通过直接沉淀法、微乳液法和水热法合成并改性了纳米CaCO3。3种方法均有表面活性剂的介入,目的在于表面活性剂在控制碳酸钙晶粒生长的同时可使纳米CaCO3表面得到改性。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)等分析测试方法对产物的物相、形貌及颗粒大小进行表征。结果表明,采用水热法在十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和EDTA共同作用下得到粒径为20~50 nm的方解石型纳米CaCO3,通过表面活性剂与纳米CaCO3表面的化学吸附实现表面改性的目的。 相似文献

A partex surface was modified by a UV‐curing system with epoxy acrylate (EB‐600). A set of formulations was prepared with oligomer and the trifunctional monomer trimethylol propane triacrylate in different combinations of percentages (1–5%) of sand to study the role of sand in various physical properties of UV‐cured thin films, as well as partex surfaces. Increased pendulum hardness (PH), gloss, adhesion, and abrasion values were obtained by the addition of sand into the partex surfaces. The best results were obtained with the formulation containing 3% sand. An enhanced PH and a decreased percentage of gel content of the UV‐cured film was observed with an increase of the sand concentration. A simulated weathering test was performed with partex surfaces cured by a formulation containing 3% sand in the base coat. A set of formulations was prepared with polyester acrylate (oligoester M‐9050) oligomers in combination with reactive diluents of different functionalities such as ethylhexyl acrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate , and trimethylol propane triacrylate (TMPTA). The thin films were prepared with these formulated solutions under UV radiation on a glass plate, and their physical properties such as pendulum hardness and gel content were studied. The formulation containing TMPTA showed the greatest pendulum hardness and gel content. The polished wood surfaces were cured with these formulated solutions. Physical properties such as pendulum hardness gloss at 20° and 60° angles, adhesion, abrasion resistance, and scratch hardness of UV‐cured surfaces of the wood were characterized. The formulation containing TMPTA had the best physical properties. Two types of filler, sand and talc, were used in the base coat to obtain these better properties. 硅烷偶联剂改性碳酸钙对室温硫化硅橡胶密封胶的性能影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
采用硅烷偶联剂对超细CaCO3进行表面改性制备室温硫化(RTV)单组分硅橡胶密封胶,讨论了偶联剂的种类、用量及其表面改性方式对该密封胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用硅烷偶联剂事先对CaCO3进行表面处理的改性方法较好;其中用巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂(A-189)处理的CaCO3对密封胶的增强效果较好(其拉伸强度为0.57 MPa、最大强度伸长率为159.60%),但脱模时间需要5 d,存在着明显的延迟硫化现象;用3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷偶联剂(KBE-402)处理的CaCO3对密封胶的增强效果(其拉伸强度为0.60 MPa,最大强度伸长率为105.00%)优于3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂(KBM-403)。 相似文献

本文研究了纳米CaCO3表面改性的影响因素,确定了最优改性剂和改性条件,并运用沉降实验、透射电镜(TEM)等表征手段对粉体的改性效果进行了分析。结果表明:以月桂酸钠为改性剂,用量为10%,pH值为7,改性时间为1h时,改性后的纳米CaCO3的亲油化度达到85.1%,能较好地分散于环己烷和二甲苯中。 相似文献

Henequen fibers were grafted with a double impregnating monomer 2‐hydroxyethylacrylate (HEA) and ethylacrylate (EA) to improve the physicomechanical properties. The fibers soaked in different concentration (1–10%) of monomer + MeOH solution along with photoinitiator Irgacure 907 [2%] were cured under ultraviolet (UV) lamp at different UV radiation intensities (2–14 passes). Concentration of monomer at different radiation intensities was optimized with extent of mechanical properties such as polymer loading, tensile strength, and elongation at break. Enhanced tensile strength (268%) and elongation at break (110%) were achieved by the polymer treated fibers than untreated virgin fibers. We observed that, henequen fibers treated by 3% EA showed better physico‐mechanical properties than those treated by 5% HEA. The tensile properties of henequen fibers treated by 3% EA can be enhanced by adding aloxysilane; 3‐(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate additives with bulk monomer EA (3%). The degradability of the treated and untreated fibers due to accelerated weathering were also studied and it has been found that surface modified henequen fibers produced more resistivity towards different weathering conditions than untreated fibers. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文在室内模仿青海地区的干冷、标准、干热三种养护条件,研究不同养护条件不同纳米CaCO3掺量对混凝土强度和微观结构的影响和发展规律;研究结果表明,三种养护环境下,掺加纳米CaCO3都会提高混凝土的强度,掺量在2.5%时提高幅度最大,3d抗压强度提高了49.3%,7d抗压强度提高了10.28%,28 d提高了3.91%;通过电镜扫描试验发现掺加了2.5%的纳米CaCO3的结构最为致密,微观形貌基本上为整体连续的水化硅酸钙凝胶,界面处不存在孔隙和裂隙;压汞试验发现掺量为2%的纳米CaCO3相比基准组来说,无害孔和少害孔增加,而有害孔和多害孔减少,利于改善混凝土的孔径分布. 相似文献

The effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation and thermal annealing on the optical and mechanical properties of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were studied. Pure PVA samples were prepared by casting technique. Xenon arc lamp was used to irradiate the sample. The irradiated PVA sample was heated at 150°C for 2 h. The optical and mechanical properties of original, irradiated, and irradiated and then heated samples were measured. The irradiated and then heated sample showed lower transmission in the wavelength range from 190 to 320 nm and the transmission was higher in the visible region than the original and irradiated samples. The stress–strain measurements were performed. Modulus of elasticity of the double‐treated sample was approximately four times higher than that of original sample.
