一种通用的移动增值服务平台的设计与实现

近年来,短信、彩信等增值服务成为了移动通信网络的新的利润增长点,使得越来越多的公司加入了SP(Service Provider服务提供商)的行列。但对于任何SP都存在一个问题,增值服务的种类必须不断增加,如何才能避免对相似的增值服务的重复开发呢?提供了一个解决方案——一种通用的移动增值服务平台。对于大多数常见的短信类和彩信类增值服务,只要通过此平台的后台管理系统对新的服务进行简单的配置并导入信息数据,就能够在不进行额外开发的情况下添加新的增值服务。     

基于SOAP协议MISC与SP彩信业务订购接口的实现

彩信是目前无线增值业务中增长迅速的一项业务,无线增值服务提供商(SP)通过与无线运营商(如中国移动)的合作,为用户提供彩信服务,即图片、声音等多媒体信息服务.用户订购彩信业务,需要在SP和中国移动之间提供数据、信息交互,完成业务订购、退订等操作.而SP与中国移动之间的接口,基于SOAP协议进行数据传输.本文分析双方SOAP通信接口定义,并探讨在数据交互过程过程中,如何进行SOAP消息封装、传输及解析,从而实现用户订购数据在SP和中国移动之间的数据同步.

通信服务提供商的业务方向发生转变,提供下一代服务成为他们未来竞争的重点,这对软件服务提供商提出了新的要求。     

基于SP的彩信管理平台的开发与实现

实现集产品编辑、渠道合作、彩信发送等功能于一身的彩信管理平台,能够实现彩信业务的真正“增值”。对于日益竞争激烈的sP们来说,面临着这样一个问题：怎么去实现这样一个管理平台呢？根据各接口功能的不同,分析与研究了彩信后台管理平台的架构与实现机制。采用Java技术设计与实现了各接口功能模块的逻辑功能;采用JSP技术实现各接口功能模块的页面显示功能;采用Javaservlet技术实现了各通道合作的功能;最后进行了平台的压力测试与性能分析。结果表明：该平台能够稳定地运行,实现彩信业务的增值。

移动搭台 空中网唱戏：环球佳丽惊艳移动梦网

环球佳丽惊艳移动梦网2004年盛况空前的“环球小姐”大赛,已在各地轰轰烈烈预演着,为使移动用户能随时随地欣赏到佳丽们的倩影,聆听甜美娇音。全球最大的移动运营商中国移动通信集团公司联合空中网共同推出“环球小姐”亮相手机服务,从4月1日开始,移动用户只要登入移动梦网,就可以与环球小姐面对面。据悉,被称为“手机娱乐第一门户”的空中网,是目前中国最大的彩信服务提供商,最大的手机上网提供商和最大的手机游戏提供商,已获得2004年世界环球小姐大赛无线数据业务惟一版权。此次以环球小姐为主题开发的无线产品,内容涵盖彩信、WAP、JAV…     

面向云联网的云服务协商机制

随着云计算的快速发展,越来越多的用户开始使用云服务提供商提供的服务,而云联网作为云计算研究的新领域,可以实现跨云服务提供商的服务,当单个云服务提供商无法满足用户的服务需求时,云服务提供商之间以合作的方式为用户提供服务,以便更好地满足用户的服务需求。针对上述情况,提出了面向云联网的云服务协商机制,该机制利用云联网和改进的经典合同网模型来实现云服务提供商的交互协商。为了有效地选出合作伙伴以提高合作效率,还为每一个云服务提供商建立了一个熟人集。实验表明,本文设计的机制可以有效地提高云服务提供商之间的合作效率,并且可以更好地满足用户的服务需求。     

IP增值服务增长率为35％——Juniper推出具QoS和IPv6的增强型产品

基于DSMP的多媒体消息下发平台的设计与开发

为了规范服务运营商（SP）的经营行为、确保移动数据业务的持续、健康发展,中国移动建立了以.DSMP管理规范为核心的移动数据业务管理系统,并在今年开始全网启动.SP必须对已有的多媒体消息下发平台进行改造,实现与DSMP的对接,才能继续开展业务.阐述了一个基于数据业务管理平台的多媒体消息下发平台的总体结构,并对其功能模块和关键技术进行了详细描述.多媒体短信下发平台为手机用户及服务提供商架起了桥梁,使SP在新的市场环境下快速开展增值业务.     

Perceptions versus expectations of multimedia messaging service (MMS)

Previously mobile industry has been unsuccessful in predicting services available on mobile phones that consumers would want to use. Short messaging service (SMS), for example, developed as a major service to the surprise of service providers. Wireless application protocol (WAP) despite heavy marketing and high hopes was not successful. The study presented examines consumer attitudes to using multimedia messaging service (MMS). An experiment is reported which tests whether people who had the opportunity to use MMS formed different perceptions of it to those who were only shown an animated PowerPoint presentation. The results demonstrated that the group who used MMS had more positive perceptions. However, the results from both groups suggest there are important barriers to overcome for use to be extensive: for example, the price of the service and of the handsets would be a disincentive and the service would need to be available to use across networks.     

