Time‐varying input delay compensation for nonlinear systems with additive disturbance: An output feedback approach 下载免费PDF全文
This paper addresses the output feedback tracking control of a class of multiple‐input and multiple‐output nonlinear systems subject to time‐varying input delay and additive bounded disturbances. Based on the backstepping design approach, an output feedback robust controller is proposed by integrating an extended state observer and a novel robust controller, which uses a desired trajectory‐based feedforward term to achieve an improved model compensation and a robust delay compensation feedback term based on the finite integral of the past control values to compensate for the time‐varying input delay. The extended state observer can simultaneously estimate the unmeasurable system states and the additive disturbances only with the output measurement and delayed control input. The proposed controller theoretically guarantees prescribed transient performance and steady‐state tracking accuracy in spite of the presence of time‐varying input delay and additive bounded disturbances based on Lyapunov stability analysis by using a Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional. A specific study on a 2‐link robot manipulator is performed; based on the system model and the proposed design procedure, a suitable controller is developed, and comparative simulation results are obtained to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed control scheme. 相似文献

This paper discusses the problem of output feedback stabilization for a more general class of stochastic high‐order nonlinear systems with time‐varying delays. On the basis of a subtle homogeneous observer and controller construction, and the homogeneous domination approach, the closed‐loop system is globally asymptotically stable in probability, by choosing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

In this paper, a robust stabilization problem for a class of linear time‐varying delay systems with disturbances is studied using sliding mode techniques. Both matched and mismatched disturbances, involving time‐varying delay, are considered. The disturbances are nonlinear and have nonlinear bounds which are employed for the control design. A sliding surface is designed and the stability of the corresponding sliding motion is analysed based on the Razumikhin Theorem. Then a static output feedback sliding mode control with time delay is synthesized to drive the system to the sliding surface in finite time. Conservatism is reduced by using features of sliding mode control and systems structure. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. This article addresses the problem of global output feedback stabilization for a class of time‐varying delay nonlinear systems with polynomial growth rate. The systems under investigation possess two remarkable features: the output is perturbed by an unknown sensitivity function that is not differentiable but continuous, and the nonlinearities are bounded by a polynomial function of the output multiplied by unmeasurable state variables. The new full‐order observer is established by introducing a dynamic gain and filtering unknown nonlinearities and time‐varying delay. With the help of the transformation skill and the reasonable combination of several systems, this article proposes a linear output feedback controller with the dynamic gain and completes the performance analysis based on the construction of two integral Lyapunov functions. Finally, a simulation example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of control strategy. 相似文献

This paper investigates the output feedback control for the uncertain nonlinear system with the integral input‐to‐state stable (iISS) cascade subsystem, which allow not only the unknown control direction but also the unknown output function. The unknown output function only needs to have a generalized derivative (which may not be derivable), and the upper and lower bounds of the generalized derivative need not to be known. To deal with the challenge raised by the unknown output function and the unknown control direction, we choose a special Nussbaum function with a faster growth rate to ensure the integrability for the derivative of the selected Lyapunov function. Then, a dynamic output feedback controller is designed to drive the system states to the origin while keeping the boundedness for all other closed‐loop signals. Moreover, via some appropriate transformations, the proposed control scheme is extended to deal with more general uncertain nonlinear cascade systems with quantized input signals. Finally, two simulation examples are given to show the effectiveness of the control scheme. 相似文献

An output feedback regulation problem is considered for a class of high‐order feedforward nonlinear systems with delay in the input under measurement sensitivity. The key features are that the considered systems have uncertain high‐order feedforward nonlinearity and unknown time‐varying delay in the input. Then, the controller is supposed to be engaged where the output feedback information is distorted by measurement sensitivity. Our proposed controller has two gains—fixed and adaptive gains. The fixed gain is first designed to compensate for measurement sensitivity, and the adaptive gain is next utilized to dominate both unknown input delay and uncertain high‐order feedforward nonlinearity. Simulation examples are given to highlight the advantage of our control scheme. 相似文献

