气液喷射式磺化反应器的应用研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
用喷射式磺化反应器分别对脂肪酸甲酯、烷基苯、重烷基苯、脂肪醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和α 烯烃等原料进行了SO3气相磺化/硫酸化反应,研究了反应器主要结构参数对产品质量的影响,并与膜式反应器作了比较。结果表明:喷射磺化反应器制备的烷基苯磺酸、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸的产品质量与膜式磺化反应器相当,制备的重烷基苯磺酸盐产品质量稳定,降低原油/水界面张力的能力优于膜式磺化器制备的产品,但在磺化α 烯烃、硫酸化脂肪醇和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚时转化率低于90%,产品质量明显不及膜式反应器。从两种反应器的传质、传热机理及效率,不同有机原料的SO3磺化机理及反应速度等方面对以上现象进行了分析和讨论,认为喷射式磺化反应器适用于脂肪酸甲酯、烷基苯、重烷基苯的磺化,目前的结构参数不适用于α 烯烃、脂肪醇和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的磺化/硫酸化反应,需要进一步调整,改善传质效率。 相似文献

Sucuk (a kind of dry-fermented Turkish sausage) dough was inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus at a level of 3.74 log colony forming unit (cfu) g?1 and manufactured in the presence of spices and addition of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and with and without essential oil of Thymbra spicata. All samples were analyzed for S. aureus, aerobic plate count (APC), LAB and pH during manufacturing and storage. Results showed that counts of S. aureus were decreased by 1.97 and 3.71 log units after manufacturing in sucuks made with LAB and LAB + essential oil respectively, and APC by 1.70 and 2.74 log unit, respectively. pH dropped more rapidly in sucuks made using LAB during fermentation time. pH values was decreased in 3 days of fermentation to the lowest point of 4.82 and 4.92 in sucuks made with LAB and LAB + essential oil, respectively. This was 5.37 for control sucuk (made without LAB). The low pH was effective in the inactivation of pathogenic bacterium and APC in sucuks. Cells were decreased during fermentation, ripening and storage periods of sucuk. Essential oil of T. spicata was showed additional antimicrobial effect on S. aureus and APC in sucuks beside low pH and ingredients (spices and nitrate). 相似文献

研究了10种常用表面活性剂在含氧系彩漂液中的应用,并追踪了22个月的稳定性测试。结果表明,APG(650EC)、XP-80、AEO9、15-S-9、TO-10这5种非离子表面活性剂和烷基苯磺酸、SAS这类磺酸类物质的阴离子表面活性剂和AES均具有保持彩漂液中有效氧的稳定性,而C16MES和国产APG则不能保持彩漂液中有效氧的稳定性。 相似文献

分6个方面对国内表面活性剂/洗涤剂行业近几年来技术进展情况进行了概括总结,主要内容包括:表面活性剂主要品种及其原料的生产技术进展,如烷基苯、脂肪醇、脂肪胺及脂肪酸的生产以及磺化工艺和乙氧基化技术;新型表面活性剂的研究与开发,主要品种有烷基多苷、醇醚羧酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、葡糖酰胺、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐等;助剂制造技术的进步,如4A沸石、层状硅酸盐、酸制剂等的研发情况及生产技术的提高;洗涤用品制造技术,包括洗衣粉规模化生产技术,液洗配方技术等;表面活性剂在高新技术领域如新材料领域、能源领域、农药、医药与生命科学领域应用的研发情况;表面活性剂/洗涤剂行业技术标准进展情况。总体看行业技术取得明显进步,但和国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,需加快技术进步步伐,实现行业的可持续发展。 相似文献

Controlling the linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) sulfonation process is a critical part of the LAS manufacturing process;
this process can be monitored by assaying for LAS content, unsulfonated linear alkylbenzene (LAB), and LAB sulfones. Traditionally,
assaying the LAB and LAB sulfone contents has been time consuming and not straightforward. A simple and rapid procedure is
described for the isolation and simultaneous capillary gas chromatographic (GC) quantification of LAB and LAB sulfones in
LAS. The procedure involves extraction of the unsulfonated LAB and the LAB sulfones into n-heptane; sodium linear alkylbenzenesulfonate or linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid (reacted to form sodium linear alkylbenzenesulfonate)
remains in the aqueous extraction solvent layer. High-temperature capillary GC using a specialty metal capillary column enables

采用中心复合设计的响应曲面法优化了乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系从丹参粗提液中分离丹酚酸B的工艺参数,并对放大效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,在确定pH2.0和30℃的条件下,当硫酸铵和乙醇质量分数分别为20%和29%时,丹酚酸B的分配系数最大为58.7,回收率为97.3%。上相加乙醇脱除硫酸铵,减压浓缩、干燥,丹酚酸B的纯度为57.4%。与小试相比,放大40倍后,分配系数(59.3)、回收率(98.2%)和纯度(58.6%)均无显著差异(p<0.05)。500g丹参,经煮提,双水相萃取,脱硫酸铵,氯仿脱脂,乙酸乙脂萃取,可得26.1g浸膏,丹酚酸B的纯度为78.1%,总回收率为87.0%。因此,双水相萃取可以作为从丹参粗提液中规模分离丹酚酸B的有效手段。 相似文献

金陵石化烷基苯水厂格栅反应池存在设计参数及格栅布局不合理的现象,造成混凝效果差,混凝剂单位消耗过高,通过对格栅反应池的水力计算分析,提出了工艺改造和参数调整的方案,使格栅反应池的水力条件得到改善,混凝剂单位消耗量大幅下降,为老水厂的格栅反应池改造提供了较好的借鉴。 相似文献

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are significant groups of probiotic organisms in fermented food and are generally considered safe. LAB regulate soil organic matter and the biochemical cycle, detoxify hazardous chemicals, and enhance plant health. They are found in decomposing plants, traditional fermented milk products, and normal human gastrointestinal and vaginal flora. Exploring LAB identified in unknown niches may lead to isolating unique species. However, their classification is quite complex, and they are adapted to high sugar concentrations and acidic environments. LAB strains are considered promising candidates for sustainable agriculture, and they promote soil health and fertility. Therefore, they have received much attention regarding sustainable agriculture. LAB metabolites promote plant growth and stimulate shoot and root growth. As fertilizers, LAB can promote biodegradation, accelerate the soil organic content, and produce organic acid and bacteriocin metabolites. However, LAB show an antagonistic effect against phytopathogens, inhibiting fungal and bacterial populations in the rhizosphere and phyllosphere. Several studies have proposed the LAB bioremediation efficiency and detoxification of heavy metals and mycotoxins. However, LAB genetic manipulation and metabolic engineered tools provide efficient cell factories tailor-made to produce beneficial industrial and agro-products.
