采用超声分子束技术,以飞行时间(TOF)质谱仪,于410-371nm内,在不同能量的激光作用下,着重检测了气相Si(CH3)4分子在15个波长点处的多光子电离(MPI)TOF质谱分布。根据实验结果,讨论了Si(CH3)4可能的MPI机理,得到了Si^ 主要来自于母体分子及中性碎片的多光子解离-硅原子的共振电离、Si(CH3)n^ (n=1,2,3)主要来自于中性碎片Si(CH3)n(n=1,2,3)的自电离、而Si(CH3)4^ 则来自于母体分子的(3+1)电离的结论。  相似文献

根据量子力学中的态叠加原理,构造了由多模复共轭相干态|{zj(a)*}>q和多模复共轭相干态|{zj(b)*}>q的相反态|{-zj(b)*}>q的线性叠加所组成的非对称两态叠加多模量子叠加态光场|ψ(2)>q,利用多模压缩态理论研究了态|ψ1f(2)>q的等幂高次和压缩特性,结果表明: 1)当Rj(a)=Rj(b)和ψj(a)-ψj(b)=±(2k 1)π(k=0,1,2,3……),态|ψ1f(2)>q的两个正交相位分量均处于N-H最小测不准态的结果;2)当Rj(a)=Rj(b)=Rj和ψj(a)=ψj(b)=ψj,ψ态|1f(2)>q的等幂高次和压缩与文献3的结果相似; 3)当Rj(a)≠Rj(b)=Rj和ψj(a)=ψj(b)=ψj,且和满足一定条件时,无论qN为奇数还是偶数,态|ψ1f(2)>q的两个正交相位分量均可分别呈现周期性变化的等幂高次和压缩效应,但qN为奇数时的压缩深度大于qN为偶数时的压缩深度。  相似文献

A modifying influence of ortho-cresol (o-cresol) on the carcinogenic effect of benzo(a)pyrene (B(a)P) in their combined peroral administration to CC57Br mice has been revealed. During the simultaneous administration of the o-cresol (1 mg) and B(a)P (1 mg) the rate of tumours, their multiplicity index, the degree of malignancy increased and the latent period shortened. In case of o-cresol administration before or after B(a)P (in the same doses) the decrease of carcinogenic effect has been revealed. In case of simultaneous administration of 10 mg of the o-cresol and 5 mg of the B(a)P the tumor incidence did not change in comparison with the animals of the control group which received only B(a)P. But their progression was hampered which was confirmed by a decrease of the malignancy rate, frequent occurrence and prolongation of the period of the malignization beginning.  相似文献

A novel intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) based blue fluorophor, 5,11-di(40-dimesitylboronphenyl)indolo[3,2-b]carbazole(DDBICZ), possessing a high fluorescent quantum yield of 0.52, a high triplet energy level (2.59 eV), and an intriguing bipolar charge transporting ability, was used as a highly efficient blue fluorophor and a host for a yellow phosphor. Doping a yellow phosphor(bis(2-(3-trifluoromethyl-4-fluorophenyl)-4-methylquinolyl)(acetyl-acetonate)iridium(III) (Ir(ffpmq)2(acac)) in the host DDBICZ, a simplified fluorescence/phosphorescence (F/P)-based hybrid white organic light-emitting diode (WOLED) with a symmetrical BYB-EML of DDBICZ (10 nm)/DDBICZ: 6 wt% Ir(ffpmq)2(acac) (10 nm)/DDBICZ (10 nm) is demonstrated. The hybrid WOLED exhibits excellent high color stability and good color quality. Under wide operating voltage range from 5 V to 10 V, the Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of the hybrid WOLED only change from (0.35, 0.36) to (0.34, 0.35), with a high color rending index (CRI) of 79–81. The high color stability is due to the fact that the BYB-EML effectively offsets the change of emission intensity from different emitters caused by the shift of carrier recombination zone with the increase of voltage. In addition, the hybrid WOLED also reveals a considerable current efficiency of 24.4 cd/A. These results demonstrate that efficient F/P hybrid WOLEDs with high color stability could be achieved by such simple BYB-EML structure using single-dopant strategy.  相似文献

