借助X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)分析方法,研究以Li2CO3-YSZ-SrCO3作为敏感电极的氧化锆(YSZ)固体电解质CO2传感器.结果表明,在实验条件(450℃,CO2浓度(34 100 ~ 576 800)×10-6)下,传感器对CO2浓度变化具有准确、快速的响应.Li2CO3-YSZ-SrCO3电极烧制温度对其性能有影响.750℃烧制时,ZrO2与Li2CO3和SrCO3反应较充分;725℃烧制时,反应较浅.比较而言,725℃烧制的传感器响应较好. 相似文献

采用纳米Pt修饰Pt电极、在0.8mol/L H2SO4-50%CH3CN电解质体系中,同时检测出芥子气分子中的特征基团-S-和-Cl,使HD的检测结果具有特征性。采用方波伏安法,能够更有效分辨芥子气分子中-Cl的电化学信号,芥子气的检测限为0.1μg/mL。在研究检测芥子气的机理中发现,芥子气分子中的-S-基团在电化学氧化过程中,在工作电极上失去的电子,经外电路传递到对电极,电解质溶液中的溶解氧在对电极表面发生O2+4H++4e→2H2O的电化学还原反应,使得工作电极的输出电子被消耗,电化学闭合回路的电流得以有效流通,电解质溶液中的溶解氧对-S-的氧化过程有至关重要的作用,外在表现为芥子气的检测灵敏度有显著提高。 相似文献

讨论了一种新型pH修饰电极的制备及其应用。将钨(W)电极放置于2 0mol/LH2SO4中,在1 0~2 0V的电位区间内进行电化学氧化,通过该方法在W电极表面生成三氧化钨(WO3)膜。为了排除样品中的污染,在W/WO3电极表面涂敷了一层Nafion(全氟化离子交换剂)膜。该W/WO3/Nafion修饰电极在pH值2.0~12.0的范围内有良好的线性关系,能斯特(Nernstian)斜率为(-53.5±0.5)mV/pH;该电极对pH值6 0~7.0范围内的缓冲溶液响应时间为3s左右;同时,对pH测量过程中的干扰离子、稳定性、寿命和重现性等问题也进行了讨论。最后,还将该修饰pH电极用于多种饮料中pH水平的测定,并和常规的pH玻璃电极进行了比较,获得满意的结果。 相似文献

The pH sensing capability of surface confined nitrosophenyl groups is demonstrated. Nitrosophenyl modified edge plane pyrolytic electrodes (EPPGs) and screen printed electrodes (SPEs) were characterised by cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry respectively. A near-Nernstian response of 59 mV/pH at 25 °C, was obtained. A pH insensitive internal reference, ferrocenyl group was co-modified onto the nitrosophenyl modified screen printed electrodes. Calibrationless pH measurement was realised using the difference in the redox potentials of the pH dependent nitrosophenyl and pH insensitive ferrocenyl groups. 相似文献

An amperometric glucose sensor based on Pd-Ni/SiNW electrode has been investigated. The silicon nanowire (SiNW) electrodes were first fabricated by chemical etching, and then nickel and palladium particles were deposited onto the surfaces of SiNWs via electroless co-plating technique followed by annealing in nitrogen atmosphere at 350 °C for 300 s. The morphology of Pd-Ni/SiNW electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The sensor performance was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and fixed potential amperometry techniques. In 0.1 M KOH alkaline medium with different glucose concentrations, the sensor shows an excellent sensitivity of 190.72 μA mM−1 cm−2 with the detection limit (S/N ratio = 3) of 2.88 μM. And it also exhibits superior anti-interference properties to the species including ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA) and 4-acetamidophenol (AP). All results demonstrate that this Pd-Ni/SiNW electrode is a candidate with great potential for glucose detection. 相似文献

洋中脊热液流体及大陆斜坡气体水合物区的冷泉中溶解有硫离子.Ir/IrO2电极对硫离子非常敏感.虽然它和Ag/AgCl参比电极配对在pH 0~14中具有优良性能,但在含有2×10-4mol/L Na2S的缓冲溶液(pH=12.6)中无法得到稳定电位.测试初期是高强度假信号,然后是上下波动的信号曲线.为克服硫离子的干扰,在Ir/IrO2电极表面镀上了Nafion膜.Nafion是杜邦公司生产的一种聚合物选择性半透膜.相对于为未镀Nafion膜的Ir/IrO2电极而言,镀膜电极不仅对不同pH值溶液响应良好,而且在含有2×10-4mol/L Na2S的缓冲溶液中信号稳定,表明了硫离子的干扰被有效屏蔽.固态镀膜Ir/IrO2和Ag/AgCl电极对适用于对海底热液和冷泉的pH测定与长期观测. 相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive method is described for direct voltammetric determination of noscapine in blood and pharmaceutical sample. Glassy carbon electrode with effective method is modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to cause activation of multiwall carbon nanotubes structures for electrocatalyzes of noscapine oxidation. The cyclic voltammetric (CV) results indicated that MWNTs remarkably enhances electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of noscapine, which is leading to considerable improvement of anodic peak current for noscapine, and allows the development of a highly sensitive voltammetric sensor for detection of noscapine in pharmaceutical and clinical samples. Under the optimum condition, the calibration curve was linear in the concentration range 4.0 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 and relative standard deviation (R.S.D.%) lower than 1.0% (n = 5). Finally, some kinetic parameters were determined and multistep mechanism for oxidation of noscapine for first time was proposed. 相似文献
