LDPE/EPM/炭黑导电复合材料的研究   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
制备了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)/炭黑导电复合材料。用带功能基团的表面改性剂对炭黑进行表面处理,在炭黑低填充量下即获得了导电率高、综合性能优良的导电复合材料。研究了基体树脂的结构、工艺方法、炭黑的预处理、复合材料的后处理(退火)等对LDPE/EPW炭黑导电复合材料导电性能的影响。  相似文献

总结了182批西洋参的鉴别检验,其结果显示外观性状鉴别与薄层色谱鉴别结果相符率为94.0%。因此西洋参真伪鉴别检验每批样品除进行状检验外还必须做薄层分析,以防止白参掺入或下错结论。  相似文献

研究PVDF/炭黑复合材料中炭黑种类、用量、不同种炭黑并用及非导电填料对PVDF/炭黑复合材料电学及力学性能的影响。结果表明,HG-4炭黑填充的复合材料电性能和力学性能最好;HG-4炭黑与N339炭黑并用可得到既有良好电性能和力学性能,又有较好加工性能的复合材料;氧化锌能改善导电复合材料的电性能;炭黑种类影响导电复合材料的PTC特性。  相似文献

Nylon 6/carbon black conductive composites were prepared using two different methods, masterbatch dilution and melt mixing. Their effect on the size and distribution of carbon black agglomerates in the matrix was studied in terms of electrical and mechanical properties and morphology. The electrical resistivity of composites prepared by both methods decreased with increasing filler composition. The electrical resistivity of the diluted masterbatch composites and the melt mixed composites was reduced from the resistivity of pure nylon 6, 1015 “ohm, cm”, to 107 “ohm, cm” at 1 and 6 wt % of carbon black, respectively. As the filler content increased, elongation at break and impact strength decreased, but tensile modulus increased. 将炭黑或石墨作为导电填料,制备了一系列PVC-U抗静电复合材料。研究了导电填料品种与用量及加工条件对PVC-U复合材料的导电性能、加工性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑与石墨在PVC树脂中呈连续网络状不均匀分散;当炭黑含量低时,制品既具有良好的导电性能,又具有良好的熔体流动性。  相似文献

采用原位聚合法制备聚酰亚胺/纳米炭黑复合材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、万能试验机和摩擦磨损试验机研究了纳米炭黑添加量对复合材料亚胺化程度﹑力学性能﹑摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,适量纳米炭黑的加入能够有效改善复合材料的摩擦学性能和力学性能;当纳米炭黑含量为固含量的28%时,复合物材料的摩擦学性能较好,复合材料表面犁沟变浅,表面变平整。  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP)/carbon composites were prepared via melt blending PP with carbon fillers, including multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and carbon black (CB). Field‐emission scanning electron microscopy was used to research the morphology and dispersion of fillers in the PP matrix. The electrical properties, mechanical properties, and crystallization behaviors of PP/carbon composites were also investigated. The results show that the influence of MWNTs on the properties of PP composites is different with CB, which can be ascribed to the structure and aspect ratio difference between MWNTs and CB. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Conducting carbon/polypropylene composites containing a mixed filler of crystalline natural graphite powder, carbon black, and multiwalled carbon nanotubes have been prepared. The effect of the filler dispersion on the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties has been studied. Keeping the graphite content constant and increasing the ratio of carbon black to nanotubes, the conductivity and the flexural modulus increased linearly at different graphite contents. Graphite aggregates on the cross sections were analyzed by optical microscopy to characterize the dispersion of graphite. The results of the optical microscopy studies showed that the dispersion of graphite is affected by the composition and amount of the nanofiller system. Based on the observations simplified morphological models were set up, that allowed to explain the change in the electrical and mechanical properties of the composites of different compositions. This work reports the preparation and structural and electrical characterizations of composites consisting of ethylene–propylene–norbornene, polypropylene, and carbon black (CB) blends, comparing the data obtained from crosslinked and noncrosslinked samples. Structural analysis provided evidence of the reinforcing effect of CB on the properties when present in the initial system, as well as of the excellent conducting properties of CB composites. This, together with their mechanical properties and their extraordinary processing ease, makes them suited as bipolar plates in fuel cells based on polymeric electrolyte. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The electrical and mechanical behaviors of carbon black‐filled. Poly(vinyl acetate) latex‐based polymer composites were examined. These composites were found to exhibit percolation thresholds in electrical conductivity near 2 vol% carbon black due to their segregated microstructures. Storage modulus and ultimate tensile strength (UTS) both exhibited discontinuities at 10 vol% carbon black, corresponding to a critical pigment volume concentration. Drying composites at 60°C rather than room temperature produced a higher percolation threshold and better mechanical properties at carbon black loadings above 10 vol% carbon black. A figure of merit was proposed to assess the balance of electrical conductivity, storage modulus and UTS. The figure of merit exhibited a peak value at 10 vol% for composites dried at room temperature and was shifted to higher carbon black concentrations when composites were dried at 60°C.  相似文献