本文论述了作者对建立全球导航卫星系统(GNSS,Gloal Navigation Satellite system)的系统时间GNSST,守时实验室的时间基准TA(k)和UTC(k)(k为实验室代号)的整体构想和一些思考,并论述了时间尺度算法,驾驭算法,钟差预测算法是如何在其中发挥作用的.以北斗系统为例,提出了使用两级驾驭算法建立北斗系统时间BDT(Beidou System Time)的方法.以国家授时中心(NTSC,National Time Service Center)为例,详细描述了建立TA(NTSC)和UTC(NTSC)的整体构想,方法,原理和理论依据.分析了TA(NTSC)对UTC(NTSC)的性能影响;以及假如用UTC(NTSC)驾驭产生BDT时,UTC(NTSC)对BDT时间同步精度和频率稳定度性能的影响;最后给出了同时使用UTC(NTSC)和UTC(BSNC)来驾驭产生BDT的设想,从理论上分析了采用该方案对BDT性能提升的影响.  相似文献

Gallium arsenide (GaAs) films were grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) on a (511) silicon substrate and a compliant (511) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate. The top silicon layer of the compliant (511) SOI was thinned to ~1000 Å. The five inch diameter SOI wafer was created by wafer bonding. The GaAs (004) x-ray diffraction (XRD) reflection showed a 25% reduction in the full width half maximum (FWHM) for GaAs on a compliant (511) SOI as compared to GaAs on a silicon substrate. Cross section transmission electron microscopy (XTEM) clearly indicates a different dislocation structure for the two substrates. The threading dislocation density is reduced by at least an order of magnitude in the compliant (511) SOI as compared to the (511) silicon. XTEM found dislocations and damage was generated in the top silicon layer of the compliant SOI substrate after GaAs growth.  相似文献

We report on efficient solution-processed phosphorescent white polymer light-emitting diodes (WPLEDs) with tunable color-correlated temperature (CCT) and color rendering index (CRI), through rationally controlling the composition of the emission layer (EML) based on a near-infrared (NIR)-emitting dinuclear cyclometalated platinum (II) complex bridged with NˆS anionic ligand, named (niq)2Pt2(μ-C8PhOXT)2 (Pt-1, in which PhOXT is 5-(phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole)-2-thiol, niq is 1-naphthylisoquinolinato), a sky-blue emitter iridium (III) bis[(4,6-di-fluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2] (picolinate) (FIrpic), and a yellow emitter bis[2-(thieno[3,2-c]pyridin-4-yl)phenyl]iridium(III)(acetylacetonato) (PO-01). One of the best three-color WPLEDs shows a CCT of 3246 K as well as an excellent high CRI of 87, which are greatly beneficial in reducing deep-blue light damage and simultaneously meet the requirement for good color reproduction. Meanwhile, the relevant WPLED also achieves a maximum current efficiency of 12.1 cd/A, corresponding to an external quantum efficiency of 10.6%. This work presents an effective approach through rational combination of sky-blue, yellow, and NIR emitters towards high-performance solution-processable WPLEDs with a physiologically-friendly CCT and a high CRI.  相似文献

针对各个收发天线间都具有不同的频偏和信道参数的虚拟多天线、OFDM系统目的节点中数据辅助的多频偏和信道参数估计问题进行了研究.通过利用级数展开的方法进行矩阵求逆,提出了一种基于最大似然准则的高计算效率参数估计算法,从而能够同时对虚拟多天线OFDM系统中的频偏和信道等参数进行估计.给出了本算法估计结果的均方误差与CR下界的对比,同时还对训练序列的设计进行分析和仿真验证,仿真结果表明所设计的低复杂度算法性能上逼近CR下界,同时克服了现有算法的缺陷.  相似文献

Currently there are design barriers inhibiting the implementation of high-precision digital signal processing (DSP) objects with field programmable logic (FPL) devices. This paper explores overcoming these barriers by fusing together the popular distributed arithmetic (DA) method with the residue number system (RNS) for use in FPL-centric designs. The new design paradigm is studied in the context of a high-performance filter bank and a discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The proposed design paradigm is facilitated by a new RNS accumulator structure based on a carry save adder (CSA). The reported methodology also introduces a polyphase filter structure that results in a reduced look-up table (LUT) budget. The 2C-DA and RNS-DA are compared, in the context of a FPL implementation strategy, using a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) filter bank as a common design theme. The results show that the RNS-DA, compared to a traditional 2C-DA design, enjoys a performance advantage that increases with precision (wordlength).  相似文献

