了解电动机的工作特性是判断电机能否正常运行的基础。按国标要求,电机的工作特性应对电机进行多点负载试验,测取相应的电压、电流、功率及转速,然后进行计算而得出。显然,工作量很大,且需要较多的仪表。本文提出一种简易的测算法,所用仪表少,得到的工作特性准确度高,简便适用。1测算方法首先在额定电压下对电机进行空载试验,测取空载时的输入功率P0与定于电流入,然后结合铭牌数据计算电机的工作特性。(1)定子电流特性式中:β=P2/Pe——电机的负载系数;P2——电机负载功率;Pe——电机的额定功率;Ie——电机额定电流。… 相似文献

为有效提高V型直线超声波电动机的工作稳定性,对电机实际工作过程中驱动头的椭圆运动进行了分析.通过坐标变换,分析得出该型电机驱动头的椭圆运动轨迹为一斜椭圆.该电机驱动头的斜椭圆轨迹不仅与两个兰杰文振子的纵向振幅有关还和安装角θ有关.采用等速点分析的方法,利用冲量定理对正常安装形式下驱动头的斜椭圆轨迹在一个运动周期内对电机动子的驱动过程进行了完整分析,并得到了该型电机的机械特性方程,仿真了在该安装形式下电机的机械特性.通过和同类电机的试验对比,可以确定所得到的机械特性方程的正确性. 相似文献

直线超声电机摩擦接触特性对电机性能的影响很大,直线超声电机的摩擦驱动机理往往不同于旋转超声电机,无法应用旋转超声电机的接触模型对其进行分析。针对一款卧板式直线超声电机,基于弹性接触理论建立了其摩擦接触分析及特性预估模型。该模型考虑了施加预压力后定子工作状态的改变,以及定、动子相对滑动速度差对摩擦力的影响。利用所建立的模型,对卧板式直线超声电机的机械输出特性进行了仿真计算,并分析了定子振动特性、预压力、接触界面摩擦特性、施加预压力弹簧刚度特性、驱动频率等参数对电机机械特性的影响。制作了样机,并对样机的机械性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,所建立的模型对直线超声电机特性的估算是有效的,可以为直线超声电机的设计和特性分析提供参考。 相似文献

ABSTRACT The objective of the work described is to make an assessment of the possible use of three-phase induction motor working as a single-phase motor. The analysis is performed on the proposed winding arrangement, introduced previously by same authors. The analysis includes all motor windings, whereas the conventional analysis is performed on the running winding only. The motor windings are analyzed through the stationary direct and quadrature axes. The magnetic field and E.M.F's of the motor are studied at starting, run-up and running operation. Hence, d-q axis equivalent circuits are deduced to represent the motor at different modes of operation, taking into consideration the core losses and sturation effects. Prediction of the run-up and running characteristics of the motor under investigation is achieved by solving the equations of equivalnet circuits in a simple manner. The predicted results are compared with the releavant experimental results. Good agreement has been achieved, and this confirms the validity of proposed analysis. 相似文献

<正>确认识电压失稳机理是进一步对电力系统电压稳定问题进行深入研究的关键。分析了网络视在功率传输特性和感应电动机负荷特性,揭示了以感应电动机为核心的暂态电压失稳正反馈动态过程。将与滑差相关的感应电动机负荷及网络视在功率传输的相互作用关系定义为感应电动机网荷互馈特性,并据此进一步分析了含有感应电动机负荷的系统电压崩溃过程,明确了基于感应电动机网荷互馈特性的暂态电压失稳机理,提出了感应电动机负荷电压失稳判据,构建了简单系统算例验证分析结果。分析表明,以感应电动机为核心的电压失稳正反馈动态过程是系统暂态电压失稳的重要环节;将感应电动机故障切除时滑差对应的恢复电压作为判断感应电动机电压稳定的必要条件,能够提高暂态电压失稳判定的准确性与适用性。所述电压稳定判据为预防电压失稳现象的发生和制定电压失稳解决措施提供了有力的理论支撑。 相似文献

根据电动汽车对驱动电机性能要求,结合双凸极电机的特点,提出一种外转子结构的双凸极永磁电动机。分别对电机空载、负载以及电枢磁场单独作用3种情况下进行了有限元分析,得出在1个永磁磁链周期内不同转子位置角和不同电枢电流作用下的磁场分布图以及静态参数特性曲线。从场的角度分析和说明了电枢磁场对绕组电感特性的影响,电机的静态参数也为该电机进一步的仿真分析提供了依据。 相似文献

Simplified stability calculations of induction and synchronous motors on voltage dips are presented. The voltage dip withstand characteristics of induction and synchronous motors rated at the same horsepower and driving the same inertial loads are calculated. The motor characteristics influencing stability are: the type of motor selected (synchronous or induction); the pull-out torque of synchronous motors and the breakdown torque of induction motors; a constant excitation controller or an excitation boost on voltage dips for the synchronous motors; load and motor inertia; and load characteristics. Synchronous motors are not suitable for fast autoclosing or bus transfer, although these can be autoresynchronized. Transient torques and current surges must be considered when induction motors are connected for fast bus transfer. Due to varying power systems, motors and load characteristics, and much interaction between these, an analysis of avoiding a shutdown on voltage dips has to be performed on a case-by-case basis. This may include a computer-based study. The stiffness of the power system in relation to motor loads, the probable type of faults and fault clearance times, and motor protection and controls are some other concerns requiring an analysis in this context 相似文献

The analysis of the steady-state performance characteristics of a triac-controlled single-phase induction motor having space harmonics in its magnetic field is presented. The analysis is based on the independent consideration of the fundamental and harmonic content of the motor applied chopped sinusoidal voltage. This paper proposes a novel variable flux reluctance motor without dc‐field coils. The stator of this motor has only armature coils. The proposed motor can control the torque‐speed characteristics by increasing or decreasing the field voltage that is superimposed on the armature currents. In this paper, the operational principle of the motor is described, and the N–T characteristics are computed by finite element analysis under vector control.
