本文考察了温度、时间、煤碱比及灰组成等对不同烟煤的熔融碱脱灰、脱硫影响。总脱灰率和脱硫率分别为75%和60%。实验结果表明,反应前煤的预处理脱灰可以大大改善煤的脱灰、脱硫性能,促进杂质的释放。 相似文献

半焦是煤在较低温度(低于700℃)下热解的产物,具有相对发达的孔结构,有一定的吸附性能力,但未经改性半焦的吸附能力不及普通活性炭,且灰分含量较高,需要对其进行脱灰处理以提高其性能。本文选用白音华褐煤,在500℃制备半焦,利用碱熔融法对半焦进行脱灰实验。其中着重考察了粒度、碱焦比、反应温度、反应时间以及酸浸条件对脱灰的影响。 相似文献

以 3种高变质程度的中国煤为原料 ,用电弧等离子体蒸发法制备富勒烯 .富勒烯产品的表征采用质谱、紫外光谱和红外光谱等技术 .采用碱法脱灰技术对 3种煤进行脱灰处理 ,考察了脱灰前后煤样的灰分和相应炭棒中碳含量对富勒烯产率的影响 .结果表明 ,由实验所用煤种均可制得富勒烯 .原料煤本身的化学结构和组成对富勒烯的产率有明显影响 ,表现为富勒烯的产率随炭棒中碳含量的增加而增大 .煤中的矿物质对富勒烯的形成有很强的抑制作用 ,表现为富勒烯的产率随原料煤中灰分的增加而降低 ,这一变化趋势通过对介休焦煤进行不同程度的脱灰处理而得到进一步证实. 相似文献

褐煤腐植酸含量高,腐植酸中含有多种活性基团,在工业、农业、畜牧业等领域有多种用途。褐煤直接燃烧利用率不大,因此在开发利用褐煤资源前对其进行腐植酸抽提是一种较好的提质方式。本文采用碱浸法对褐煤进行腐植酸的抽提,研究了煤样粒度、抽提条件等因素对腐植酸抽提率的影响,以及干燥的原煤、腐植酸抽提残煤和脱灰煤的水分复吸性能。结果表明:粒度在0.2mm以下的煤样,在超声波条件下抽提腐植酸效果较好;抽提残煤水分复吸率明显高于原煤,但将抽提残煤脱灰处理后,水分复吸率有明显下降,且与原煤脱灰后吸水性能相近,说明抽提残煤的吸水性与煤的孔隙率及表面的极性官能团有关,特别是碱浸法抽提腐植酸时生成的强吸水性羧酸盐类对抽提残煤吸水性有显著影响。 相似文献

Development of more effective technologies of utilising low rank coals for power generation has been driven by a demand for higher efficiency, low capital costs and minimal environmental impacts. Fluidised bed systems are regarded as one of the more promising alternative technologies for power generation to overcome the disadvantage of the existing pulverised coal burning power generation plants for low rank coals. However, ash deposition and bed agglomeration are potential problems in fluidised bed processing of coals with high alkali and sulphur contents. In order to gain a better understanding of the mechanism of agglomeration in fluidised beds, a good knowledge of the rheological behaviour of coal ash deposits at high temperatures and under the processing conditions is necessary. Rheological characterisation of materials at high temperatures is difficult due to lack of standard instruments and reliable measurement techniques. We have recently developed a rheometer that has the capability of measuring the rheological properties of coal ash slag over a wide range of temperatures from 600 to 1300°C and under different processing atmospheres. In this paper the features of this unique instrument are described and the experimental technique developed for flow property measurement is outlined. Some typical measured rheological properties of coal ashes from different Australian low-rank coals are presented and discussed to illustrate the potential applicability of the rheometer for high-temperature rheological characterisation. Furthermore, by means of the experimental results obtained it is demonstrated that the alkali content of the coal ash plays a significant role in controlling the rheological characteristics of the ash deposit, which in turn has an important implication on agglomeration in fluidised bed combustion processes. 相似文献

