In this paper, a finite‐time stability procedure is suggested for a class of Caputo‐Katugampola fractional‐order time delay systems. Sufficient conditions are derived to prove this fact. Numerical results are provided to demonstrate the validity of our theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper considers the finite‐time stability of fractional order impulsive switched systems. First, by using the fractional order Lyapunov function, Mittag–Leffler function, and Gronwall–Bellman lemma, two sufficient conditions are given to verify the finite‐time stability of fractional order nonlinear systems. Then, the concept of finite‐time stability is extended to fractional order impulsive switched systems. A sufficient condition is given to verify the finite‐time stability of fractional order impulsive switched systems by combining the method of average dwell time with fractional order Lyapunov function. This paper is concerned with the globally asymptotic stability of the Riemann‐Liouville fractional‐order neural networks with time‐varying delays. The Lyapunov functional approach to stability analysis for nonlinear fractional‐order functional differential equations is discussed. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov functional associated with the Riemann‐Liouville fractional integral and derivative, the asymptotic stability criteria of fractional‐order neural networks with time‐varying delays and constant delays are derived. The advantage of our proposed method is that one may directly calculate the first‐order derivative of the Lyapunov functional. Two numerical examples are also presented to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the theoretical results. With the increasing of the order of fractional derivatives, the state trajectories of neural networks show that the speeds of converging toward zero solution are faster and faster.  相似文献

In this paper, the robust stability of a fractional‐order time‐delay system is analyzed in the frequency domain based on finite spectrum assignment (FSA). The FSA algorithm is essentially an extension of the traditional pole assignment method, which can change the undesirable system characteristic equation into a desirable one. Therefore, the presented analysis scheme can also be used as an alternative time‐delay compensation method. However, it is superior to other time‐delay compensation schemes because it can be applied to open‐loop poorly damped or unstable systems. The FSA algorithm is extended to a fractional‐order version for time‐delay systems at first. Then, the robustness of the proposed algorithm for a fractional‐order delay system is analyzed, and the stability conditions are given. Finally, a simulation example is presented to show the superior robustness and delay compensation performance of the proposed algorithm. Moreover, the robust stability conditions and the time‐delay compensation scheme presented can be applied on both integer‐order and fractional‐order systems.  相似文献

This paper provides a time‐varying feedback alternative to control of finite‐time systems, which is referred to as “prescribed‐time control,” exhibiting several superior features: (i) such time‐varying gain–based prescribed‐time control is built upon regular state feedback rather than fractional‐power state feedback, thus resulting in smooth (Cm) control action everywhere during the entire operation of the system; (ii) the prescribed‐time control is characterized with uniformly prespecifiable convergence time that can be preassigned as needed within the physically allowable range, making it literally different from not only the traditional finite‐time control (where the finite settling time is determined by a system initial condition and a number of design parameters) but also the fixed‐time control (where the settling time is subject to certain constraints and thus can only be specified within the corresponding range); and (iii) the prescribed‐time control relies only on regular Lyapunov differential inequality instead of fractional Lyapunov differential inequality for stability analysis and thus avoids the difficulty in controller design and stability analysis encountered in the traditional finite‐time control for high‐order systems.  相似文献

This paper introduces a robust adaptive fractional‐order non‐singular fast terminal sliding mode control (RFO‐TSM) for a lower‐limb exoskeleton system subject to unknown external disturbances and uncertainties. The referred RFO‐TSM is developed in consideration of the advantages of fractional‐order and non‐singular fast terminal sliding mode control (FONTSM): fractional‐order is used to obtain good tracking performance, while the non‐singular fast TSM is employed to achieve fast finite‐time convergence, non‐singularity and reducing chattering phenomenon in control input. In particular, an adaptive scheme is formulated with FONTSM to deal with uncertain dynamics of exoskeleton under unknown external disturbances, which makes the system robust. Moreover, an asymptotical stability analysis of the closed‐loop system is validated by Lyapunov proposition, which guarantees the sliding condition. Lastly, the efficacy of the proposed method is verified through numerical simulations in comparison with advanced and classical methods.  相似文献