设n=pq,p,q为奇素数,环Zn上的椭圆曲线En(a,b)的SOM密钥交换协议与QV密钥交换协议均选取En(a,b)上的阶为Mn=lcm{#Ep(a,b),#Eq(a,b)}的点G作为公钥(称G为基点),并且限定其对应的Ep(a,b)和Eq(a,b)均为循环群,这就限制了这两个协议只能选择一类特殊的椭圆曲线En(a,b)构作密钥交换协议.本文指出,Ep(a,b)和Eq(a,b)均为循环群这一限定是不必要的.本文给出了En(a,b)上存在阶为Mn的点G的一个充分必要条件,并给出一个例子,其中Ep(a,b)为循环群,Eq(a,b)为非循环群,且对应的En(a,b)上有阶为Mn的点G.同时,本文选取En(a,b)上阶为lcm{n1,m1}的点作为基点,这里n1,m1分别为Ep(a,b)和Eq(a,b)的最大循环子群的阶.这样,就能够选择更多的椭圆曲线En(a,b),用来构作密钥交换协议(包括将两方之间的密钥交换协议扩展到三方).  相似文献

This paper proposes rate-maximized (MR) joint subcarrier pairing (SP) and power allocation (PA) (MR-SP&PA),a novel scheme for maximizing the weighted sum rate of the orthogonal-frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) relaying system with a decode-and-forward (DF) relay.MR-SP&PA is based on the joint optimization of both SP and power allocation with total power constraint,and formulated as a mixed integer programming problem in the paper.The programming problem is then transformed to a convex optimization problem by using continuous relaxation,and solved in the Lagrangian dual domain.Simulation results show that MR-SP&PA can maximize the weighted sum rate under total power constraint and outperform equal power allocation (EPA) and proportion power allocation (PCG).  相似文献

We have fabricated the white organic light-emitting devices (WOLEDs) based on 4,4' -bis(2,2 -diphenyl vinyl)-1,1' - biphenyl (DPVBi) and phosphorescence sensitized 5,6,11,12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene). The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA (20 nm)/NPBX (20 nm)/CBP: x%Ir(ppy)3:0.5% rubrene (8 nm)/NPBX (5 nm)/DPVBi (30 nm)/Alq(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/A1. In the devices, DPVBi acts as a blue light-emitting layer, the rubrene is sensitized by a phosphorescent material, fac tris (2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3], acts as a yellow light-emitting layer, and N,N' -bis- (1-naphthyl)- N,N' -diphenyl -1, 1' -biphenyl-4,4' -diamine (NPBX) acts as a hole transporting and exciton blocker layer, respectively. When the concentration of Ir (PPY)3 is 6wt%, the maximum luminance is 24960 cd/m^2 at an applied voltage of 15 V, and the maximum luminous efficiency is 5.17 cd/A at an applied voltage of 8 V.  相似文献

使用强碱氢氧化钾为沉淀剂,通过水热法成功合成了具有六角形貌的过渡金属氢氧化物Ni(OH)2及Co(OH)2片状纳米晶.利用X射线粉末衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征.透射电镜观察结果显示:Ni(OH)2相为规则六角纳米片,Co(OH)2相为纳米片和纳米棒的混合物.选区衍射结果指出:Ni(OH)2及Co(OH)2纳米晶体均为单晶体.Ni(OH)2及Co(OH)2纳米片的产率分别达到了70%和90%.将实验结果同前人的过渡族金属氢氧化物纳米片报道进行了比较,提出了一个新的片状纳米晶的形成机制,指出在正常的沉淀条件下,Ni(OH)2及Co(OH)2纳米晶的稳定形貌总为六角片状.  相似文献

