研究了镀镍漂洗水反渗透回收液中杂质的处理方法。对有机杂质的处理是回收液能否回用的关键。用过硫酸钠氧化有机物,并用活性炭吸附,能够有效地去除回收液中的有机杂质。Fe2+杂质被氧化成Fe3+离子,Fe3+离子水解生成氢氧化铁沉淀。用硫化钾沉淀法去除回收液中的铜杂质。用络合剂掩蔽锌杂质,消除其对镀液的影响。生产实践表明,用这些方法处理后,将反渗透回收液补加到镀镍槽中,对镀液的性能没有不良影响。 相似文献

对一次由除锌剂引起的滚镀光亮镍故障进行了分析,并总结了处理方法.生产实践表明,在滚镀光亮镍的过程中,过量使用除锌剂会导致锌杂质的电沉积速率变慢,造成镀液中锌杂质的积累.向镀镍槽中加过硫酸钠破坏除锌剂,并加1~2g/L活性炭吸附,最后用电解法去除镀镍溶液中的锌杂质,可消除除锌剂的不良影响. 相似文献

对于常温滚镀生产线,设置一个回收槽,镀件出镀经过回收槽漂洗,把镀液带进回收槽,镀件在镀前也经过回收槽漂洗,把清水带进回收槽,然后把回收液带入镀槽,这种回收方法的理论回收率为50%,在实际操作中,这种方法的回收率达到了36.2%。如果设置两个回收槽,这种方法的理论回收率为66.7%。对于加温型镀液,采用这种方法也能显著提高对漂洗水的回收率,镀镍线采用二级回收槽回收漂洗水,采用本法加强回收后可提高回收率15.5%。 相似文献

对一次由镀镍除锌剂引起的电镀装饰铬故障进行了分析,并提出了处理方法。在镀铜、镍和装饰铬的过程中,镀镍槽中过量的除锌剂及其分解产物会引起镀铬层发雾。向镀镍液中加30%的双氧水0.3 mL/L,并加0.5 g/L活性炭吸附,可以消除它们的不良影响。后用电解法去除镀镍溶液中的锌杂质。用该方法处理后,排除了故障。 相似文献

A study for electrodialytic recovery of waste water was made in the nickel electroplating process. By the use of the electrodialysis equipment, rinsing waste water is desalted and reused for rinsing, while nickel salt is concentrated and recovered to the plating bath. Although conventional electiodialysis equipment is able to apply in this process, proper pretreatment and suitably designed operation condition of the electrodialysis unit are needed for a long term stable operation. 相似文献

研究了用于化学镀镍液中的三种不同缓冲体系的pH值随加入酸量的变化情况,得出了相应的缓冲容量曲线。结果发现,NaAc—HAc缓冲体系的缓冲性能优于柠檬酸和丁二酸组成的缓冲体系,并且当化学镀镍液中同时含有醋酸、丁二酸、柠檬酸和其相应的盐时,这种复合体系在缓冲容量上存在着一定的正协同效应。在此基础上设计了缓冲性能较好的化学镀镍液。并对缓冲容量不同的溶液进行实镀测试。结果表明,高缓冲容量的镀镍液有着很好的pH值稳定性和稳定的镀速,进一步明确了化学镀镍的镀速是受pH值直接影响的。 相似文献

Two similar electroless nickel baths, using hypophosphite and dimethylamine borane as respective reducing agents, were investigated using the quartz crystal microbalance electrode. The potential dependences of the half-reactions in the two baths are significantly different, and the nickel plating rates also differ from those observed at the plating potentials in the absence of any reducing agent. In both baths the presence of the anodic half-reaction leads to a substantial increase in the rate of nickel deposition, indicating the existence of important interactions between the half-reactions at the mixed potential. 相似文献

Cellulose triacetate (CTA) forward‐osmosis (FO) membranes were prepared via the phase inversion method. The influence of thickness on the performance and morphology of CTA FO membranes was discussed in detail. When the thickness of the membrane was 50.0 ± 0.5 μm (CTA4), the prototype CTA membranes displayed a water flux of 20.2 L m?2 h?1 and a reverse salt transport of 14.6 g m?2 h?1 using 1 mol/L NaCl as the draw solution and deionized water as the feed solution during the FO process at 25 °C. In addition, the high‐performance CTA4 FO membranes have been used to process spent electroless nickel plating baths where the water flux could reach 13 L m?2 h?1 and NiSO4·6H2O crystals occurred in the feed solution of the spent electroless nickel plating baths. The recovery rates of NiSO4·6H2O and water from the spent electroless nickel plating baths were 44.54% and 53.53%, respectively.
