河南某黄金冶炼渣铁品位为27.24%,铁主要以赤铁矿的形式存在。为回收该渣中铁,采用直接还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺进行试验。结果表明:在还原剂焦煤加入量为15%、氧化钙加入量为5%、焙烧温度为1 150℃、焙烧时间为80 min、焙烧产品磨细至-0.045 mm占75%、弱磁选磁场强度为60 k A/m时,可以获得铁品位为91.4%、回收率为79.5%的铁精矿,实现了该黄金冶炼渣中铁的高效回收。  相似文献

某褐铁矿原矿铁品位39.28%,其中褐铁矿矿物含量占73.86%,具有一定的回收价值。以焦煤为还原剂,采用磁化焙烧-磁选的工艺回收其中的铁,试验主要考察了磁化焙烧温度、时间、还原剂加入量、磨矿细度、磁场强度对铁精矿选别指标的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:磁化焙烧温度800℃,焦煤加入量4%,焙烧时间40 min,焙烧样磨矿至-0.037 mm 90%,磁场强度设置192 KA/m进行磁选,最终可获得磁选精矿铁品位59.76%、铁回收率73.31%的良好指标。  相似文献

对含铁品位为43.58%、含磷0.83%的鄂西某宁乡式高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了直接还原焙烧脱磷试验研究。研究了焙烧温度、还原剂用量、焙烧时间、脱磷剂用量对直接还原铁指标的影响。在还原剂用量17.5%, TS用量50%, NCP用量2.5%, 焙烧时间60 min, 一段磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占89.56%, 磁选磁场强度为87.58 kA/m; 二段磨矿粒度为-0.025 mm粒级占100%, 磁选磁场强度为87.58 kA/m时可得到铁品位91.58%, 回收率84.96%, 磷品位0.049%的直接还原铁磁选精矿。  相似文献

某铜冶炼渣浮选尾渣中含铁36.80%,铁主要铁橄榄石和磁铁矿的形式赋存,根据其矿石性质特点,以烟煤为还原剂,应用直接还原焙烧—磁选工艺回收铜尾渣中铁。试验结果表明:将铜尾渣与烟煤和作为助还原剂的CaO按100∶30∶20的质量比混合,在焙烧温度1 200℃,焙烧时间为60 min,磨矿细度为-0.045 mm含量占80%,磁场强度为127.32 kA/m的条件下,可获得铁品位为91.68%、铁回收率为82.24%的铁精矿。  相似文献

以褐煤为还原剂, 采用还原焙烧-磁选的方法回收氰化尾渣中的铁, 考查了褐煤添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磁场强度等工艺参数对铁品位及回收率的影响规律。结果表明, 在褐煤添加量为18%, 焙烧温度800 ℃, 焙烧时间50 min, 磁场强度0.24 T的条件下, 精选后的铁精矿TFe品位可达到59%, 铁回收率可达到80%。  相似文献

验证了以高炉灰为还原剂时硫酸渣与高炉灰共还原-磁选回收铁工艺的可行性,考察了还原剂种类及用量、还原温度、还原时间、磨矿细度、磁场强度对还原铁指标的影响。结果表明,采用共还原-磁选工艺能够充分利用高炉灰中碳资源的还原性,实现硫酸渣与高炉灰中铁资源的回收,且不同种类高炉灰对共还原-磁选所得还原铁指标影响不同,以G4高炉灰为还原剂时还原铁中铁品位和铁回收率较好,在G4用量50%、还原温度1200 ℃、还原时间60 min、磨矿细度-74 μm粒级占47.93%、磁场强度0.10 T条件下可获得铁品位91.96%、铁回收率91.62%的直接还原铁,该工艺可为硫酸渣和高炉灰的综合利用提供参考。  相似文献

铜冶炼渣中含有铜、铁等有价金属,其中铜金属可通过直接浮选回收,但铁的矿物组成复杂,很难直接通过磁选回收。以含铁38.76%、含铜2.26%的铜冶炼渣为研究对象,在矿石性质研究基础上,以烟煤为还原剂,通过直接还原焙烧—磁选工艺回收铜渣中的铜、铁。结果表明,铜冶炼渣、烟煤和还原助剂氧化钙以100∶25∶20的质量比混合,在焙烧温度1 200 ℃,焙烧时间80 min的条件下直接还原焙烧铜渣;焙砂在磨矿细度为-0.045 mm含量占80%,磁场强度为111 kA/m的条件下进行磁选试验,最终可获得铁品位为91.54%,铁回收率为90.54%,铜品位为6.06%、铜回收率为89.04%的含铜铁精矿,研究结果可为铜冶炼渣的回收利用提供依据。  相似文献

在对某氰化尾渣进行化学分析和X射线衍射分析的基础上,进行了煤基还原焙烧-磁选试验研究,着重探讨了还原煤的种类和添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对试验结果的影响。试验结果表明,用烟煤为还原剂,不仅用量比褐煤少,而且试验指标更好;在烟煤添加量为18%、焙烧温度为750 ℃、焙烧时间为60 min、焙烧产品磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90%的情况下,经1粗1精弱磁选(磁场强度为149.6 kA/m),获得了铁品位为60%、回收率为70.80%的铁精矿。  相似文献

以某菱铁矿石为原料,采用直接还原-弱磁选工艺,研究了焙烧温度、还原时间、碳铁质量比对还原焙烧产品金属化率的影响,以及磨矿细度、磁场强度对弱磁选指标的影响。结果表明:在还原焙烧温度为1 050 ℃,还原时间为100 min,碳铁质量比为2.3的条件下,得到铁金属化率为90.88%的还原焙烧产品;还原焙烧产品在磨矿细度为-0.037 mm占79.60%,磁场强度为79.62 kA/m下,得到铁品位为92.40%,铁回收率为96.60%的还原铁粉,可直接作为炼钢原料。  相似文献

对某黄金冶炼尾渣中铁的回收进行了试验,采用无烟煤为还原剂进行还原磁化焙烧,再进行2段磁选的方法回收得到铁精矿。考察了焙烧温度与时间、还原剂添加量以及2段磁选的磁场强度对试验的影响。试验结果表明:在焙烧温度为720℃、焙烧时间为50 min、还原剂添加量为14%、1段磁场强度为160 kA/m、2段磁场强度为140 kA/m的条件下,可以获得铁品位及铁回收率分别为65.27%和80.44%的高指标铁精矿。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
