以粉煤灰为原料,采用湿法加碱煅烧法合成了4A分子筛,研究了粉煤灰与烧碱配比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对合成4A分子筛的影响,结果表明粉煤灰与烧碱配比1.0:0.8,煅烧温度700℃,煅烧时间1 h有利于4A分子筛的合成.利用合成的4A分子筛对水体中六价铬进行了吸附研究,实验确定的最佳吸附条件为:分子筛投加量为0.3 g,溶液pH值为6~7,吸附时间为30 min,吸附温度为10~25℃.最佳吸附条件下分子筛对六价铬有较好的去除效果.吸附以物理吸附为主,符合Freundlich等温吸附式.同时对4A分子筛的再生性进行了研究,2次循环使用后其吸附能力仍能保持初次吸附能力的90.0%以上.  相似文献

研究了低质粉煤灰预活化制备新型水泥基材料的工艺技术,探讨了工艺参数如矿物激发剂、磷石膏、活化条件对混合材活性的影响,用X射线衍射(XRD)对活化产物的矿物结构进行了表征,并分析了这种材料的应用前景。研究结果显示:矿物激发剂的掺量、热力活化可使粉煤灰混合材的活性提高,适量加入石膏可弥补后期强度不足的问题,可大掺量用于生产水泥混合材,该材料具有良好的物理、力学性能和社会、经济环境效益。  相似文献

为解决受污染土壤中六价铬浸出和渗透到地下水带来的环境污染问题,以沈阳铬渣堆场污染土壤为研究对象,进行石灰和粉煤灰联合修复铬污染土试验研究,分析石灰和粉煤灰不同剂量、养护龄期对污染土六价铬浸出的影响,分析了两者联合修复机理.研究结果表明:在固化修复0.4% Cr(VI)污染土中,组合添加10%~15%生石灰和25%~35%粉煤灰养护28 d有较好效果,浸出液铬离子浓度均在规定界限5 mg·L-1以下;主要修复机理为较高的基质pH值促进了Cr(VI)与粉煤灰表面的物理-化学相互作用,以及生石灰与粉煤灰的火山灰反应.  相似文献

The Class F fly ash has been subjected to high energy ball milling and has been converted into nanostructured material. The nano structured fly ash has been characterized for its particle size by using particle size analyzer, specific surface area with the help of BET surface area apparatus, structure by X-ray diffraction studies and FTIR, SEM and TEM have been used to study particle aggregation and shape of the particles. On ball milling, the particle size got reduced from 60 μm to 148 nm by 405 times and the surface area increased from 0.249 m2/gm to 25.53 m2/gm i.e. by more than 100%. Measurement of surface free energy as well as work of adhesion found that it increased with increased duration of ball milling. The crystallite was reduced from 36.22 nm to 23.01 nm for quartz and from 33.72 nm to 16.38 nm for mullite during ball milling to 60 h. % crystallinity reduced from 35% to 16% during 60 h of ball milling because of destruction of quartz and hematite crystals and the nano structured fly ash is found to be more amorphous. Surface of the nano structured fly ash has become more active as is evident from the FTIR studies. Morphological studies revealed that the surface of the nano structured fly ash is more uneven and rough and shape is irregular, as compared to fresh fly ash which are mostly spherical in shape.  相似文献

The use of fly ash for the removal of victoria blue (C126, 44045) from aqueous solution at different concentrations and pH has been investigated. The process follows first order adsorption rate expression and the rate constant was found to be 1.70 × 10?2 min?1 at a victoria blue concentration of 1.0 × 10?4 M and 25°C. The uptake of victoria blue by fly ash is diffusion controlled and the value of mass transfer coefficient is 1.25 × 10?5 cm sec?1. The equilibrium data fit well in the Langmuir model of adsorption. Maximum removal was noted at pH 8.0. Low desorption of dye from adsorbent surface indicates that the process may not be essentially a reversible one.  相似文献

Abstract

The present study has been undertaken to observe the relative efficiency of removal of metanil yellow from its aqueous solution by using different adsorbents like fly ash and activated carbon produced from different sources i.e. coconut shell, mehagani saw dust, and rice husk. It has also been observed that the rate of adsorption is highly dependent on contact time, adsorbent dose, pH, and initial concentration of the dyestuff. Rate of removal has been observed to increase with increasing contact time and adsorbent dose but with decreasing initial concentration. Higher removal has been observed generally in acidic range. Adsorptions by the adsorbents under investigation follow the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models where Freundlich and Langmuir constants have also been determined at different temperatures. Isotherms have been used to obtain the thermodynamic parameters like free energy, enthalpy and entropy of adsorption. Kinetic studies showed that all the adsorbents follow first order adsorption rate model with respect to the dye solution concentration. Various kinetic parameters such as first order adsorption rate constant, mass‐transfer co‐efficient, pore‐diffusion constant, and activation energy of adsorption were evaluated to establish the mechanism. Adsorption processes were found to be endothermic, spontaneous, and pore‐diffusion controlled for all the adsorbents. Among the adsorbents used in this study, activated carbon produced from mehagani saw dust has been found to be the most effective, which remove almost 100% metanil yellow from its 1000 ppm aqueous solution.  相似文献
