针对流式办公文档和固定版式办公文档如何共享与交换文档信息的问题,提出了以XSL-FO作为中间格式实现流式文档到版式文档转换的方法.系统地分析了XSL-FO和“标文通”字处理部分两种文档格式标准之间的相同点及存在的差异,探讨了两种文档格式之间的转换能力,并通过XSLT实现了两种文档格式之间的转换.实验结果表明了该方法的可行性. 相似文献

The transformation of scanned paper documents to a form suitable for an Internet browser is a complex process that requires
solutions to several problems. The application of an OCR to some parts of the document image is only one of the problems.
In fact, the generation of documents in HTML format is easier when the layout structure of a page has been extracted by means
of a document analysis process. The adoption of an XML format is even better, since it can facilitate the retrieval of documents
in the Web. Nevertheless, an effective transformation of paper documents into this format requires further processing steps,
namely document image classification and understanding. WISDOM++ is a document processing system that operates in five steps:
document analysis, document classification, document understanding, text recognition with an OCR, and transformation into HTML/XML format. The innovative aspects described in the paper are: the preprocessing algorithm, the adaptive page segmentation,
the acquisition of block classification rules using techniques from machine learning, the layout analysis based on general
layout principles, and a method that uses document layout information for conversion to HTML/XML formats. A benchmarking of
the system components implementing these innovative aspects is reported.

An intelligent format of the compressed graphic data representation, based on correlation-extremal recognition methods is described in this work. Corresponding fields of a new data representation structure are formed by compression, recognition, masking, and coding methods for describing data in the format of the linear-contour model obtained by vectoring initial images of graphic documents. Lightweight data formatting and document exchanging schemes are of interest in conserving energy while exchanging documents, particularly in the resource constrained networks (RCNs). This paper presents an energy-conserving, lightweight method for data representation and trusted document exchange. It is based on a format derived from the YAML Ain’t Markup Language (YAML), a lightweight data serialization language and includes a schema extraction process to separate data from its structure. The resultant schema is useful for thinning the data format and also for checking the rewriting attacks. The rewriting attack is checked using a two-tiered approach. It is observed that the proposed document format is less verbose and more energy conserving than XML and other popular non-binary formats. ABSTRACTThe article presents methods of increasing mathematical content accessibility in educational e-publications using multimodal user interfaces (UI). Educational mathematical publications such as exercise notebooks and worksheets, require student's interactivity in problem solving. EPUB3, an open format for e-publications, has the possibilities of creating multimedia, interactive mathematics content. Among the programs that support EPUB3, only a few support the MathML format presenting formulas, and provides limited possibilities for user interactivity, insufficient in mathematical education. Our solutions in the PlatMat system increase the interactive accessibility of EPUB3 mathematical content for students with visual impairment. The solutions are based on concurrent multimodal alternative interfaces for exploring math content in EPUB3 publications. Students can read and modify formulas choosing preferred UI and device. Similarly, in different modes (visual, acoustic and touch) students can recognise function graphs and shapes of geometrical figures saved in scalable vector graphics (SVG) format. Teachers can create universal mathematical documents for all students. The system supports inclusive maths education and is designed according to the principles of universal design for learning (UDL). The article describes the system’s usefulness in relation to research conducted among maths teachers. Positive results have become the basis for the further development of the system. 相似文献
