面向服务机器人的语音交互需求,研究了一种新型的多模态人性化语音交互系统。该系统采用了连续语音流的关键词检测技术、说话人识别技术、基于传声器阵列语音定位技术和对话管理技术,能进行和谐的人机语音交互。多模态人性化语音交互系统通过这些技术综合利用使系统能知道“谁”在什么“时候”什么“地点”发出什么“指令”。基于人性化语音交互系统,机器人根据语音知道特定服务对象的需求,提供特定服务。  相似文献

 服务参与者Agent之间使用异构的私有本体概念构造消息并进行交互,会由于消息语义的错误理解而影响服务发现的效率和结果的准确性.提出使用概念语义协商的方法改善服务Agent之间的理解能力;定义了服务Agent模型和本体概念解释元组,设计了服务Agent协商行为原语以及协商请求和响应协议;根据概念语义协商结果对私有本体进行更新并根据本体概念理解的相似度对参与服务的Agent进行划分,使功能相近且能互相理解的Agent处于相同的服务社区.实验表明,通过语义协商的服务Agent划分方法,能够有效提高同一服务社区服务Agent之间的概念理解程度,在协商概念数为2和8时,该方法较其他方法能够将概念理解错误率减少平均大约30%.  相似文献

We analyze voice quality and system performance in third-generation mobile communication systems. We argue that in these networks that are expected to integrate voice, data, and multimedia services, the transport network can no longer be considered as a lossless transparent traffic channel. Rather, proper dimensioning is needed even for plain voice services. Furthermore, the efficient utilization of the network resources shared by voice and data traffic requires sophisticated traffic management in the statistical multiplexing environment. The contribution of the paper is twofold: first, voice quality in the cellular transport network is analyzed and network dimensioning criteria are derived. Second, building on advances reported in the literature and taking into consideration current standardization activities, a joint performance model is established for the air interface (AI) and the transmission network (TN) allowing for the analysis of end-to-end service performance within a uniform framework. To demonstrate the applicability of this model, we point to some performance problems in the multiservice environment and suggest and evaluate traffic management actions to overcome these  相似文献

During the past decade, the opportunity has arisen to economically combine data and voice services onto a single system, the integrated services digital network (ISDN). Studies in CCITT have led to the production of a set of Recommendations covering aspects of the ISDN, including the customer terminal interface. Inevitably, there are significant differences between the customer terminal interfaces recommended for dedicated data networks and that proposed for the ISDN. To ensure a smooth transition towards the introduction of ISDN based services, the CCITT have published recommendations describing how existing terminal interface designs may be connected to an ISDN. 阐述了一种应用于网络检索的多Agent框架,该框架有3种Agent组成:管理Agent用于提取信息的语义和管理;接口Agent为用户和系统提供接口;搜索Agent用于在WWW上搜索信息。本工作的重点是使用XML技术在wwW上检索信息。在这个模型中,Agents间使用XMI。作为Agent通信语言,相互沟通执行检索任务。它们的知识,语义以及搜索结果都用XML格式来表示。用户不仅能更精确地从模型搜索结果的语义编码中获取信息,而且可以直接运用搜索结果,无需使用专用标签或专门的脚本来获得网页,从中提取内容。  相似文献

An experimental teleterminal, which is the physical synthesis of an intelligent computer terminal and a six-key telephone set, has been created. The function of its controlling software is to exploit this synthesis in a way that facilitates both voice and data communication. The teleterminai is programmed to support the full functionality of both telephone and terminal plus a fusion of their functions, which provides the means for enhanced telephone services and a more human-oriented interface to services on a host computer. It is compact enough to be used in place of a conventional telephone. This paper describes the user and host computer interface to the teleterminal, and the structure of its controlling software.  相似文献

Multimedia communications over WLAN is widely acknowledged as one of the key, emerging applications for wireless LANs. As with any multi-service network, there is the need to provision the WLANs with the QoS mechanisms capable of guaranteeing the requirements of various services. The upcoming IEEE 802.11e (EDCA) standard is a proposal defining the mechanisms for wireless LANs aiming to provide QoS support to time-sensitive applications such as voice and video communications. Due to the fact that the IEEE 802.11e interface cards will take over the WLAN market, replacing the use of legacy IEEE 802.11 interface cards in most WLAN applications, an important number of networking scenarios will consist of a hybrid configuration comprising legacy IEEE 802.11-based stations and IEEE 802.11e-based stations. For this reason, in this paper we carry out a performance analysis on the effectiveness of the IEEE 802.11e (EDCA) upcoming standard when supporting different services, such as, voice, video, best-effort, background and in the presence of traffic generated by legacy 802.11 (DCF) based stations.  相似文献

This article contributes to the evolution of public safety communication systems by specifying a novel solution for integrating WLAN and Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) networks. The specified solution allows TETRA terminals to interface to the TETRA Switching and Management Infrastructure (SwMI) over a broadband WLAN radio access network, instead of the conventional narrowband TETRA radio network. These terminals are fully interoperable with conventional TETRA terminals and can employ all TETRA services, including group calls, short data messaging, packet data, and so forth. In addition, however, such terminals can support a range of brand new capabilities enabled by the WLAN, such as broadband data services, true concurrent voice and data services, simultaneous reception of many group calls, reduced call setup and voice transmission delays, improved voice quality, and so forth. The specified solution is solely based on IP multicast and Voice-over-IP (VoIP) technologies and thus fits ideally to the all-IP architecture being introduced by the MESA project for the next generation of public safety and disaster relief communication systems.  相似文献

The integration of Internet services and telephony services is a new area for the development of telecommunications services. One example is an e-mail alerting service that uses the telephony network for e-mail notification. The EMA system is a computer telephony integration (CTI) application that checks a user's mailbox on the mail server and informs him/her over the phone when new e-mail arrives, eliminating the need for permanent Internet connection. The EMA system has a Web-based interface, enabling the user to configure service parameters. The EMA system is developed as a distributed and concurrent application. It consists of seven modules: the console, Web interface, Web handler, controller, voice machine, database, and mail checker, using communication solutions based on component object model (COM) technology. Terminals, including traditional cellular phones, have historically been optimized for a small number of services over a specific network. With the convergence of consumer electronics and Internet-based services, voice and video are now being offered on a variety of access networks, and many functions are being combined into single devices. In addition to new sophisticated audio/video coding and graphics capabilities, there is a growing demand for cheap and ubiquitous broadband wireless Internet access. This demand is driving the need for multiradio platforms that include new licensed and unlicensed air interface technologies, such as WLAN, UWB and Wimax. The proliferation of new applications and wireless standards has created the need for a dramatic change in the portable/mobile terminal architecture. This paper presents an overview of the evolution of mobile terminal architectures, from monolithic to flexible, modular, and capable of meeting the increasing demand for an ever larger number of features at the right cost and time to market.  相似文献

A human-machine interface has been created for an integrated services digital network (ISDN) network control unit (I-NUU). I-NUI is a sophisticated terminal device that allows a voice communication channel and two data channels to be connected through an ISDN I-series interface. ISDN communication functions and network control operations were analyzed to determine the required characteristics of I-NCU. I-NCU features the minimum number of control buttons and a liquid crystal display.
