似性判定及符号推理四部分组成。通过定义设计规则,选择图形载体,对图形载体进行并、或、非的逻辑运算,邻接、重叠、拓扑性的关系运算,系统可以自动地获得概念设计符号方案。镶嵌于推理器内部的构件相似性分析组元,对图形载体各构件进行相似性分析,避免了冗余方案的产生,能够得到符合设计规则要求的全部设计方案。通过细化设计规则,使概念设计具有收敛性,并且可以得到优化的设计方案。该方法适用于一般复杂机械系统的概念设计。 相似文献
