由于弯纱张力对织针的受力及运动稳定性影响较大,基于磁悬浮式驱动织针的原理及结构,结合弯纱中针钩内点与纱线接触的运动轨迹,建立磁悬浮织针弯纱编织时的力学模型。该模型针对纱线特性、弯纱接触包角及接触摩擦系数对弯纱张力的影响,提出分析弯纱张力的数学表达式,并对该模型进行Matlab数值分析与计算,以及Ansys非线性仿真分析。结果表明,在弯纱过程中,纱线张力随弯纱深度的增加而显著增大,对磁悬浮式驱动织针弯纱编织的动态稳定性产生一定的影响。  相似文献

以锦包氨和涤纶纱线为原料,在单面无缝内衣针织圆机上于10种弯纱深度条件下,织造了平针添纱、1+1假罗纹等六种组织的试样;测试了试样织物经全松驰处理后的尺寸,并用回归分析和曲线拟合方法分析了弯纱深度与织物尺寸的关系。结果显示,六种试样的长度与弯纱深度呈不同的线性关系,宽度与弯纱深度呈不同的六阶多项式函数关系。  相似文献

通过调节横机弯纱三角的高低位置来调节其弯纱深度,在不同弯纱深度条件下分别编织了纬平针、满针罗纹、2+2罗纹、罗纹空气层、畦编、半畦编等在羊毛衫中常用的几种组织;并通过测试,对织物的未充满系数、面密度、透气性等各项性能与弯纱深度之间的关系进行了分析并得出了回归方程式。结果表明:横机弯纱深度对织物的未充满系数、面密度以及透气性影响明显,弯纱深度越大则织物线圈增长,造成织物疏松,面密度下降,透气性增强。  相似文献

  目的  解决硬质造型滤嘴接装时出现的滤嘴端面染色、接装纸毛刺、接装纸横纹等质量缺陷。  方法  优化滤棒硬度、成形纸定量、接装纸油墨耐温性和附着牢度,降低切割鼓轮容刀槽宽度、增加负压吸风孔数、加装滤嘴切刀清洁装置。  结果  ① 滤嘴端面由改进前的卷接5 min后出现染色到彻底不再染色;②接装纸毛刺烟支比例由10.8%降低至0.01‰;③接装纸横纹烟支比例由1.5%降低至0.03‰。  结论  该方法可为行业硬质造型滤棒在生产中的工艺优化提供参考。   相似文献

目前使用的支撑轮式转杯纺纱机的纺杯杆支撑装置的径向定位方法是用2对能自由转动的支撑轮沿轴线形成的契形夹缝来支承纺杯杆。此技术的优点是用低轴承转速实现高纺杯转速,降低了对轴承的要求并延长了轴承寿命。但在实际应用中,因为纺杯杆给支撑轮的压力太大,使得支撑轮的表面易磨损,因而介绍了一种纺杯支撑装置的改进方法,改进装置不仅能减小纺杯杆对支撑轮表面的压力,延长支撑轮寿命,同时也减小了纺杯杆的弯曲变形,提高纺纱系统的动态稳定性。  相似文献

Coring tools of ¾-in. and larger diameters give unbiassed samples for the determination of both Noogoora burr and burr medic. The effect of burr beater design on the efficiency of vegetable matter removal was investigated using a mechanical mode). A model was used because of the difficulties of studying the effect of parameters such as the number and shape of the blades of full-sized burr beaters. The investigation also included a number of operational parameters such as fibre loading on the morel, burr beater/morel clearance, burr beater speed, and morel speed. The results confirmed the importance of using high burr beater speeds, close settings, low fibre loadings, and large numbers of blades. In general, blade shape was not critical for VM removal, although the use of sharp blades did lead to an increase in vegetable matter removal.  相似文献

Miniature wool bales of about normal packing density (approximately 16 lb/ft3 on a greasy-wool basis) were constructed from burr-free greasy wool with burr added in such a way that the true over-all burr content was known. These were sampled with a range of pressure-coring tools differing in size. Except when small coring tools were used in bales of high burr content, there was no significant difference between the mean burr content of several core samples from a miniature bale and the true over-all value for that bale. It is concluded that the act of pressure-coring does not distort the burr content of a sample and that the sample is therefore suitable for determination of clean-wool content. The between-core variance of burr content decreases as the size of coring tool increases.  相似文献

Burr beaters are the principal means by which vegetable matter is removed from wool during carding. A previous study using a miniature card identified that burr-beater speed, setting, blade shape, card speed, and production rate were likely to have significant effects on operational efficiencies. The extension of this study to full-sized cards is reported here using wools contaminated predominantly with either burr or seed/shive. The results obtained confirm that burr beaters should be operated at high speed, with close settings, and that sharp blades offered some increase in efficiency. Increasing both the production rate and the speed of the card decreased the removal of seed/shive but had no effect on the removal of burr, whereas decreasing the forepart-worker settings decreased the removal of burr but had no effect on seed/shive.  相似文献

An investigation is reported in which the efficiency of burr beaters on a modern worsted card was measured over a range of vegetable-matter (VM) types and contamination levels. The results indicate the prime importance of the morels for removing VM from wool. Over-all, the burr beaters removed some 90% of the VM originally present, thicker particles being removed more efficiently than thinner ones. In an extension of the investigation, the efficiency of the comb was measured and found to be high and independent of particle size. This suggests that an increase in the working efficiency of the burr beaters during carding can lead to a reduction in the VM-contamination level of the final top.  相似文献

Comparisons are reported of colour-test results made on greasy wool after cleaning by using the two methods of test-specimen preparation in the IWTO colour-test method. It is shown that the burr content of the greasy wool was the main factor affecting the difference between methods. The results support the inclusion of the two methods of test-specimen preparation in the IWTO TME for yellowness measurement. They also support the exclusion of lightness measurements for all but blender-method results on high-yielding wools with no medicago burr.  相似文献

在分析罗拉斜齿顶面棕刚玉砂轮磨削缺陷的基础上,提出用立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮代替传统的棕刚玉砂轮进行磨削加工;确定CBN砂轮的构造特性和结构尺寸;设计CBN砂轮金刚滚轮修整装置;并对CBN砂轮修整参数进行深入分析研究。使用情况表明:采用CBN砂轮对罗拉斜齿顶面进行磨削加工,其精度和表面质量均有很大的提高,磨削表面无烧伤现象;砂轮的耐用度大大提高,其使用寿命是棕刚玉砂轮的50倍以上。  相似文献
