In this article, a broadband circularly polarised slot antenna fed by a single microstrip line is implemented. The proposed antenna is composed of an unequilateral hexagonal slot to implement circular polarisation and tapered microstrip feeding line to enhance the impedance bandwidth. A conducting reflector is also employed to enhance the antenna gain. The proposed antenna, 60 mm × 60 mm × 18.12 mm in size, was fabricated and tested. The measured??10 dB reflection bandwidth and 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth were 48.9% and 17%, respectively. The measured gain of the fabricated antenna ranged from 5.4 dBi to 6 dBi within an axial ratio bandwidth of 3 dB.  相似文献

采用双层矩形贴片加切角的结构设计圆极化单元,并将其组成应用于X 波段64 单元高增益圆极化微带阵列天线。天线基板采用Taconic-TRF,介电常数4. 5,厚度0. 81mm,损耗角正切0. 0035。利用Ansoft HF-SS 软件对单元及阵列模型进行仿真优化。通过实际测试,64 单元阵列天线轴比AR<6dB 的带宽500MHz,增益达到21. 2dB,S11 <-10dB 的相对阻抗带宽达到6. 9%,天线具有良好的圆极化和阻抗匹配特性。圆极化天线具有较强的抗干扰能力,可很好地应用于电子侦察、电子对抗等领域。设计的圆极化微带阵列天线为组成更大阵列的天线以及构建相控阵天线提供了单元基础。  相似文献

设计了一种基于十字缝隙耦合双圆极化微带共形相控阵天线。首先设计了微带天线单元,分析了天线各结构参数对天线性能的影响。通过电桥向偏馈于十字缝隙上的馈线馈电,实现等幅、相差90°馈电,电桥的两个端口分别获得旋向相反的圆极化信号。然后对天线单元进行了测量,结果表明天线轴比小于3dB 的带宽为16%,驻波小于1.5 的带宽 为17%,波束宽度大于87°。最后对5×5 共形相控阵天线进行了仿真与测量,结果显示天线可以扫描60°,适合用作载体共形的卫星通信天线。  相似文献

In this paper, the radiation performance of an antenna array is improved by designing a new wideband artificial magnetic conductor (AMC). The proposed AMC surface operates at the frequency of 3 GHz with ±90° reflection phase bandwidth of 22%. In order to identify the key design parameters of the AMC structure, a parametric study is performed. To improve the radiation performance of the antenna array, an AMC reflector is developed through utilizing an array of 2 × 8 periodic patches of AMC unit cells. By this technique, the front to back ratio of the designed antenna array is enhanced about 16.27 dB. It is concluded that tuning of the AMC dimensions for controlling the reflection coefficient at each port of antenna array during beam steering is necessary. Because of the using of the AMC surfaces as a reflector instead of conventional PEC surfaces, size reduction of the antenna array in the order of 20% is achieved. In this study, a circuit model for single element of the antenna array with considering AMC loading effect is introduced, which predicts the bandwidth behaviour of the proposed antenna. The final designed antenna array exhibits low level of cross polarization making it well‐suited for tracking radars and electronic warfare applications. The proposed antenna with the AMC reflector is fabricated and measured. The measured ?10 dB impedance bandwidth and peak gain of the proposed antenna is 20% (2.7‐3.25 GHz) and 13.4 dBi, respectively, which are compatible with the simulation results.  相似文献

A novel broadband circularly polarised (CP) monopole antenna is designed and implemented in this article. The antenna consists of a radiating patch that is composed of an annular-ring linked by a square ring over the corner and a modified ground plane. The broadband property is achieved based on a novel monopole structure that is connected by two perturbed loops, so the CP wave is generated due to the perturbation. Besides, by cutting a rectangular slit and embedding a vertical stub on the ground plane, the impedance and axial-ratio (AR) bandwidths can be greatly enhanced. The measured results reveal that the proposed monopole antenna has an impedance bandwidth of 4.575 GHz from 2.3 to 6.85 GHz, reaching the particularly broad bandwidth of 99.5%. Furthermore, a wide 3-dB AR bandwidth of 34.6% (1.53 GHz, 3.65–5.18 GHz) centred at 4.42 GHz is achieved. The radiation characteristics of the designed antenna are also presented.  相似文献

