A novel metal–organic framework {[Cu(H2bptc)(cbpy)(H2O)]·(H2O)} n (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized through reaction of 1,1′-biphenyl-2,2′,3,3′-tetracarboxylic acid (H4bptc) with Cu(II) salt in the presence of ancillary nitrogen ligand 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (cbpy), and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, and IR spectrum. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c. Both right- and left-handed helices are detected in the structure. In the ab-plane, adjacent chains are homochiral and parallel to each other, which are connected together by hydrogen bonds to form a 2D supramolecular structure. The supramolecular layers with opposite chirality are arranged alternatively along the c-axis to form a 3D mesomeric supramolecular structure through π···π interactions. The thermal stability of the complex 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of metal ion type on the crystal structure and optical and thermal behaviors of coordination compounds, two homometal and one heterometal 2,2′-bipyridine complexes of Pb(II) and Cd(II) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, PXRD, FT-IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal structure analysis of heterometal coordination polymer, [Pb2Cd(2,2′-bipy)4(NO3)6]n, displays the attendance of a centrosymmetric 1D coordination polymer that crystallizes in the triclinic system with the space group of \({\text{p}}_{1}^{ - }\). Thermal behavior of prepared coordination compounds was examined under air atmosphere by thermogravimetric analysis. The study of optical properties of compounds showed that metal ion type of coordination compounds is influential on their photophysical properties. Moreover, heterometal coordination polymer was doped into a PVK:PBD blend in two different concentrations as a light emitting material in the fabrication of two organic light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

A new series of six-membered ring sulfonated polyimides with different combinations of two comonomers in the nonsulfonated diamine was prepared by one-step high-temperature polycondensation in m-cresol to improve the solubility of the resulting sulfonated polyimides. They are based on 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride, 4,4′-diaminostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid sulfonated diamine, and equimolar mixture of 3,5,3′,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) and 4,4′-oxydianiline, bis(4-aminophenyl)methane, or bis(4-(aminophenoxy)-4-phenyl)isopropylidene nonsulfonated diamines. The introduction of TMB comonomer in the nonsulfonated diamine resulted in a remarkable improvement in the solubility of the resulting polyimides in comparison with the corresponding single-monomer nonsulfonated diamine polyimides. Flexible, transparent, and tough membranes were prepared by solution casting method from the different polyimides. The membranes were characterized with FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, water uptake, and ion-exchange capacity measurements. They exhibit high thermal stability and good correlation between the ion-exchange capacity and water uptake values.  相似文献

Reaction of mononuclear Ln(fod)3 chelates (where fod is the anion of 6,6,7,7,8,8,8-heptafluoro-2,2-dimethyl-3,5-octanedione and Ln = Nd, Eu, Tb and Lu) with potentially bridging ligand 2,2′-bipyrimidine (bpm) in 2:1 mole ratio in ethanol afforded new dinuclear lanthanide complexes of the form [Ln(fod)3-(μ-bpm)-Ln(fod)3]. Neodymium complex is one of the rare bipyrimidine-bridged dinuclear complexes. The absorption spectrum of the neodymium complex displays characteristic hypersensitive as well as non-hypersensitive transitions. The excitation of Eu–Eu and Tb–Tb complexes at 355 nm produces an intense red and green luminescence, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Tetraalkyl-3-oxadiglycolamides show good prospects in nuclear reprocessing because of their complete incinerability. In addition, their degradation products interfere much less in the separation process when compared with organophosphorus extractants. An asymmetric extractant, N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-dioctyl-3-oxadiglycolamide, has been synthesized by a five-step process. The compound was applied to the extraction of selected lanthanides from nitric acid solutions using chloroform as diluent. Its extraction properties for lanthanides from nitrate media have been described. The distribution ratio of the selected metal ions has been studied as a function of aqueous HNO3 concentrations, diglycolamide concentration and temperature.  相似文献

Infections caused by multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria, particularly Gram-negative bacteria, are an escalating global health threat. Often clinicians are forced to administer the last-resort antibiotic colistin; however, colistin resistance is becoming increasingly prevalent, giving rise to the potential for a situation in which there are no treatment options for MDR Gram-negative infections. The development of adjuvants that circumvent bacterial resistance mechanisms is a promising orthogonal approach to the development of new antibiotics. We recently disclosed that the known IKK-β inhibitor IMD-0354 potently suppresses colistin resistance in several Gram-negative strains. In this study, we explore the structure–activity relationship (SAR) between the IMD-0354 scaffold and colistin resistance suppression, and identify several compounds with more potent activity than the parent against highly colistin-resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii and Klebsiella pneumoniae.  相似文献

