研究了45#钢表面Al2O3+TiO2复合陶瓷激光熔覆层的微观组织和相结构、Al2O3+TiO2复合陶瓷激光熔覆涂层由α-Al2O3,TiO2,γ-TiO2,γ-Al2O3及Al2TiO5相组成,消除了等离子喷涂层的层状组织特征,形成了大致方向的柱状晶,晶内为溶入了Ti及少量底层元素的α-Al2O3;晶界为由TiO2和Al2O3形成的Al2TiO5相,溶有少量的Cr,Fe,Y取代了Al2TiO5 相似文献

在Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃中,加入不同含量的TiO2或Nb2O5为晶核剂,经过粉碎,混和,成型,烧结能制得致密的微晶玻璃,微晶玻璃的强度比示添加TiO2或Nb2O5的样品有所提高,当TiO2,Nb2O5含量增加,微晶玻璃强度也相应增加,加入TiO2或Nb2O5添加物对微晶玻璃的热膨胀系数影响较小,电子显微归咎表明,晶体颗粒随着添加物TiO2或Nb2O5的增加而减小,X光衍射结果 相似文献

本文运用了电镜观察、显微结构分析、再加热条件下的热膨胀实验等方法,对钛酸铝陶瓷材料的热膨胀机理进行分析、研究,指出升温时由于微裂纹的弥合导致Al2TiO5陶瓷有较小的热膨胀系数。并着重研究了钛酸铝陶瓷降温时的收缩机理,指出Al2TiO5陶瓷的降温曲线有一最低点,在最低点右边,由于降温收缩造成的内应力还不足以造成大多数晶界和晶粒上发生微裂纹,Al2TiO5陶瓷随着温度的下降而收缩,在最低点左边,由于 相似文献

采用超声-放电复合加工技术对Al2O3/(W,Ti)C,Al2O3/TiB2,Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw三种Al2O3基陶瓷刀具材料表面定位方孔进行加工,研究了共加工机理和加工参数对不同陶瓷材料加工效率,加工表面粗糙度的影响,由于该复合加工技术有产地结合了超扬波加工和放电加工的特点,因而能高效,高质量地加工陶瓷材料。试验结果表明,在同样的加工条件下,材料去除率的大小顺序为Al2O3/(W,Ti 相似文献

采用XRD法研究了TiH2,Al及BN反应过程中物相的生成机理,发现在不同温度下存在TiAl3,TiN,-α-Al2O1等过渡相,但最终只有AlN和TiB2两相存在,并结合热力学分析,认为合成AlN/TiB2的反应温度应在1700℃以上。通过反应热压法制备出了AlN/TiB2复相陶瓷,材料的三点弯曲强度为539MP,KIC为5.05MPa.m^1/2。 相似文献

以TiO2,Al和C三种粉末为原料,采用自蔓延高温合成和加压的方法制备了TiC-Al2O3复合材料。在1GPa压力下,可使样品达到理论密度的95%。对未反应样品燃烧前在真空状态下预热脱气,则密度可达98%。为避免样品开裂,必须控制冷却速度。对合成产品进行X射线分析,表明从TiO2,Al,和C三种粉末原料制备密实的TiC-Al2O3复合材料是可能的。 相似文献

Porous cordierite ceramics were synthesised by gel-casting method, using talcum powder, kaolin and alumina as raw materials. Organic monomers and cross-linker were used as additives. The phase composition and microstructure were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The open porosity, compressive strength and thermal expansion coefficient were tested by the Archimedes method, universal testing machine and thermal expansion instrument, respectively. The results indicate that sintering temperature and holding time have a great influence on the cordierite properties. We obtain the good performance of porous cordierite ceramic sintering at 1350°C for 3?h. The cordierite phase content in the sample is higher and the crystallinity is better. At this point, the porosity is 58.53%, the compressive strength is 22.44?MPa and thermal expansion coefficient reaches 1.69?×?10?6?°C?1. 相似文献

