在数字化学习场景中,人体姿态的识别有助于分析学习者的学习状态。提出了一种基于深度图像的多学习者姿态识别方法。首先通过Kinect的红外传感器获取包含深度信息的图像,利用深度图像进行人像-背景分离;然后提取人体的轮廓特征Hu矩;最后采用SVM分类器对轮廓特征进行分类和识别。实验结果表明,本方法能有效地识别多个学习者的举手、正坐和低头等姿态。  相似文献

步态识别是根据人类走路的姿态来进行远距离的身份识别。针对轮廓不完整的图 像和关键帧容易造成部分信息丢失而引起的识别率下降问题,提出一种基于双特征匹配层融合 的步态识别方法。步态既有静态图像特征,又有动态速度变化特征,因此本文提出用匹配层融 合方法将静态的 Hu 矩 6 个不变矩特征和动态的帧差百分比特征融合后进行步态身份识别。首 先对一个周期内的归一化步态图像进行 Hu 矩特征以及帧差百分比的特征提取,将 Hu 矩 6 个不 变矩特征描述成一个特征向量,然后运用匹配层融合算法对 2 个特征进行融合;最后使用 K 近 邻分类器进行身份识别。实验表明,该方法较单一方法能够有效地提高步态识别正确率。  相似文献

为了获得准确的人体姿态识别结果,满足智能视频监控的需求,提出一种融合Hu不变矩特征和傅里叶描述子特征的人体姿态识别算法,并将ReliefF算法引入特征选择过程中,区分特征的重要性,然后使用大数投票法构建多分类器投票机制进行姿态识别,该机制很好地发挥了各个分类器的优势,提高了识别的准确率。实验结果表明,提出的算法对各种姿态取得了很好的分类效果。  相似文献

为可靠快速地识别出各种姿态下的舰船目标,提出了一种基于矩与支持向量机(SVM)的目标自动识别方法.根据实际航空摄影模型的特点,将三维舰船模型相对其俯仰轴,偏航轴和横滚轴作相应旋转,投影到二维图像空间,建立舰船样本训练库与测试库,提取舰船各种姿态下的矩特征;基于SVM设计多类分类器进行识别,并进一步计算不同训练和测试样本数下的分类精度.实验结果证明:提出的方法在舰船模型图像和真实遥感图像中的识别精度高,且样本训练和目标识别时间短,经数据库中多幅图像测试,识别系统鲁棒性强.  相似文献

在三维物体识别系统中,提出将三维物体的Hu不变矩和仿射不变矩两者的低阶矩组合作为三维物体的特征,结合改进的BP神经网络应用于三维物体的分类识别。理论分析和仿真实验表明组合这两种矩特征进行物体识别,性能优于单独使用Hu不变矩,如果进一步对这两种组合的矩特征进行主成分分析处理,可显著提高系统识别性能,并减少网络的训练时间。  相似文献

提出了一种基于推广的Hu不变矩特征的实时行为识别方法。首先,对Hu不变矩进行改进,使其在离散情况下同时具有平移、旋转和比例不变性。然后,结合运动目标的速度将目标行为刻画成结合Hu矩新特征和速度特征的13维特性向量。其中,Hu矩新特征表征了行为的区域形状特性,速度特征反映了行为的运动特性。随后采用预先定义的一些行为作为先验知识样本训练支持向量机,并最后使用其对待检测行为进行分类以达到行为识别的效果。所提方法计算效率高,能够实时检测人体行为。在处理实拍视频数据的实验中,该方法表现出了理想的处理效率以及识别精度。  相似文献

为了精确定位人体目标区域, 以达到照明节能最优化, 提出了一种改进的Canny算子与数学形态学相结合的图像处理技术, 对室内图像进行边缘检测和噪声处理, 得到含有人体目标的二值化图像, 将得到的二值化人体背影模板的七个Hu不变矩作为LVQ神经网络的输入向量, 训练出能够准确识别出人体背影的网络; 再建立出室内图像特征与人体数量和坐标的匹配模型, 从而根据人体坐标和数量来实现对灯具的优化控制。仿真和实验结果表明, 改进的Canny算子与LVQ神经网络的结合对室内光环境的优化控制具有很好的应用价值。  相似文献

用投影变换的方法进行了成像声纳采集的水声图像特征提取与识别。阐述了Radon与扇束投影变换的特点与关系,并提出了一种基于图像边缘Radon变换的水声图像矩特征提取和识别方法。首先使用一种形态学边缘提取算子和细化算法提取二维图像中目标的轮廓,构造目标轮廓在 Radon变换空间的平移、比例和旋转矩不变量,并应用于三类水下物体的分类识别中,实验仿真结果表明该方法在运算速度上优于Hu’s不变矩和图像目标面Radon投影空间不变矩,具有很好的性能和较高的实用价值。  相似文献

静态手势识别是以手势驱动的人机交互系统的核心技术。针对静态手势识别问题,提出了一种基于深度图像进行静态手势识别的方法。为了消除静态手势识别过程中的平移、旋转和缩放不变性,提取手势轮廓的Hu不变矩,并以Hu不变矩作为特征构建静态手势深度感知神经网络模型,以此实现对静态手势进行分类识别。在VisualStudio的开发环境下实现了对该方法的验证,取得了良好的效果,并与传统的模板匹配法与基于卷积神经网络的深度学习方法作比较,静态手势识别准确率总体可达95%,识别效率高,能满足实时性要求。  相似文献

为了提高了人体行为识别的正确率,提出了一种基于改进Canny算子和神经网络的人体行为识别模型(ICanny-RBF)。采用改进Canny算子对人体行为图像进行预处理,提取人体行为轮廓,提取7个不变矩特征作为RBF神经网络的输入向量,训练出能够识别人体行为的RBF神经网络模型,并采用取k-means算法确定RBF神经网络聚类中心,采用Weizmann数据集进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明,与传统方法相比,提出的ICanny-RBF模型提高了人体行为的识别正确率。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