本文介绍一种Ku频段全金属圆极化平板天线的设计,采用多层金属波导腔体结构降低天线剖面,由上到下依次为辐射层、谐振层、功分馈电网络层,其中,辐射层为4×4个斜六边形开口波导腔体,将线极化信号扭转为圆极化波辐射;谐振层利用梅花状波导腔体有效展宽了天线的阻抗带宽,功分馈电网络层为紧凑型一分四波导功分器。通过电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS进行仿真设计,仿真结果表明,该天线相对阻抗带宽为21.8%,在工作频带内,驻波小于2,3dB轴比带宽为5.4%,天线效率大于80%。根据仿真设计结果,加工了一套12×12单元天线阵列,对阵中天线单元进行测试,测试结果与仿真结果符合较好。  相似文献

针对宽波束天线在移动通信中的应用,实现偶极子阵列天线的宽角域扫描覆盖,设计了一款宽波束天线单元以及1×16相控线阵。采用正交对称振子结构实现±45°方向辐射,振子采用椭圆环结构实现了宽阻抗带宽和宽波束,通过加载梯形结构降低了频段和实现小型化。实测结果表明,天线单元在6.425~7.125 GHz的频带内电压驻波比小于1.3,具有38.8%的相对阻抗带宽,在工作频带内其端口隔离度优于28 dB,3 dB波束宽度在频带内均大于126°,能够很好满足现阶段对阵列天线小型化、宽频带以及宽角域扫描的要求,在移动基站等领域有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

微带阵列天线具有增益高、剖面低、体积小、重量轻、成本低、易共形等优势,为了克服其频带窄、交叉极化强的问题,文中采用偏置缝隙耦合馈电、上层贴片、并馈网络等措施设计了宽带多层微带阵列天线。在等效电路分析基础上,结合仿真验证,分析了关键参数对天线单元阻抗匹配的影响,得出了单元最佳结构尺寸。采用了灵活的等功分并馈网络实现了8×8布局、45°极化的微带阵列天线。仿真和实测结果表明:电压驻波比VSWR<2的阻抗带宽达到48.8%,半功率波束宽度HPBW>9.2°时增益大于18 dB,交叉极化电平低于-22 dB,同时具备较深的零深、较低的副瓣电平。  相似文献

A broadband and circularly polarized 1×4 linear antenna array composed of CPW-fed slot elements for millimeter wave application is discussed. Through a special short-circuiting stub perturbation method, the circular ring slot element achieves circular polarization and a broad bandwidth. Through a parallel feeding network, the array achieves a broad impedance bandwidth of 19% with VSWR?2 and CP bandwidth of 18.4% with AR?3 dB and has a peak gain of about 6.8 dB.  相似文献

