对喷射沉积快速凝固Al-Si-Fe-Cu-Mg合金的相组成进行了分析。结果表明:合金中含有α-Al、β-Si、δ(FeSi2Al4)、Al8Si6Mg3Fe和β(Fe2Si2Al9)等相;初晶硅相呈颗粒状,共晶硅相和δ(FeSi2Al4)呈细小的片状,Al8Si6Mg3Fe相呈细小的颗粒状;经T6工艺热处理后,新析出Al2Cu相,Al8Si6Mg3Fe相数量增加,少量δ(FeSi2Al4)转化为β(Fe2Si2Al9)。  相似文献

研究了添加CrO3-Al、Fe2O3-Al+MgO及Ti-C的Cr2O3-Al系的燃烧特性。实验发现,添加CrO3-Al、Fe2O3-Al+MgO时,自蔓燃反应易于引发;体系中混入Ti-C添加剂对反应引发不利,但在用纯Ti-C作引火剂情况下可以引发。随着CrO3-Al添加量的增加,燃烧温度升高,但添加量大于20%时,燃烧温度反而下降。燃烧温度随Fe2O3-Al+MgO添加量的增加而升高。Ti-C添加量的增大对燃烧温度影响不大。燃烧速度随以上添加剂量的增大而增大  相似文献

研究了在饱和氯化镁盐湖卤水中,锂与各种络合阴离子的共萃取效应,结果表明,以FeCl3最佳。对锂与铁络合阴离子共萃取相关因素──总Cl-浓度、酸度、Fe/Li进行了讨论,保持原始水相FeCl3不致水解的最低酸度和高Cl-浓度,FeCl3与Cl-形成铁络阴离子,与Li+以LiFeCl4络合物形式共萃取进入有机相。化学法分析平衡有机相组成表明,所有阳离子摩尔浓度的总值与Fe3+摩尔浓度相等,而Cl-摩尔浓度与Fe3+摩尔浓度比值为4,证明了以络酸HfeCl4和络酸盐Me(FeC14)n(n为金属阳离子价数)的共萃取机理。  相似文献

用乳状液膜分离富集钾(1)与测定微量钾   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
用二苯并-18-冠-6为流动载体的乳状液膜体系,研究了钾(1)的迁移行为。实验结果表明,只有K+能与其它金属离子得到满意的分离。如大量的Na+,NH4+,Ni2+,Li+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,Mo6+,Al3+,Cu2+,Co2+,Cd2+,Zn2+等,均不被迁移透过这乳状液膜。确定了最佳液膜体系的组成:二苯并-18-冠-6,表面活性剂LMS-1,四氯乙烯,苯甲酸甲酯和内相(pH4~6水溶液);分离富集钾(1)的最适宜实验条件。Roi=1∶1(油内比),Rew=20∶60(乳水比)。此法已用于富集和测定食盐、卤水和工业废水中的微量钾(1),其回收率为99.3%以上,相对标准偏差为3.6%以下,结果十分满意。  相似文献

用2,6-二酮吡啶-18-王冠-6(2,6-DKP-18-Crowe-6)、SPAN80、Glycerol(丙三醇)、CCl4(Car-bontetra-Chloride)和内相(0.15mol/LNa4P2O7溶液)乳状液膜体系,研究了Pb2+的迁移行为。实验结果表明,8min内Pb2+的迁移率达99.4%以上,而在这种情况下,许多金属离子如Mo6+、Mo5+、W6+、Fe3+、Ni2+、Cr3+、Li+、∑RE3+、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Sr2+、Al3+、Zn2+、Cd2+和Co2+等,都不被迁移,只有Pb2+能从这些离子中满意地分离出来。该法已成功地用于分离富集、测定金属钼、钼精矿中痕量铅,相对标准偏差在4.2%以下,结果十分满意。  相似文献

分析试样中加入过量FeCl3溶液,经搅拌使试样中金属铝与Fe^3+离子发生化-还原反应,生成Al^3+进入溶液中,三氧化二铝不参与反应仍留在沉淀物中。过滤后含Al^3+溶液经除氟,分离钙、镁、铁等离子后,用CuSO4滴定法测定MAl量,再由总铝量减去MAl,计算可得AD复合脱硫剂中Al2O3含量。  相似文献
