本文在交-交变频磁场定向控制同步电机调速系统数学模型的基础上,研究了阻尼绕组对交-交变频同步电机动态行为的影响.结果指出.阻尼绕组能有效地抵消动态电枢反应,加快定子电流响应,提高电机的过载能力.从改善系统的动态特性出发,应选择全阻尼结构。  相似文献

直接转矩控制理论(DTC)在异步电机上已取得了很大成功。但是永磁电机(PMSM)的直接转矩控制理论在前几年才建立,其中还有许多理论性问题需要澄清。本文详细阐述了零矢量在永磁直接转矩控制系统中的作用,指出如果合理应用零矢量,不仅能使PMSM的DTC系统正常运行,而且能减少转矩脉动的频率,改善系统的性能。  相似文献

在分析交交变频器-多相同步电动机调速系统运行的基础上,提出将多相同步电动机的d、q轴变量分解为低频分量(含非周期分量)和高频分量分别加以处理,并忽略转子回路对高频分量的电阻和阻尼绕组对低频分量的作用的分析方法,建立了适合于交交变频器-多相同步电动机系统稳态和似稳态分析的等效电路模型.试验结果证明了该模型的正确性.  相似文献

A production variable-frequency drive is described which uses an induction motor and a controlled-current inverter. The control loops of the drive have been arranged so that the performance of the drive is extended to zero speed and to the theoretical upper limit speed. A current-fed self-controlled synchronous motor drive is described, in which the motor terminal voltage is used to synchronize the inverter triggering pulses. Power-factor optimization control strategy is studied, and its implementation in a microprocessor-based control system is described. This paper describes a controlled-power-angle synchronous motor inverter system which provides drive characteristics similar to those of an induction motor inverter system. The system consists of a conventional synchronous motor with a shaft-position sensor which controls the firing of thyristors in an inverter. This paper investigates the steady-state properties and control strategies for the controlled-angle synchronous motor inverter system. Some experimental results are presented and compared with theoretical predictions.  相似文献

多相同步电动机用作舰船的推进电机有着广泛的应用前景.以十二相同步电动机系统为例,从十二相交-交变频器输出谐波电压入手,分析推导了交-交变频十二相同步电动机调速系统输出谐波转矩的解析计算公式.通过一个具体算例,计算得到了其主要次谐波的频谱,结果表明,其谐波转矩近似为零.理论计算结果得到了仿真和试验的验证,仿真和试验结果均表明,交-交变频十二相同步电动机调速系统转矩谐波情况比三相系统有了很大改善.  相似文献

在磁场定向控制的永磁同步电动机数学模型上,利用一种增广的数学模型,将滑模变结构和二次型最优方法结合进行位置控制。提高了系统在外部负载干扰和系统参数变化下的鲁棒性和控制精度;同时证明了该控制方式下系统的稳定性。实验结果表明:该方法实现简单,具有较好的位置响应和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

本文以永磁同步电动机为基础,研究了直接滑模电流控制策略,该策略对参数变化以及外界干扰的鲁棒性较强,从而广泛应用于电气传动控制领域.设计了新颖的直接滑模电流控制器代替传统的PI电流控制器,并且采用了开关表查询方式加快了动态响应速度.最后基于TMS320DSP28335控制器对永磁同步电动机直接滑模电流控制控制系统进行实验验证,结果表明所设计的控制器动态响应较快,抗干扰能力较强.  相似文献

An Intel 8086 microcomputer-based pulsewidth modulator (PWM) is described which receives digital voltage and frequency commands independently at the input, generates precision three- phase PWM waves at the output, and can be used to drive a transistor or thyristor inverter for ac drive systems. A computation intensive uniform sampling technique is used in the low-frequency region, whereas the higher frequency region is based on word recognition and pattern retrieval method. A laboratory breadboard of the modulator has been built and tested for the frequency range 0-250 Hz with resolution of 0.0077 Hz and smooth voltage variation up to square wave within a one-percent step in the whole range. The modulator has been extensively tested with a transistor inverter and hybrid computer simulated induction motor drive system and shows performance improvement over the currently available techniques.  相似文献

A high-performance speed control system for cage induction motors is described which utilizes a PWM inverter. The effects of primary current coincidence and machine constant variation on system characteristics such as response time, torque precision, and operating noise were investigated. Based on the results obtained, new control methods have been devised; one varies the gain of the current controller in proportion to the primary frequency, and a second compensates for the slip frequency by using the deviation between the flux reference value and the actual value. Effectiveness of the compensation methods was confirmed in tests.  相似文献

This paper proposes a decoupling controlfor HS-PMSM based on the LS-SVM inverse system.In addition, the on-line LS-SVM inverse controller is developed for the pseudo-linear system. To achieve the high-accuracy stator flux estimation, a stator flux estimator is proposed and implemented for the HS-PMSM. A BPFC is designed to eliminate the magnitude and the phase errors. According to the comparative simulation and experiment results, the utility of the proposed control strategy is demonstrated by the improved decoupling control performance, the enhanced speed tracking performance, the strong load anti-perturbation performance, and the high-accuracy flux estimation at the wide speed range.  相似文献

传统的PI调节器由于控制方法简单,被广泛应用于PMSM调速系统,但它往往不能满足高性能控制要求.通过将滑模变结构控制(SMC)应用于PMSM调速系统,针对一般滑模控制中控制量的求取需整定多个参数范围带来的复杂性问题,结合趋近律法设计了一种变参数SMC方法,给出了控制器的设计方法,并对所设计的系统进行了仿真分析和实验研究.结果表明该控制器使系统具有快速性、稳定性、无超调以及抗负载扰动强等优点,提高了系统的鲁棒性.  相似文献

介绍一种基于dSPACE半实物仿真技术的舰船电力推进多相感应电机控制系统.本系统在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立数据采集、驱动、保护等硬件系统的仿真模型和矢量变换、dq轴电流PI调节等相关控制算法,利用dSPACE快速控制原型方法对多相感应电机及其逆变器进行控制,并通过ControlDesk模块开发后期管理和监控平台.15 kW样机试验研究表明,所建立的半实物仿真控制系统稳定、可靠,实时性好,且便于在线修改控制结构和相关参数,为舰船电力推进变频调速系统提供一种可行方案,同时也较好地解决了大型舰船综合电力推进系统的试验室闭环测试问题.  相似文献

This paper considers recent advances made within the field of electric drives and how this new technology might be best applied within the mining industry. A case study is presented showing simulated results of the performance of the electric drives in a coal preparation plant. The various starting methodologies (resistance starting, fluid coupling, V / f = const, and vector control) are compared within this application. The merits of each method are then discussed with regard to the specific application and other more generic applications within the mining industry. Application of a rotor flux orientation control drive is substantiated, and its superior performance under start and stall conditions to that of the currently implemented system is confirmed by theoretical analysis and simulations. Experimental results for a scale model of the candidate system are presented, which agree with the main conclusions of this paper.  相似文献