阵列天线易于实现高增益、波束扫描及波束赋形等功能,成为现代无线通信、导航、雷达等信息系统收发信号的主要手段。为满足高速率、广覆盖、多功能等发展需求,现代无线信息系统要求阵列天线具有宽工作带宽、宽角波束扫描能力及平面化、低剖面等特性。为此,文中以Ku频段、低剖面、宽频带相控阵天线为研究方向,基于微带天线宽带化技术、L型探针耦合馈电技术及加载等效腔体结构,开展微带天线的宽带化和相控阵天线的宽角扫描技术研究。文中提出了一种基于L型探针耦合馈电结构的具有宽带、宽角扫描能力的8×8阵列天线。实测结果表明,在VSWR<3时,在13.0~18.0 GHz阻抗带宽内(相对带宽为32.3%),该阵列天线在E面和H面均可实现±60°的扫描覆盖范围。实测结果和仿真结果具有较好的一致性。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a novel wideband circularly polarized (CP) composite, called cavity‐backed crossed dipole antenna for 2.45 GHz industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) band wireless communication. To excite the CP radiation effectively, a curved‐delay line providing an orthogonal phase difference among the cross‐dipole elements is attached at corners of the sequentially rotated elements. By choosing a proper radius of the curved‐delay line, a wide input impedance of the antenna can be realized. Unlike conventional cross‐dipole antennas, the proposed cross‐dipole antenna is designed with an open stub added to the radiating arms of the dipole so that both impedance and axial ratio bandwidths are enhanced. The antenna is center‐fed by a 50‐Ω coaxial cable and is placed above a cavity‐backed reflector to obtain a directional CP radiation pattern. With the advantage of being center‐fed, a symmetric CP radiation pattern can be achieved across the entire operating bandwidth. To further improve the directivity and the radiation pattern, a rectangular cavity‐backed reflector is used. Simulated and measured results confirm that the proposed antenna has good CP characteristics. The proposed antenna obtains a broad 3‐dB axial ratio bandwidth of 49% (1.20 GHz, 1.96–3.16 GHz) and an impedance bandwidth of 67.7% (1.66 GHz, 1.69–3.35 GHz) for reflection coefficient (S11) ≦ −10 dB. It also yields an average CP gain of 9.2 dBic across the operating bandwidth and a peak CP gain of 10 dBic. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

提出了一款高增益低副瓣新型圆极化微带天线阵。单元天线采用叠层切角圆极化微带结构,通过八边形边界布局和顺序旋转交叠组阵技术,实现了天线阵方向性图的对称性和圆极化辐射性能的最优化;馈电网络采用威尔金森功分器和最大平坦式阻抗变换器实现不等功分宽带阻抗匹配,通过改进馈电方向寻求对称结构,简化了馈电网络的设计。制作了天线阵实物并进行了测量。测试结果表明:天线在3.2~4.6 GHz频段内S11<-10 dB,阻抗相对带宽36%;在3.8~4.5 GHz频段内顶点轴比小于3 dB,圆极化相对带宽17%;在4~4.4 GHz频段内天线增益均在15 dB以上,最高增益达17 dB。  相似文献

We investigate the characteristics of a wideband and high‐gain cavity‐backed slot antenna in terms of the reflection coefficients, radiation patterns, and gain. A cavity‐backed slot antenna structure includes baffles, reflectors, and thick ground planes. The measured gain and bandwidth of a 10‐dB return loss in a cavity‐backed 2 × 2 array slot antenna with h1=2 mm, d = 2 mm are 15.5 dBi and nearly 27% respectively, at 42 GHz. Baffles and reflectors are used to increase antenna gain, thus reducing the coupling among the slots on the thick ground plane.  相似文献

微带贴片天线已广泛应用于雷达系统,文中介绍了一种新型背腔式单层微带贴片天线,辐射贴片采用微带线馈电,为增加工作带宽,提供了两种不同的贴片形状,第一种是E形贴片,仿真及测试结果表明,此种单元在驻波比优于2的条件下可实现45%的阻抗带宽,但该单元的波瓣带宽较窄。为抑制交叉极化,通过在E形贴片上开四个槽,得到了第二种改进的E形贴片。该单元可实现14%的频带内驻波比优于1.5,同时交叉极化优于-15dB。对C波段8×16单元实验小阵的测试结果表明,该天线在17.9%的频段内具有良好的交叉极化性能及较高的工作效率。  相似文献

提出了一种单对角线开缝的方形单元构成的透射型极化旋转超表面,并将其应用于宽带圆极化微带缝隙天线的设计中。采用等效电路法分析了超表面实现线-圆极化转换的工作机制,并对天线圆极化带宽的影响因素进行了参数扫描。仿真结果表明:加载超表面使线极化微带缝隙天线产生了圆极化辐射;同时,扩展了天线的阻抗带宽。天线相对阻抗带宽达到了33.2%,3 dB轴比带宽达到了19.5%,在阻抗带宽内天线增益均高于6.8 dBi,证实了新型超表面结构具有良好的极化旋转特性。  相似文献