A surface treatment was applied to carbon black to improve the electrical and microwave properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)-based composites. Three different formamide solutions with 1, 2, and 3 wt % concentrations were prepared to modify the surface chemistry of carbon black. Microwave properties such as the absorption loss, return loss, insertion loss, and dielectric constant were measured in the frequency range of 8–12 GHz (X-band range). Composites containing formamide-treated carbon black exhibited enhancements in the electrical conductivity, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness, and dielectric constant values when compared to composites with untreated carbon black. In addition, increases in the formamide solution concentration and carbon black content of composites resulted in an increase in the electrical conductivity, EMI shielding effectiveness, and dielectric constant values. The percolation threshold concentration of PET composites shifted from a 3 to 1.5 wt % carbon black composition with the surface treatment. The best EMI shielding effectiveness was around 27 dB, which was obtained with the composite containing 8 wt % carbon black treated with a 3 wt % formamide solution. Moreover, this composition gave the lowest electrical resistivity and the highest dielectric constant among the produced composites. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008  相似文献

采用动态硫化法制备POE/PP共混物,研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对POE/PP体系熔体流动速率(MFR)和力学性能的影响。交联助剂硫磺(S)的加入有效地提高了交联效果,当m(DCP)/m(S)=2/0.2时,体系的综合力学性能最佳。通过不同加工工艺制备POE/PP/炭黑共混物,并研究了炭黑用量对体系力学性能和老化性能的影响。结果表明,母料法制备的共混物更有利于炭黑的分散,体系性能更好,炭黑的加入使体系的耐热老化性和抗紫外性能明显改善。  相似文献

采用机械共混法制备了导电炭黑/杜仲胶复合材料,研究炭黑用量对复合材料电性能和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑用量的增加,复合材料的导电率增大,当炭黑用量为25份时,导电率达到3.3S/cm,导电率遵循导电逾渗规律;复合材料的Payne效应越来越大,有利于形成稳定的导电网络;复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐增大后略微降低,断裂伸长率先增加后逐渐下降。复合材料的屏蔽效能增大,当炭黑用量为20份时,屏蔽效能最高能达到33.2dB,可以满足一般工业或者商业用电子设备的要求。  相似文献

制备了聚醚醚酮/炭黑(PEEK/CB)、聚醚醚酮/碳纤维(PEEK/CF)抗静电复合材料。结果表明,在PEEK/CB复合体系中,炭黑渗滤区含量为3%5%,较低的炭黑含量确保了复合材料优异的力学性能;在PEEK/CF复合体系中,碳纤维渗滤区含量为15%5%,较低的炭黑含量确保了复合材料优异的力学性能;在PEEK/CF复合体系中,碳纤维渗滤区含量为15%20%;扫描电镜(SEM)结果证明:炭黑在PEEK基体中达到纳米级分散,形成空间导电网络结构,这种结构提高了复合材料的抗静电性能。  相似文献

The variation of electrical resistivity of carbon black and short carbon fibre (SCF) filled rubber composites was studied against the degree of strain at constant strain rate. It was found that both the degree of strain and strain rate affect the electrical resistivity of the composites. The change in resistivity against the strain and strain rate depends both on the concentration and the type of conductive filler. The incorporation of short carbon fibres (SCF) imparts higher conductivity to the composite than carbon black at the same level of loading. Composites filled with carbon black exhibit better mechanical properties than SCF filled composites. Electrical setting, ie a permanent change in electrical resistivity, was observed during extension–retraction cycles. A good correlation was found between the mechanical response and the electrical response towards strain sensitivity. The results of different experiments are discussed in the light of breakdown and formation of conductive networks in the filled rubber composites. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

为了提高木粉/聚丙烯复合材料的抗静电性能,通过高速混合、挤出造粒以及热压成型的方式制备了4种抗静电木粉/聚丙烯复合材料,并比较了它们的体积电阻率和拉伸强度,结果表明:在4种抗静电复合材料中加入炭黑的复合材料体积电阻率最小,拉伸强度最大。探讨了炭黑用量对木粉/聚丙烯复合材料抗静电性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:当炭黑用量增加时,复合材料的体积电阻率明显降低,拉伸强度和弯曲强度出现最大值,弹性模量和断裂伸长率呈下降趋势。  相似文献

对炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料的熔体流动性以及加工过程对制品电性能的影响进行了考察。发现:复合体导电性能的消失与恢复是可逆的;熔体流动性反映出的临界体积与电阻反映出的临界体积很好地吻合;不同加工方式以及不同的工艺条件对制品的电性能均有很大的影响。  相似文献
