新型钒氮合金研究的探讨

论述了钒铁的磨粉工艺,通过进行钒铁磨粉后粘结剂的选择研究,筛选出了一种既能粘结又对钒铁产品无害的粘结剂,同时设计了一种用于钒铁压饼的锭模;通过多炉次氮化实验,探索了氮化时间与钒氮合金含氮量的关系,实验结果表明:适合FeV50细粉的氮化温度为1 250～1 300℃,适合FeV80细粉的氮化温度为1 350～1 400℃,氮化时间约1 h,得到的FeV50试验产品氮含量超过5%,FeV80试验产品氮含量超过12%。     

自蔓延燃烧法制取氮化钒铁工艺研究

介绍了以Fe V80细粉和Fe V50细粉为原料通过自蔓延反应法获得氮化钒铁的制取工艺,研究了钒铁细粉粒度、钒铁细粉中氧含量以及氮气压力在反应过程中对产品的影响,确定了SHS法制取氮化钒铁的工艺。     

三级钢筋钒合金化的实践与研究

承钢冶炼三级钢试验了钒铁、氮化钒和氮化钒铁3种不同的钒合金,钢筋性能均满足用户要求。通过对比分析其成分控制,认为对于钒吸收率,氮化钒铁最高、氮化钒次之、钒铁最低。对比其钢筋性能,在碳当量相同时,认为加氮化钒的钢筋其屈服强度和抗拉强度最高,氮化钒铁次之,钒铁最低,对低成本冶炼三级钢具有指导意义。

为推动含钒氮低合金钢的发展 ,在查阅主要文献的基础上 ,重点介绍了氮化钒铁及氮化钒制备的工艺方法、条件及产品情况。     

铁元素在氮化钒铁中的赋存状态

采用化学分析,XRD,SEM等检测手段,对闪速燃烧工艺制备的氮化钒铁中铁元素的赋存状态进行了系统研究。实验结果表明:以FeV80为原料,高温下进行氮化反应,FeV80颗粒的钒原子氮化形成氮化钒包覆层,随着氮化反应的进行,氮化钒含量和铁含量相对增多,钒的氮化难度逐渐增大。实验产品中,铁主要以Fe形势存在,不均匀分布于氮化钒颗粒内部。     

国内外氮化钒铁及氮化钡制备情况简介

为推动含钒氮低合金钢的发展，在查阅主要献的基础上，重点介绍了氮化钒铁及氮化钡制备的工艺方法，条件及产品情况。     

高频燃烧红外吸收法测定氮化钒铁中碳和硫

对于含氮量较高的氮化钒铁而言,其熔点高达1 450～1 650 ℃,给测定碳和硫的含量带来难题。利用钒铁标准物质建立校准曲线,钒铁标准物质进行校准验证,设定分析时间为50 s,以0.4 g纯铁和1.4 g钨粒为助熔剂进行助熔,建立了高频燃烧红外吸收法测定氮化钒铁中碳和硫的分析方法。方法中碳和硫的检出限分别为0.001 1%和0.001 3%,方法测定下限分别为0.003 5%和0.004 2%。由于缺乏氮化钒铁标准物质,取一定量的钒铁标准物质,分别与氮化硅铁标准物质混合,参照FeV45N10、FeV55N11氮化钒铁的成分配比配制氮化钒铁合成样品1#和2#,按照实验方法进行测定,所得测定值和理论值基本一致。实验方法测定氮化钒铁样品中碳含量结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)在1.2 %～3.0%之间,硫在2.2%～4.2%之间。     

碳热还原氮化法制备氮化钒铁合金的研究

提出了一种以五氧化二钒或者三氧化二钒、氧化铁和石墨为原料,以高温碳热还原氮化反应制备氮化钒铁合金的新工艺,分别研究配碳比、反应温度、取样方式、合金牌号对于氮化钒铁产品质量(氮含量、氧含量、碳含量、密度)的影响。以此工艺制备氮化钒铁,所得产品具有高氮、低碳、低氧及高密度等特性,能够满足合金化过程的需求。

对氮化钒铁燃烧合成及其相关理论基础进行了介绍;燃烧合成工艺源自于对固体火焰的研究,故对固体火焰的一些特征进行了论述;最后,介绍了氮化钒铁燃烧合成过程及其冶金特点。     

V65氮化钒铁在抗震钢筋HRB400E中的应用

介绍了抗震钢筋HRB400E的生产工艺流程、V65氮化钒铁的理化指标以及V65氮化钒铁在承钢抗震钢筋HRB400E中的应用情况。试验了钒、氮在LF精炼炉的吸收率及钢筋的力学性能,探讨了V65氮化钒铁合金化的强化机理,为含钒高强钢筋合金化方面大力推广高品位氮化钒铁打下基础。