This paper describes the results of introducing an additional dynamic element to an anti‐windup compensator from control quality and stability area anslysis viewpoint. The analyzed system consists of a first‐order plant with time delay and a fractional‐order PI controller, to present the discussed approach. The controller is tuned based on Hermite‐Biehler and Pontryagin theorems. In the paper, the stability analysis and tracking performance are presented based on both simulation and experimental results. The experiments have been performed using Inteco Modular Servo System with performance evaluated on the basis of the selected performance criterion, namely the Integral of Absolute Error, to verify the applicability of the proposed method. The results have proven that use of the additional dynamic element provides a wider range of controller parameters to ensure stability of the closed‐loop system and better tracking performance in comparison to the system without anti‐windup compensation or system with a standard anti‐windup compensator. It is actually the first time that this type of analysis for dynamic element compensation in anti‐windup framework has been presented for fractional‐order systems. In addition, all the obtained results are referred to the experimental data.  相似文献

Robust finite‐time stability and stabilization problems for a class of linear uncertain time‐delay systems are studied. The concept of finite‐time stability is extended to linear uncertain time‐delay systems. Based on the Lyapunov method and properties of matrix inequalities, a sufficient condition that ensures finite‐time stability of linear uncertain time‐delay systems is given. By virtue of the results on finite‐time stability, a memoryless state feedback controller that guarantees that the closed‐loop system is finite time stable, is proposed. The controller design problem is solved by using the linear matrix inequalities and the cone complementarity linearization iterative algorithm. Numerical examples verify the efficiency of the proposed methods.  相似文献

A robust fractional‐order dynamic output feedback sliding mode control (DOF‐SMC) technique is introduced in this paper for uncertain fractional‐order nonlinear systems. The control law consists of two parts: a linear part and a nonlinear part. The former is generated by the fractional‐order dynamics of the controller and the latter is related to the switching control component. The proposed DOF‐SMC ensures the asymptotical stability of the fractional‐order closed‐loop system whilst it is guaranteed that the system states hit the switching manifold in finite time. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper studies finite‐time stabilization problem for stochastic low‐order nonlinear systems with stochastic inverse dynamics. By characterizing unmeasured stochastic inverse dynamics with finite‐time stochastic input‐to‐state stability, combining the Lyapunov function and adding a power integrator technique, and using the stochastic finite‐time stability theory, a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee global finite‐time stability in probability of stochastic low‐order nonlinear systems with finite‐time stochastic input‐to‐state stability inverse dynamics.  相似文献

