采用循环伏安法研究了EG-Zn Cl2-Mg Cl2和EG-Zn Cl2-Mg Cl2-Na OH体系的电化学行为。结果表明,锌先于镁发生电沉积,添加剂Na OH的加入能够促进镁的电沉积。此外,Zn-Mg合金沉积接近一个不可逆的过程,其氧化峰面积远小于还原峰面积。用2.5 V的槽电压于353 K在纯铜片上进行电沉积,在EG-Zn Cl2-Mg Cl2-Na OH体系成功电沉积Zn-Mg合金。Zn-Mg合金镀层的光电子能谱分析表明,镁以Mg和Mg O的形式存在,Mg O的出现是表层镁被空气氧化所致;锌以单质的形式存在。XRD分析结果表明,沉积的合金为Zn-Mg固溶体。  相似文献

高镁低品位软锰矿石传统的锰镁分离工艺均存在污染严重、锰镁离子分离效率低等问题。为了实现高镁低品位软锰矿的高效、低污染开发利用,以广西某高镁低品位软锰矿为原料,对采用酸化还原焙烧+尾气(SO2)还原软锰矿矿浆—还原产物合并浸出—浸出液除杂工艺制得的高纯Mn SO4与Mg SO4混合溶液,进行了NH4HCO3沉Mn2+(锰镁高效分离)工艺条件研究。结果表明,在NH4HCO3与Mn SO4物质的量之比为2.25,反应时间为60 min,反应温度为30℃,搅拌速度为120 r/min情况下,锰镁分离率可达96.96%。该锰镁分离工艺既解决了酸化还原焙烧尾气(SO2)的高效回收利用问题,又高效地实现了浸出液中锰镁离子的分离。  相似文献

以LiCl-KCl熔盐为电解质,采用熔盐电脱氧法直接还原La_(2)O_(3)-NiO制备LaNi_(5)合金,研究电解时间对电脱氧还原制备LaNi_(5)合金的影响,探讨了在熔盐中金属氧化物电脱氧的机理。结果表明,在650℃、3.5 V槽电压下,经过10 h电解可制备LaNi_(5)合金;金属氧化物电解还原历程为:NiO优先还原为金属Ni,其次是LaNiO_(x)中La部分得到还原,并与先还原的金属Ni合金化形成LaNi_(5)合金,而金属氧化物生成较稳定的LaNiO_(x)中间产物,最后金属氧化物LaNiO_(x)进一步还原并与先还原的金属镍合金化生成LaNi_(5)合金。  相似文献

用金电极对含高氯化钙镁电解质(MgCl_2:CaCl_2:NaCl:KCl=13:41:41:5重量)中Fe(Ⅱ)在700℃下的还原过程进行了循环伏安研完。证明Fe(Ⅱ)的还原过程为扩散控制的简单双电子转移的金属电沉积过程。测得Fe(Ⅱ)的扩散系数为2.67×10~(-5)cm~2·S~(-1)。  相似文献

研究了锌电沉积过程中溶液中锌离子浓度和硫酸浓度对电积液密度、导电率、槽电压以及电沉积电流效率的影响。结果表明, 电流效率随着溶液中锌含量增大和溶液中硫酸含量的减小而增大。通过回归分析, 得到了溶液浓度与锌电沉积参数关系的回归方程, 并得出了锌电沉积的最优化条件。  相似文献

为实现硼泥中镁元素的资源化利用,采用碱熔氨浸联合法从硼泥中提取Mg(OH)2。研究了不同的氢氧化钠与硼泥质量比,焙烧时间与焙烧温度对镁转化率的影响,不同氯化铵用量、浸出时间和浸出温度对镁溶出率的影响,不同氨水用量对镁离子沉淀率的影响。结果表明:当氢氧化钠与硼泥质量比为3∶1,在340℃条件下焙烧30 min时,硼泥中镁的转化率达到96%;镁的溶出率随氯化铵用量的增加、浸出温度的升高和浸出时间的延长而增加;镁离子的沉淀率随氨水用量的增加先增加后减少。  相似文献

为了回收内蒙古某钼尾矿中含量约35%的长石以及含量约35%的石英,进行了油酸钠在镁离子存在的条件下对石英和长石浮选分离的研究。通过对浮选条件的优化,在pH=11.0、镁离子用量300 g/t、油酸钠用量900 g/t的条件下,获得了产率为27.28%、SiO2含量为94.67%的石英产品以及产率为36.47%、K2O+Na2O含量11.13%的长石产品。通过Zeta电位测试及镁离子的溶液化学分析表明,矿浆pH值为11.0时,Mg(OH)+的浓度较大,Mg(OH)2沉淀刚开始生成,此时活化石英的效果最为明显,即浮选精选产率较大,且浮选精矿中长石浮选回收率较低;当矿浆pH值大于11.0时,在矿物表面生成越来越多的Mg(OH)2沉淀可能使药剂失去选择性,从而导致大量长石开始上浮。镁离子对石英的活化作用有利于石英和长石的浮选分离。   相似文献

重庆秀山县隘口白云石矿Mg O品位20.88%,主要呈细晶结构,主要矿物为白云石,是优质的炼镁原料。为合理开发利用该资源,采用硅热法进行炼镁试验。结果表明:在煅烧粒度0.25~3 mm(需水洗)、煅烧时间60 min、煅烧温度1 080℃,可获得水化活性度35.32%、灼减0.32%的合格煅白;在炉料配硅比M=1.2、w(煅白)∶w(硅铁)∶w(萤石)=79.44∶17.57∶2.99、制球压强332~346 MPa,还原温度1 170℃、还原时间120 min、还原真空度5.2~7.2 Pa的条件下进行真空还原镁试验,可获得白云石镁还原率95.27%、硅利用率79.62%、粗镁纯度99.641%良好指标,为进一精炼镁提供了基础。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
