针对日益复杂的电磁波环境,为突破工程可实用化的关键技术,对声光频谱分析仪进行高灵敏度、大带宽、实时响应等多方位技术攻关.阐述了高灵敏度、宽带、实时声光频谱分析仪的主要工作原理及设计方法.研制出瞬时带宽200 MHz,灵敏度优于-80 dBm,测频分辨率达1 MHz的声光频谱分析仪样机.若采用5通道同时工作,便可将带宽拓展到1 GHz,这将在电子战中具有很高的应用价值.其中,详细介绍了采用超声跟踪方式拓展声光偏转器布喇格带宽的设计以及在视频信号处理电路中首次采用的频点跟随读数方式.此种数据采集方式避免了传统设计中靠微机对信号进行处理、检出等繁琐环节所造成的时间拖延,真正做到信号的实时响应输出. 相似文献

The structure of the acousto- optic spectrum analyzer was investigated including the RF amplifying circuit, the optical structures and the postprocessing circuit, and the design idea of the module was applied to design the spectrum analyzer. The modularization spectrum analyzer takes on the performance stabilization and higher reliability, and according to different demands, the different modules can be used. The spectrum analyzer had such performances as the detecting frequency precision of 1 MHz, the detecting frequency error of 0.58 MHz, detecting responsivity of 90 dBm and bandwidth of 50 MHz. 相似文献

Magneto-optic (MO) coupling of guided optical waves with microwave magnetostatic waves (MSWs) simultaneously excited by multiple radio frequency(RF) signals can lead to multifrequency diffraction effects and then parallel processing of RF signals can be realized by using of the characteristics that diffraction efficiencies(DEs) are approximately in direct proportion to RF signals intensities and diffraction angles are related to frequencies of the corresponding RF signals within linear MO interaction region. In this paper, studied is the multifrequency MO Bragg diffraction in first-order MO interaction approximation, and obtained was the approximate analytical expression for principle diffraction efficiency(PDE). Also, put forward was a parallel imaging method of relative intensity of RF signals based on single-frequency diffraction. By calculation and analysis, it is shown that the relative error is not more than 0.3 dB for the case of three RF signals within the frequency space of 60 MHz. 相似文献

Spectral and structural characteristics of distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) in vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers were studied with photoluminescence and double- crystal X- ray diffraction measurement. The expected high quality epitaxial DBR structure was verified. In the X- ray double- crystal rocking curves of DBR the zeroth- order peak, the first and second order satellite peaks were measured. Splitting of diffraction peak appeared in the rocking curves was analyzed. The effects of introduced deep energy levels on the structural perfection and optical properties were discussed. 相似文献
