Conventional retinal laser photocoagulation is presently performed by an ophthalmologist manually aiming a low-power laser beam at a desired site and firing a high-power laser for a preselected interval of time. To automate this process a retinal tracker must acquire a target, track small saccades, and identify loss of track during a large saccade. The authors successfully implemented a real-time algorithm that used a simple computer, video digitizing card, low light video camera, and fundus camera to perform rudimentary tracking on a photograph of a retina undergoing smooth circular motion. The algorithm tracked speeds up to 5 Hz, or 27°/s, which equated to the retina moving in a 525 μm diameter circle 相似文献

In this letter, a new method is proposed for unsupervised classification of terrain types and man-made objects using POLarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (POLSAR) data. This technique is a combination of the usage of polarimetric information of SAR images and the unsupervised classification method based on fuzzy set theory. Image quantization and image enhancement are used to preprocess the POLSAR data. Then the polarimetric information and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm are used to classify the preprocessed images. The advantages of this algorithm are the automated classification, its high classification accuracy, fast convergence and high stability. The effectiveness of this algorithm is demonstrated by experiments using SIR-C/X-SAR (Spaceborne Imaging Radar-C/X-band Synthetic Aperture Radar) data. 相似文献

In this paper, a method is proposed for detecting blood vessels in pathological retina images. In the proposed method, blood vessel-like objects are extracted using the Laplacian operator and noisy objects are pruned according to the centerlines, which are detected using the normalized gradient vector field. The method has been tested with all the pathological retina images in the publicly available STARE database. Experiment results show that the method can avoid detecting false vessels in pathological regions and can produce reliable results for healthy regions. 相似文献

针对多数视网膜血管提取算法实时性不强和分割 精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于可控图像分割的 快速视网膜血管提取算法。首先,对视网膜G分量图像的灰 度进行反转和自适应直方图均衡化,应用结 构元素为“菱形”和“圆盘形”的形态学“开”运算平滑图像背景和增强血管对比度,消除 视盘后阈值分割并二值 化得到不含视盘的分割图像。其次,根据在灰度图像中检测到的视盘构建掩膜,再次对 视网膜绿色分 量图像自适应直方图均衡化后进行阈值分割,并和掩膜进行逻辑“与”运算得到含有掩膜的 分割图像。最后, 将不含视盘的分割图像与含有掩膜的分割图像进行逻辑“与”运算,并融合边界信息获得最 终的视网膜血管 结构。实验结果表明,本文算法能有效提取视网膜眼底图像的血管网络,有较强的实时性和 较高的分割精度。 相似文献

Changes in retinal vessel diameter are an important sign of diseases such as hypertension, arteriosclerosis and diabetes mellitus. Obtaining precise measurements of vascular widths is a critical and demanding process in automated retinal image analysis as the typical vessel is only a few pixels wide. This paper presents an algorithm to measure the vessel diameter to subpixel accuracy. The diameter measurement is based on a two-dimensional difference of Gaussian model, which is optimized to fit a two-dimensional intensity vessel segment. The performance of the method is evaluated against Brinchmann-Hansen's half height, Gregson's rectangular profile and Zhou's Gaussian model. Results from 100 sample profiles show that the presented algorithm is over 30% more precise than the compared techniques and is accurate to a third of a pixel. 相似文献

基于自适应光学的激光共焦扫描检眼镜(AOSLO)能够利用自适应光学校正眼底像差,从而对活体视网膜实现高分辨率成像。但是由于波前探测误差、变形境自由度和行程等硬件上的限制,眼底像差不可能完全被校正,并且信号探测器光电倍增管(PMT)存在较大的噪声,因此可以用解卷积的方法进一步提高图像质量。本文改进了增量维纳滤波算法,将迭代步长减为原来的1/5,使迭代不会偏离初始值太远,而增量维纳滤波迭代初始值是由系统中的波前传感器得到相对准确的值。采用上述方法对AOSLO采集到的视网膜细胞层和血管层图像做解卷积,并复原了整个系统的点扩散函数(PSF)。由图像功率谱表明,增量维纳滤波算法能有效去除图像噪声,增加图像对比度。 相似文献

针对绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)图像和相衬图像两种源图像之间相似性较低、融合时通常面对高频灰度结构信息与低频彩色分子分布信息难以平衡的问题,提出一种色度、亮度、饱和度(HIS)框架下基于Contourlet变换的分层图像融合方法,对变换后逼近子图、最外层细节子图与其余细节子图分别采取不同的融合策略,以区域一致性测度(RCM)准则自适应调整两种图像之间的权重。对来自约翰英纳中心数据库的117组拟南芥细胞图像进行的实验表明,本文算法能够有效保留源图像中的细节信息,提高了融合图像的信息利用率和可视性,在视觉效果和融合评价指标上均较其他算法更为优越。 相似文献

The authors present a fuzzy approach to the analysis of airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images of urban environments. In particular, they want to show how to implement structure extraction algorithms based on fuzzy clustering unsupervised approaches. To this aim, the idea is to segment first the sensed data and recognize very basic urban classes (vegetation, roads, and built areas). Then, from these classes, we extract structures and infrastructures of interest. The initial clustering step is obtained by means of fuzzy logic concepts and the successive analyses are able to exploit the corresponding fuzzy partition. As a possible complete procedure for urban SAR images, they focus on the street tracking and extraction problem. Three road extraction algorithms available in literature (namely, the connectivity weighted Hough transform (CWHT), the rotation Hough transform, and the shortest path extraction) have been modified to be consistent with the previously computed fuzzy clustering results. 景象匹配是飞行器导航定位中广泛采用的一项技术,如何提高图像的匹配概率,始终是该项技术中一个值得研究的课题。针对传统的利用单幅实时图像进行匹配时,存在的实时景象图过小、匹配特征不足,从而导致匹配效率过低的问题。文中研究了一种基于归一化灰度相关序列图像匹配算法,利用飞行器飞越匹配区时所得到的序列实时图像,在序列中各单幅图像匹配的基础上,利用一定的规则来综合单幅图像的匹配结果,从而得到最终匹配结果。实验证明,文中方法不仅能显著提高匹配性能,而且有较大的实用性。 相似文献

针对雷达邻近多目标跟踪问题,提出了一种基于变分推断的联合概率数据关联算法(Joint Probability Data Association,JPDA)。通过建立关于目标状态和两个关联指示的概率图模型,并根据不同变量之间的信息传递构造对应的自由能目标函数,迭代该目标函数求解出目标和当前检测量测之间的最佳边缘关联概率。将所提算法与经典JPDA和k 近邻联合概率数据关联(k Nearest Neighbor-Joint Probability Data Association,kNN-JPDA) 算法进行对比,结果表明新算法具备更高的跟踪位置精度,并且能够有效地避免因邻近目标数量增多而引起的计算上的组合爆炸问题。 相似文献

为了解决传统目标跟踪算法在天空背景下面临高能激光反射时图像像素灰度分布发生剧烈变化, 从而导致目标遮挡或丢失的问题, 采用一种基于局部特征分块思想的相关跟踪算法, 根据局部特征对跟踪模板进行了分块处理, 计算并选取其中特征稳定度高的块模板, 在跟踪区域内对每个块做模板匹配, 并进行了理论分析和试验验证。结果表明, 该算法在强光干扰下能够有效地对目标实时稳定跟踪, 且图像处理延迟时间在2ms以内。该研究对基于高能激光发射下的超高精度跟踪系统工作性能的保证是有帮助的。 相似文献