In this work, a deep learning (DL)-based massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is investigated over the tapped delay line type C (TDL-C) model with a Rayleigh fading distribution at frequencies ranging from 0.5 to 100 GHz. The proposed bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) channel state information (CSI) estimator uses online learning during training and offline learning during the practical implementation phase. The design of the estimator takes into account situations in which prior knowledge of channel statistics is limited and targets excellent performance, even with limited pilot symbols (PS). Three separate loss functions (mean square logarithmic error [MSLE], Huber, and Kullback–Leibler Distance [KLD]) are assessed in three classification layers. The symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability performance of the proposed estimator are evaluated using a number of optimization techniques, such as stochastic gradient descent (SGD), momentum, and the adaptive gradient (AdaGrad) algorithm. The Bi-LSTM-based CSI estimator is trained considering a specific number of PS. It can be readily seen that by incorporating a cyclic prefix (CP), the system becomes more resilient to channel impairments, resulting in a lower SER. Simulations show that the SGD optimization approach and Huber loss function-trained Bi-LSTM-based CSI estimator have the lowest SER and very high estimation accuracy. By using deep neural networks (DNNs), the Bi-LSTM method for CSI estimation achieves a superior channel capacity (in bps/Hz) at 10 dB than long short-term memory (LSTM) and other conventional CSI estimators, such as minimum mean square error (MMSE) and least squares (LS). We discuss various possibilities for determining the orientation of CdTe layers grown on (001) GaAs and in particular, determining the (001) orientation. This growth orientation is characterized by a three dimensional growth mechanism which controls the growth in the (111) orientation. We show that a thin layer of ZnTe deposited directly on the oxide free GaAs surface can be used to determine the (001) orientation, eliminate (111) phases and enhance a two dimensional growth of the CdTe layer, resulting in an improved crystalline quality and a smooth surface morphology. CdTe layers grown in the (111) direction on oxide free (001) GaAs substrates contain (111) microtwins and an intermixed (001) phase. A new class of deep blue electrophosphorescent Pt(II) emitters have been designed and synthesized. This new class of deep blue Pt(II) emitters employ tetradentate and macrocyclic chelate chromophores to constrain the Pt(II) molecules in a non‐distorted flat geometry in both the ground state and the excited state. The new deep blue emitters do not produce excimer emission, with emission quantum efficiency as high as 95% in 10% doped PMMA (poly(methyl methacrylate) films, and excellent UV stability, compared to the corresponding bidentate Pt(II) emitters. The macrocyclic tetradentate chelate Pt(II) compounds are the first examples of fully sterically constrained deep blue Pt(II) emitters that do not display structural distortion and have a higher thermal stability and a higher emission quantum efficiency than the corresponding non‐macrocyclic tetradentate Pt(II) analogues. A computational study supports that the macrocylic Pt(II) compounds are structurally more stable than the tetradentate Pt(II) molecules. Bright and efficient deep blue electrophosphorescent devices using a macrocyclic Pt(II) emitter have been successfully fabricated with a maximum brightness of 10 680 cd m?2, maximum external quantum efficiency of 15.4% (at 490 cd m?2), and Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (1931) coordinates (x + y ) of less than or near 0.30, respectively.  相似文献

Organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) were constructed with a structure of indium tin oxide (ITO)/N,N'-bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N'-bis(phenyl)-benzidine (NPB) (50-xnm)/bis[2-(4-tertbutylphenyl)benzothiazolato-N,C2'] iridium (acetylacetonate) [(t-bt)2Ir(acac)] (nm)/NPB (30nm)/Mg:Ag (200nm).A thin blue emission material of NPB was used as a separating layer,and the (t-bt)2Ir(acac) yellow phosphorescent dye was acted as an ultrathin light-emitting layer.TPBI acted as both hole-blocking and electron-transporting layer.By changing the location (x) and the thickness (d) of the phosphor dye,the variation of device performance were investigated.The results showed that all the devices had a turn-on voltage of 2.8V.In the case of d=0.2nm and x=5nm,the OLED had a maximum luminance of 18367cd/m2 and a maximum power efficiency of 5.3lm/W.The high performance is attributed to both direct charge carrier trapping of iridium phosphor dye and the thin NPB separation layer,which effectively confines the recombination zone of charge carriers.  相似文献

In this study, we demonstrate a high-efficiency and low turn-on voltage warm white phosphorescent organic light emitting devices (PH-WOLEDs) based on a blue mixed-host emission layer (EML) and an orange ultrathin layer. The device has a simple structure and would simplify the fabrication process and reduce fabrication costs. The concept is based on the design a high-efficiency blue mixed-host EML, using an electron-transport material, 4,6-Bis(3,5-di(pyridin-4-yl) phenyl)-2-(3-(pyridin-3-yl) phenyl) pyrimidine (B4PYMPM) to enhance the carrier balance ability of the hole-transport material 1,3-Bis(carbazol-9-yl) benzene (MCP) which operates as the mixed-host and when the MCP: B4PYMPM ratio in the mixed-film was 4:1 got better effects. Based on the blue EML, we realized WOLEDs, characterized by a peak power efficiency of 71.3 lm/W at 3.1 V and a low turn-on voltage of 2.65 V. The mixed-host blue EML exhibited a much higher performance compared to the MCP host. Stable warm white light emission with Commission International de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates from (0.37, 0.45) to (0.38, 0.47) for a luminance value ranging from 1000 to 10,000 cd/m2 was obtained.  相似文献