Output feedback regulation of upper triangular nonlinear systems with uncertain time‐varying delays in states and input 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper, an output feedback controller is studied to regulate a class of upper triangular nonlinear systems with uncertain time‐varying delays. The key features of our considered system are that there are uncertain time‐varying delays in both states and input and the high‐order nonlinearity is in a more relaxed form over the previous results. Theoretical analysis and numerical example are presented to show the benefits of our controller. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A simple backstepping design scheme is proposed and sufficient conditions for non‐uniform in time global stabilization for parameterized systems by means of time‐varying feedback are established. Our methodology is applicable to a special class of systems that in general cannot be stabilized by static feedback and includes non‐holonomic systems in chained form. For this class of systems the main results on feedback stabilization enable us to derive sufficient conditions for the solvability of the tracking problem. Robust time‐varying formation design problems for second‐order multiagent systems subjected to external disturbances are investigated. First, by constructing an extended state observer, the disturbance compensation is estimated, which is a critical term in the proposed robust time‐varying formation control protocol. Then, an explicit expression of the formation center function is determined and impacts of disturbance compensations on the formation center function are presented. With the formation feasibility conditions, robust time‐varying formation design criteria are derived to determine the gain matrix of the formation control protocol by utilizing the algebraic Riccati equation technique. Furthermore, the tracking performance and the robustness property of multiagent systems are analyzed. Finally, the numerical simulation is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results. 相似文献

This paper investigates the global asymptotic stabilization problem for a class of nonlinear systems with time‐varying powers. First, adding a power integrator technique is revamped to design a smooth state feedback controller, which is implementable with only upper and lower bounds of the time‐varying powers. When the system state is not fully available and the time‐varying power is exactly known, a smooth output feedback controller constituted by a state feedback and a nonlinear state observer is constructed to globally stabilize the system. This paper considers the preview tracking control problem of polytopic uncertain discrete‐time systems with a time‐varying delay subject to a previewable reference signal. First, a model transformation is employed and a discrete‐time system with a time‐invariant delay and an external disturbance is obtained. The difference operator method can be extended to derive an augmented error system that includes future information on the reference signal. Then, a previewable reference signal is fully utilized through reformulation of the output equation while considering the output feedback. Based on the small gain theorem, a static output feedback controller with preview actions is designed such that the output can asymptotically track the reference signal. Finally, numerical simulation examples also illustrate the superiority of the desired preview controller for the uncertain system in the paper. 相似文献

The problem of global stabilization by output feedback is investigated in this paper for a class of nonminimum‐phase nonlinear systems. The system under consideration has a cascade configuration that consists of a driven system known as the inverse dynamics and a driving system. It is proved that although the zero dynamics may be unstable, there is an output feedback controller, globally stabilizing the nonminimum‐phase system if both driven and driving systems have a lower‐triangular form and satisfy a Lipschitz‐like condition, and the inverse dynamics satisfy a stronger version of input‐to‐state stabilizability condition. A design procedure is provided for the construction of an n‐dimensional dynamic output feedback compensator. Examples and simulations are also given to validate the effectiveness of the proposed output feedback controller. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of global set‐point tracking control for a class of nonlinear systems with dynamic uncertainty. Unlike the existing works, the investigated system is with the integral input‐to‐state stable (iISS) inverse dynamics and more general uncertain nonlinearities. By using a recursive design method, a partial‐state feedback controller is designed. The tuning function technique is applied in this procedure to avoid the overparametrization. It is shown that the developed control procedure could guarantee that the tracking error is driven to the origin and the other signals are bounded. In addition, it can also reduce to a linear or even a classical PI control law under some sufficient conditions. Simulation results are illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society 相似文献

