A planar four-pole linear phase filter centered at 10GHz based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed. The filter is composed of four side-by-side horizontally oriented SIW cavities, which are coupled in turn by evanescent waveguide sections with three direct coupling and one cross coupling between the first and fourth SIW cavities. The SIW cavities are fed by microstrips through coupling slots. A curve-fitting technique is adopted to improve the efficiency of the design process. The measured results are presented and compared with the results simulated by a high-frequency structure simulator. Good agreement between the simulated and measured results is observed.  相似文献

基于基片集成波导技术与标准印刷电路板工艺,设计并实现了缝隙阵列全向天线.为展宽带宽,天线由两个相同子阵组成.采用带状线 T 型功分器和共面波导转接,实现天线的平衡馈电结构.测试结果与全波仿真结果表明,对称平衡馈电基片集成波导缝隙阵列全向天线具有良好的全向性,较高的增益,相对较宽的带宽和紧凑的结构.  相似文献

利用基片集成波导与传统矩形波导的等效关系,类比矩形波导滤波器理论设计方法,结合三维电磁仿真软件模拟和优化技术,快速设计了K波段基片集成波导带通滤波器。实物测试结果显示滤波器的中心频率为19.75GHz,相对带宽6%,通带内插入损耗为1 dB,带内反射系数小于–14 dB,体积小于6 cm×2 cm×1 cm。相比传统波导形式滤波器,本设计为平面结构,体积小、易于系统集成。  相似文献

提出了一种工作于毫米波波段的基片集成波导滤波器,该滤波器在上下金属层刻蚀出哑铃槽结构,通过哑铃槽之间的耦合,极大提高了其带外抑制性。仿真实测结果表明,滤波器的中心频率在30 GHz,通带内相对带宽为39.5%,中心频率插入损耗为1.44 d B,带内回波损耗大于13 d B。滤波器带外衰减陡峭,结构紧凑,实测结果与仿真结果吻合良好。  相似文献

A planar waveguide elliptic filter with a transmission line inserted inverter is proposed. This inline filter based on a substrate integrated waveguide is fabricated by the standard PCB process. Simulated results are compared with measured data and good agreement is reported.  相似文献

This letter presents the design and experiment of a novel elliptic filter based on the multilayered substrate integrated waveguide (MSIW) technique. A C-band elliptic filter with four folded MSIW cavities is simulated by using high frequency structure simulator software and fabricated with a two-layer printed circuit board process, the measured results show good performance and in agreement with the simulated results.  相似文献

The design and implementation of a novel asymmetric coplanar waveguide (ACPW) band rejection filter using defected ground structure (DGS) is presented. The proposed ACPW DGS technology provides bandgap characteristics with only one cell in the lateral ground plane. The equivalent circuit model of the proposed DGS unit section is described. Measurements of ACPW DGS showed good agreement with simulation and the proposed model.  相似文献

A new substrate integrated circuits (SICs) fabrication technique is proposed for realizing nonradiative dielectric (NRD) waveguide circuits. This new technique called substrate integrated NRD (SINRD) guide allows the NRD guide be integrated within a dielectric substrate by drilling a pattern of air holes. Dispersion analysis and design considerations of the new structure are discussed. A hybrid integrated scheme of planar and SINRD circuits is demonstrated for the first time with simulation and measurement results.  相似文献

A low cost single-balanced mixer is designed using a newly designed 90/spl deg/ substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) 3-dB coupler, which takes the advantages of low cost, low profile, and high performance. An X-band single-balanced SIW mixer is designed and fabricated with a standard printed circuit board process. Measured conversion loss of 6.8dB and the wide-band response from 8.5 to 12GHz are presented.  相似文献

A broadband planar balun is presented in this work that makes use of a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technique using a printed circuit board process. The proposed balun structure is able to operate at millimeter wave frequencies and it does not require any tight line coupling sections as frequently used in monolithic microwave integrated circuit balun design. In addition, this balun can be integrated with other planar topologies including nonplanar circuits made of the same substrate for achieving high efficiency. This balun structure consists of a 3 dB SIW power divider and microstrip lines that are placed on both sides of the substrate at balanced ports to obtain an 180deg phase shift. The concept is validated by simulations and measurements. Our measured results suggest that a 10 dB return loss at unbalanced port can easily be achieved across a 42% bandwidth from 19 to 29 GHz. Measured amplitude and phase imbalance between two balanced ports are within 1 dB and plusmn5deg, respectively.  相似文献

首先介绍了基片集成波导(SIW)这一新技术,并用表面电流理论解释了电磁波在SIW中的传输模式。同时,通过使用凹型过渡和接地共面波导过渡两种转换方式,解决了基片集成波导与微带线的过渡问题,从而解决了滤波器和有源微波电路的集成问题。文章用这两种过渡方式,分别设计了中心频率在5.63GHz和5.45GHz的双模带通滤波器。实验表明:这两种滤波器在通带内的反射损耗S11均优于-21dB,-3dB带宽都在50MHz以上。  相似文献

综合基片集成波导和双模滤波器两种前沿技术,设计了一种新型微波带通滤波器结构,该滤波器结构简单,无载品质因数高达10 000。同时,通过使用凹型过渡方式,解决了基片集成波导与微带线的过渡问题,从而方便了滤波器和有源微波电路的集成。文章设计的滤波器中心频率在5.63 GHz,通过TE102和TE201两种模式耦合,产生一个传输零点,极大的改善了阻带效果。实验表明,通带内反射损耗S11优于25 dB,3 dB带宽达60 MHz。  相似文献

基片集成波导以其低损耗和易于集成等特点越来越广泛地应用于微波毫米波电路中。在实际应用中,基片集成波导的直角弯曲结构的运用是不可避免的。针对传统的弯曲结构进行改进,仿真了直切弯曲结构和圆弧弯曲结构的传输特性。并在分析基片集成波导中电感销钉的特性之后,设计了一种含销钉的直角弯曲结构。仿真和实测结果表明,所设计弯曲结构的回波损耗小于-15dB,带宽达到4.8GHz,通带内电压传输系数高于-1.5dB,具有良好的传输性能,可以广泛地应用于微波电路中。  相似文献

为了实现介质集成波导滤波器的进一步小型化,通常要改进其谐振腔;通过在传统的介质集成波导谐振腔中心位置插入一个短路销钉,并且将其上金属平面与腔体四周的金属壁绝缘可以实现其体积的小型化.采用这种小型化谐振腔,设计了四腔微带滤波器,工作在2.8 GHz,相对带宽14.3%.最终加工了这个原型滤波器,仿真和测试结果吻合良好.相比采用传统的介质集成波导谐振腔的滤波器,这个滤波器尺寸可以减小到其1/4以下.  相似文献