Semi‐Markovian jump systems are more general than Markovian jump systems in modeling practical systems. On the other hand, the finite‐time stochastic stability is also more effective than stochastic stability in practical systems. This paper focuses on the finite‐time stochastic stability, exponential stochastic stability, and stabilization of semi‐Markovian jump systems with time‐varying delay. First, a new stability condition is presented to guarantee the finite‐time stochastic stability of the system by using a new Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional combined with Wirtinger‐based integral inequality. Second, the stability criterion is further proved to guarantee the exponential stochastic stability of the system. Moreover, a controller design method is also presented according to the stability criterion. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate that the proposed stability condition is less conservative than other existing results. Additionally, we use the proposed method to design a controller for a load frequency control system to illustrate the effectiveness of the method in a practical system of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper describes a variable structure control for fractional‐order systems with delay in both the input and state variables. The proposed method includes a fractional‐order state predictor to eliminate the input delay. The resulting state‐delay system is controlled through a sliding mode approach where the controller uses a sliding surface defined by fractional order integral. Then, the proposed control law ensures that the state trajectories reach the sliding surface in finite time. Based on recent results of Lyapunov stability theory for fractional‐order systems, the stability of the closed loop is studied. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the interest of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This article investigates the finite‐time output feedback stabilization problem for a class of nonlinear time‐varying delay systems in the p‐normal form. First, a reduced‐order state observer is designed to estimate the unmeasurable state. Then, an output feedback controller is constructed, with the help of the finite‐time Lyapunov stability theorem, it is proved that the state of the resulting closed‐loop system converges to the origin in finite time. Two simulation examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the stability analysis and control synthesis of finite‐time boundedness problems for linear parameter‐varying (LPV) systems subject to parameter‐varying time delays and external disturbances. First, the concepts of uniform finite‐time stability and uniform finite‐time boundedness are introduced to LPV systems. Then, sufficient conditions, which guarantee LPV systems with parameter‐varying time delays finite‐time bounded, are presented by using parameter‐dependent Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals and free‐weight matrix technologies. Moreover, on the basis of the results on the uniform finite‐time boundedness, the parameter‐dependent state feedback controllers are designed to finite‐time stabilize LPV systems. Both analysis and synthesis conditions are delay‐dependent, and they are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities by using efficient interior‐point algorithms. This paper investigates the problem of finite‐time consensus (FTC) for second‐order nonlinear multi‐agent systems when the velocity information is unavailable. Based on the global finite‐time stability theory and homogeneity with dilation, a class of novel finite‐time consensus protocols are proposed for the multi‐agent systems. The protocol design is divided into two parts. First, when all the state information of the agents are measurable, a new continuous state feedback is designed to achieve FTC. Then, when the velocity information is unmeasurable, two finite‐time convergent discontinuous observers are presented to estimate the velocities of the followers and the leader, respectively, which further ensure the final FTC for the multi‐agent systems. This paper focuses on proposing novel conditions for stability analysis and stabilization of the class of nonlinear fractional‐order systems. First, by considering the class of nonlinear fractional‐order systems as a feedback interconnection system and applying small‐gain theorem, a condition is proposed for L2‐norm boundedness of the solutions of these systems. Then, by using the Mittag‐Leffler function properties, we show that satisfaction of the proposed condition proves the global asymptotic stability of the class of nonlinear fractional‐order systems with fractional order lying in (0.5, 1) or (1.5, 2). Unlike the Lyapunov‐based methods for stability analysis of fractional‐order systems, the new condition depends on the fractional order of the system. Moreover, it is related to the H‐norm of the linear part of the system and it can be transformed to linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) using fractional‐order bounded‐real lemma. Furthermore, the proposed stability analysis method is extended to the state‐feedback and observer‐based controller design for the class of nonlinear fractional‐order systems based on solving some LMIs. In the observer‐based stabilization problem, we prove that the separation principle holds using our method and one can find the observer gain and pseudostate‐feedback gain in two separate steps. Finally, three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the advantage of the novel proposed conditions with the previous results.  相似文献

In this study, a novel robust finite‐time stability controller is proposed for a class of high‐order uncertain nonlinear systems. It uses the dynamic surface control (DSC) approach to simplify the traditional backstepping design for high‐order nonlinear systems, thus avoiding the “explosion of terms”. The finite‐time stability of the closed‐loop system is guaranteed to have high performance, such as fast transient and strong robustness to dynamic uncertainties, and the tracking error is made arbitrarily small. Simulation results of two examples indicate that the proposed controller is effective.  相似文献

This article addresses the problem of finite‐time stability (FTS) and finite‐time contractive stability (FTCS) for switched nonlinear time‐delay systems (SNTDSs). By virtues of the Lyapunov‐Razumikhin method, Lyapunov functionals approach, and the comparison principle technique, we obtain some improved Razumikhin‐type theorems that verify FTS and FTCS property for SNTDSs. Moreover, our results allow the estimate of the upper bound of the derivatives for Lyapunov functions to be mode dependent functions which can be positive and negative. Meanwhile, the proposed results also improve the related existing results on the same topic by removing some restrictive conditions. Finally, two examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of our methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the problem of finite‐time guaranteed cost control of uncertain fractional‐order neural networks. Firstly, a new cost function is defined. Then, by using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) approach, some new sufficient conditions for the design of a state feedback controller which makes the closed‐loop systems finite‐time stable and guarantees an adequate cost level of performance are derived. These conditions are in the form of linear matrix inequalities, which therefore can be efficiently solved by using existing convex algorithms. In this paper, the problem of boundary finite‐time stabilization is considered for reaction‐diffusion systems (RDSs). First, a full‐domain controller is designed, and sufficient conditions are given to ensure finite‐time stability of RDSs under the designed controller. Then, for practical applications, a boundary controller is designed to obtain finite‐time stability. By virtue of the finite‐time stability lemma, criteria are presented to guarantee the finite‐time stability of RDSs for the Neumann boundary conditions and the mixed boundary conditions. As an extension to uncertain RDSs, robust finite‐time stabilization is studied, and criterion is obtained under the boundary control. Numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed design techniques.  相似文献