Effects of Xinjiang high calcium coal co-firing on melting characteristics of Ca-bearing minerals in ash 下载免费PDF全文
In this study, a high-calcium coal, a high-silicon-aluminum Xinjiang coal and their blends were burnt in a drop tube furnace. The computer-controlled scanning electron microscope (CCSEM) was used to analyze the total ash mineral composition and particle size distribution after combustion. Based on CCSEM analysis, the composition data of single particle ash was obtained. The thermodynamic equilibrium method was used to calculate the liquid phase ratio of minerals in the ash, and the effect of coal blending on the melting characteristics of calcium-containing minerals in the ash was analyzed. The results show that the organically bound Ca easily interacts with other minerals in the coal. The mineral species of Ca-bearing minerals in the bulk ash mainly depend on the included minerals in coal. Co-firing will promote the conversion of calcium-containing aluminosilicate in the ash to calcium-containing complex aluminosilicate, and at the same time promote the melting of calcium-containing minerals. Under low temperature conditions, the particle size distribution of molten calcium-containing minerals in co-fired coal ash is affected by the particle size distribution of the alkali metal; however, under high temperature conditions, co-firing promotes the migration of molten calcium-containing minerals to large particle size ash. 相似文献

选用一种高钙和一种高硅铝新疆煤,在沉降炉中进行不同比例的混煤和单煤燃烧实验。采用计算机控制扫描电镜(CCSEM)分别对燃烧后总灰矿物成分和粒径分布进行分析。基于CCSEM分析获取单颗粒灰成分数据,采用热力学平衡方法对灰中矿物液相比例进行计算,分析混煤燃烧对灰中含钙矿物熔融特性影响。结果表明,煤中有机结合态Ca极易与煤中其他矿物元素发生交互反应,交互反应后含钙矿物种类取决于煤中内在矿种类。混煤燃烧会促进灰中含钙硅铝酸盐向含钙复杂硅铝酸盐转化,同时促进含钙矿物的熔融。在低温条件下,混烧煤灰中熔融含钙矿物粒径分布受碱金属粒径分布影响;但是高温条件下,混烧促进熔融含钙矿物向大粒径煤灰迁移。 相似文献

高灰熔融性好的寨崖底矿煤分别与低灰熔融性的露天煤、府谷煤按不同配比混合,制成2种配煤灰样,用HR-4灰熔点测定仪分别测定其在氧化性气氛和弱还原性气氛下的熔融特征温度。结果表明,配煤能有效改善煤灰熔融特性,但配煤灰熔融性变化与配比之间是非线性关系,弱还原性气氛下配煤改善效果显著。以硼砂作为助熔剂,按不同比例添加到高灰熔点煤潞安矿中,在弱还原性气氛下测定混煤灰熔融温度,结果表明添加少量比例的硼砂可以显著降低煤灰熔融性温度。对混煤灰进行的X-射线衍射实验表明,煤灰中矿物质形态的变化是混煤灰熔点降低的直接原因。 相似文献

为降低浮选精煤灰分,研究了抑制剂种类和用量对煤泥浮选降灰效果的影响,并选出最佳抑制剂种类和用量。结果表明:抑制剂的加入对浮选精煤降灰效果显著,但同时会对精煤产率和浮选完善指标造成一定影响。玉米淀粉的精煤灰分降低最大,但精煤产率和浮选完善指标降低速度更快,因此玉米淀粉作为抑制剂时,选择性较差,严重抑制低灰精煤上浮;亚硫酸钠的精煤灰分降低较少,浮选完善指标降低较快;CMC的精煤灰分降低较多,但同时精煤产率和浮选完善指标总体小于丹宁;丹宁的精煤灰分普遍较低,且精煤产率和浮选完善指标较高。因此,对于试验煤泥,丹宁用量为300 g/t时,降灰效果明显,精煤灰分为10.09%,满足精煤灰分(10±0.1)%的要求,同时对精煤产率和浮选完善指标影响最小,对矿物的抑制效果最优。 相似文献