The properties of polyurethane containing five kinds of model phenolic additives were investigated. The IR spectra of polyurethane containing phenolic additives indicated that the phenolic additives reacted with isocyanate groups in a polyisocyanate compound. For an index of anticorrosion, the tensile adhesion strength was measured for polyurethane coatings with phenolic additives on steel plates treated with the salt‐water spraying test for 3000 h. It was found that there was a relationship between the tensile adhesion strength of polyurethane and the density. We considered the reason to be that the increase in density (i.e., a reduction in free volume) should provide a route to reduce salt‐water access to an adhesive bond. The increase in density was explained by the term antiplasticizers, which means that the phenolic additives reduce the free volume that is available for molecular motion in the stiff chain of polyurethane. In the polyurethanes with every phenolic additive, the elongation was increased, the moduli were decreased, the storage modulus was decreased, and the coefficient of thermal expansion was increased. These phenomena are the characteristics of plasticizers. Thus, the phenolic additives have both the character of antiplasticizers and plasticizers, but the polyurethane with phenolic additives had more characteristics of plasticizers than those of antiplasticizers. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用预合成的钛酸铝制备了莫来石-钛酸铝(MT)陶瓷材料,研究了材料组成与其烧结性能、抗弯强度、热膨胀性能及抗热震性的关系。结果表明,随着钛酸铝含量的减少,MT陶瓷材料的抗弯强度提高,热膨胀系数增大,抗热震性降低,但在钛酸铝含量大于43%时,陶瓷材料的强度有所增加,仍保持较低的热膨胀系数,具有良好的抗热震性。 相似文献

In the present study, boron carbide matrix composites were manufactured by hot-pressing method. In order to reduce the boron carbide sintering temperature and to improve the mechanical properties, such as bending strength, critical stress intensity factor and hardness, chromium carbide, because of its low melting point and high thermal expansion coefficient, was added in various volume quantities. In order to prepare the material for cutting tool or ceramics sealing applications hexagonal boron nitride in quantities ranging from 2 and 8 vol.% was added to reduce the friction coefficient. The sinters were subjected to the abrasive test and to elastic properties examinations. Computer simulations of thermal stresses were prepared. The measured mechanical properties were supported by phase analysis and microstructural observations. Because the carrying out of heat is very important for mechanical properties of materials the influence of additives on thermal conductivity was also presented. 相似文献

以NZP族低热膨胀陶瓷Ca1-xBaxZr4(PO4)6(0≤x≤1)系列中的零膨胀组成Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24为例,着重研究了不同添加剂对该零膨胀陶瓷的热膨胀异向性、平均热膨胀系数和导热性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,在烧结过程中添加质量分数1%SiO2或3%SiC均能够降低Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24的热膨胀异向性,但与此同时,第二相的加入使Ca0.85Ba0.15Zr4P6O24的热膨胀系数有所上升。质量分数为1%~7%SiC晶须的加入反而导致NZP族陶瓷导热性能进一步降低,原因是SiC抑制了晶粒生长。 相似文献

合成了一种端环氧基的联苯型液晶(LCEP),采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)对其结构和热性能进行了分析,并以LCEP、环氧树脂、无机粉体(Al2O3和AlN)制备了环氧塑封料,通过对其力学性能、导热系数、线膨胀系数、电性能及热稳定性的测试研究了LCEP及无机粉体的加入对塑封料性能的影响。结果表明:加入LCEP后,塑封材料的冲击性能、弯曲性能均有所提高。同时,塑封料的导热系数、介电常数、热分解温度随着Al2O3、AlN含量的增加而增大,LCEP对于提高材料的导热性和热稳定性也有一定贡献。而线膨胀系数、介电损耗随着Al2O3和AlN含量的增加而降低,加入LCEP后塑封料的线膨胀系数略有降低。 相似文献