It is well known that a delay‐dependent or delay‐independent truncated predictor feedback law stabilizes a general linear system in the presence of a certain amount of input delay. Results also exist on estimating the maximum delay bound that guarantees stability. In the face of a time‐varying or unknown delay, delay‐independent feedback laws are preferable over delay‐dependent feedback laws as the former provide robustness to the uncertainties in the delay. In the light of few results on the construction of delay‐independent output feedback laws for general linear systems with input delay, we present in this paper a delay‐independent observer–based output feedback law that stabilizes the system. Our design is based on the truncated predictor feedback design. We establish an estimate of the maximum allowable delay bound through the Razumikhin‐type stability analysis. An implication of the delay bound result reveals the capability of the proposed output feedback law in handling an arbitrarily large input delay in linear systems with all open‐loop poles at the origin or in the open left‐half plane. Compared with that of the delay‐dependent output feedback laws in the literature, this same level of stabilization result is not sacrificed by the absence of the prior knowledge of the delay. 相似文献

The problem of global adaptive state regulation is investigated via output feedback for uncertain feedforward nonlinear time‐delay systems. Compared with existing results, our control schemes can be applicable to more general nonlinear time‐delay systems because of combining the low‐gain scaling approach with the backstepping method. In particular, we allow that there exist uncertain output function and uncertain growth rate imposed on nonlinear terms. Also, one considers a class of nonlinear systems with main‐axis delay. By the Lyapunov–Krasovskii theorem, delay‐independent controllers are proposed by constructing novel low‐gain observers driven by system input, to regulate the states of original system while all the closed‐loop signals are globally bounded. Furthermore, two examples are given to illustrate the usefulness of our results. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

This paper deals with the state estimation problem of a class of nonlinear time‐varying systems with switched dynamics. Based on the concept of fixed‐time stability, an observer is designed to reconstruct the continuous state of switched nonlinear time‐varying systems with state jumps, satisfying the minimal dwell‐time condition. Using the past input and output values of the studied system, some sufficient conditions are provided to estimate the state before the next switching. Some numerical results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 相似文献

Global finite‐time stabilization via time‐varying output‐feedback for uncertain nonlinear systems with unknown growth rate 下载免费PDF全文
This paper considers the global finite‐time output‐feedback stabilization for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. Comparing with the existing related literature, two essential obstacles exist: On the one hand, the systems in question allow serious parametric unknowns and serious time variations coupling to the unmeasurable states, which is reflected in that the systems have the unmeasurable states dependent growth with the rate being an unknown constant multiplying a known continuous function of time. On the other hand, the systems possess remarkably inherent nonlinearities, whose growth allows to be not only low‐order but especially high‐order with respect to the unmeasurable states. To effectively cope with these obstacles, we established a time‐varying output‐feedback strategy to achieve the finite‐time stabilization for the systems under investigation. First, a time‐varying state‐feedback controller is constructed by adding an integrator method, and by homogeneous domination approach, a time‐varying reduced‐order observer is designed to precisely rebuild the unmeasurable states. Then, by certainty equivalence principle, a desired time‐varying output‐feedback controller is constructed for the systems. It is shown that, as long as the involved time‐varying gain is chosen fast enough to overtake the serious parametric unknowns and the serious time variations, the output‐feedback controller renders that the closed‐loop system states converge to zero in finite time. The dynamic output feedback control problem with output quantizer is investigated for a class of nonlinear uncertain Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy systems with multiple time‐varying input delays and unmatched disturbances. The T‐S fuzzy model is employed to approximate the nonlinear uncertain system, and the output space is partitioned into operating regions and interpolation regions based on the structural information in the fuzzy rules. The output quantizer is introduced for the controller design, and the dynamic output feedback controller with output quantizer is constructed based on the T‐S fuzzy model. Stability conditions in the form of linear matrix inequalities are derived by introducing the S‐procedure, such that the closed‐loop system is stable and the solutions converge to a ball. The control design conditions are relaxed and design flexibility is enhanced because of the developed controller. By introducing the output‐space partition method and S‐procedure, the unmatched regions between the system plant and the controller caused by the quantization errors can be solved in the control design. Finally, simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献