基于BIRIS的海运物流服务平台案例研究

With increasing competition in international marine logistics service industry, the voice of improving marine logistics service for reducing operation cost and improving service quality is much higher. Aiming at the marine logistics services between Weihai and Korea, this paper makes a case study to design a BIRIS-based public platform for this service. Firstly, current business scenarios of Sino-Korea marine logistics services are briefly analyzed and some business issues that need to be solved urgently are listed, e.g., lack of effective communication channel between cargo owners and various service providers, low coordination efficiency between different service providers etc. Aiming at these problems, a BIRIS based marine logistics service platform is designed. TO-BE business scenario, SOA techniques for developing such platform, and some examples of identifying services, designing service interfaces and designing portal for each service provider, are elaborately shown.     

彩信群发管理平台设计与实现

无线增值业务的迅猛发展对运营商提出了更高的要求,尤其是对分散的服务供应商的行为监管和内容审查.针对运营商的现实需求,提出了基于J2EE的彩信群发管理平台,介绍了系统的设计和实现过程,通过综合运用系统应用整合策略和Web Service技术实现了多个系统的有效整合,通过流量控制等技术提高了系统的安全可靠性,取得了较好的应用效果.     

Exploring factors influencing mobile users' intention to adopt multimedia messaging service

While short messaging service (SMS) is discussed often in recent literature, multimedia messaging service (MMS), a media rich successor of SMS, is seldom heard or understood by mobile users in Taiwan. The adoption rates of MMS are far from satisfactory, implying that there might be some factors keeping the potential users away from using MMS. This research integrates a qualitative method, the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique, with the quantitative questionnaire survey to elicit and validate underlying factors which influence potential users' attitude and intention toward the adoption of MMS. A research model together with eight hypotheses was formulated, and a questionnaire based survey was administrated to mobile users knowledgeable about mobile messaging services for empirically validating the research model and testing the hypotheses. Our research findings show that relative advantage and ease of use are important factors significantly influencing mobile users' adoption of MMS but the other two antecedents, facilitating conditions and previous experience, do not have significant and direct impacts on mobile users' intention to use MMS. These study results can be referenced by service providers for designing and developing successful business applications to catch the valuable opportunity and benefit of MMS.     

Relationship between consumer’s preference and service attributes in mobile telecommunication service

The mobile telecommunication sector is increasing, thus becoming a key area for economic development in global and local markets. One of potential ways to promote competition among service providers is to introduce a mobile number portability (MNP) service. Consumer preferences are estimated using conjoint analysis. Results indicate that subscribers do not consider the MNP service an import attribute, while price and service quality are the most valuable attributes. The results of this study provide important information to implement the first service launch in mobile telecommunication and other similar information and communication technology (ICT) services.     

聚合模式下网约车市场的定价策略研究

针对聚合模式给网约车市场带来的收益分配和价格竞争问题,引入平台抽成和出行服务商服务差异刻画聚合模式下网约车市场的特征,构建了聚合平台和两服务商的斯坦伯格博弈模型,探讨了在聚合模式下网约车市场的定价均衡。随后引入平台补贴定价策略,分析了补贴策略对市场均衡定价以及聚合平台、出行服务商期望收益的影响。研究表明：聚合模式下出行服务商服务差异是影响平台抽成比例和网约车市场服务定价的重要因素,对聚合平台和出行服务商的期望收益有双向影响;平台对出行者的价格补贴提高了补贴前网约车市场的服务定价,导致平台抽成增加;采用合理的补贴定价策略可以有效提升出行服务商和聚合平台的收益,同时改进社会福利。     

云外包服务供应商竞争力的动态变化规律仿真

本文首先从静态和动态两个角度对云外包下服务商竞争力的影响因素进行了分析,为应对外部不断变化的残酷的市场竞争具有重要意义.提出了动态评价云外包服务供应商竞争力的模型和选择方法,运用netlogo对发包商与外包商的合作行为进行了仿真实验,分析出影响供应商竞争力的变化特点和环境约束,从而为云外包服务供应商提高自身竞争力,在新兴行业的长久生存提供了参考.     

多媒体信息服务系统设计与实现

随着网络与通讯技术的迅速发展，人们对信息交流的要求越来越高，纷纷要求使用多媒体信息，而一个基于IP网络的多媒体信息服务系统，利用其先进的网络技术，恰恰能满足这种需求。多媒体信息服务系统具有较好的可靠性和稳定性，能够在现有的GSM／GPRS网络平台上正常运行，同时也具有良好的灵活性和扩展性，系统能够在未来3G网络上正常运行。
