基于PLC的钢包精炼炉合金加料数据采集控制系统

为建立LF精炼炉合金加料模型采集数据的需要,选用相关的硬件设备和系统软件,并根据工艺要求对系统进行合适配置和通信连接,然后运用西门子编程软件STEP 7进行应用程序开发,并运用监控组态软件＂组态王＂进行人机界面画面组态,构建了LF精炼炉合金加料的数据采集控制系统,满足了设计要求。