Abstract

This work describes a unique synergistic enhancement of the extraction of trivalent actinides and lanthanides by extraction chromatographic resins containing tetra‐n‐octyldiglycolamide (TODGA) from hydrochloric acid containing anionic metal chlorides. The presence of mg/L quantities of trivalent Fe, Ga, In, Tl, or Bi in HCl leads to several orders of magnitude enhancement of the extraction of trivalent actinides and lanthanides. The synergistic effect persists, even when the amount of metal chloride exceeds the capacity of the resin. The application of this synergistic enhancement for the separation of actinium from stainless steel and the preconcentration of americium and plutonium from large soil samples will be described.  相似文献

Two Zn(II)-2,2′-biimidazole derivative supramolecular isomers 1 and 2 formulated as [Zn(L)] · 2H2O (H2L = 4,4′-(1H,1′H-2,2′-biimidazole-1,1′-diylbis(methylene))dibenzoic acid) have been synthesized, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 exhibits a 2D four-connected network with (43.63) topology when the zinc center and the L2? ligand act as four-connected nodes (or a distorted (4,4) grid if the [Zn2(imidazole)4] units are considered as four-connected nodes). Complex 2 shows a novel four-connected twofold interpenetrated net with (42.62.82) topology when the zinc center and the L2? ligand act as four-connected nodes (or a twofold interpenetrated α-Po topology when [Zn2(imidazole)4] units are identified as six-connected nodes). Moreover, complexes 1 and 2 both exhibit strong luminescent properties at room temperature.  相似文献

In the present paper, the effect of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complexation on the solubility and enzymatic hydrolysis of naringin was investigated. The inclusion complex of naringin/β-CD at the molar ratio of 1:1 was obtained by the dropping method and was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry. The solubility of naringin complexes in water at 37 ± 0.1 °C was 15 times greater than that of free naringin. Snailase-involved hydrolysis conditions were tested for the bioconversion of naringin into naringenin using the univariate experimental design. Naringin can be transformed into naringenin by snailase-involved hydrolysis. The optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis were determined as follows: pH 5.0, temperature 37 °C, ratio of snailase/substrate 0.8, substrate concentration 20 mg·mL−1, and reaction time 12 h. Under the optimum conditions, the transforming rate of naringenin from naringin for inclusion complexes and free naringin was 98.7% and 56.2% respectively, suggesting that β-CD complexation can improve the aqueous solubility and consequently the enzymatic hydrolysis rate of naringin.  相似文献

In this paper, a copolymer of carbazole (Cz) and 2,2′:5′,2″-terthiophene (TTh) was electropolymerized in 0.1 M sodium perchlorate (NaClO4)/acetonitrile (CH3CN) on glassy carbon electrode. The optimum conditions of resulting homopolymers of Cz, TTh and copolymer of Cz and TTh in the initial feed ratio of [Cz]0/[TTh]0 = 1/10 were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, Fourier-transform infrared-attenuated total reflectance, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Morphological analysis of copolymer shows that a micro-spherical and web-like morphology was formed for copolymer at different initial feed ratios of [Cz]0/[TTh]0 = 1/2, 1/5 and 1/10. The capacitive behavior of the modified electrodes was defined via Nyquist, Bode-magnitude, and Bode-phase plots. The highest low-frequency capacitance (C LF) was obtained as 4.11 mFcm?2 in the initial feed ratio of [Cz]0/[TTh]0 = 1/10. Double-layer capacitance (C dl) and phase angles (θ) were obtained for homopolymer and copolymer systems. The highest C dl was obtained as 2.01 mFcm?2 for the copolymer in the initial feed ratio of [Cz]0/[TTh]0 = 1/2. The highest phase angle of copolymer was obtained as θ = ~75° in the initial feed ratio of [Cz]0/[TTh]0 = 1/1. These capacitance results confirmed that films of copolymer Cz/TTh are promising materials for micro-capacitor applications.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of four novel triorganotin(IV) complexes, {(R3Sn)2[C2H4S(COO)2]} n (R = Me: 1), {(R3Sn)4[C2H4S(COO)2]2} n (R = nBu: 2), {(R3Sn)2[C4H8S(COO)2]} n (R = Me: 3; nBu: 4) were obtained by the reaction of 2,2′-thiodiglycolic acid, 3,3′-thiodipropionic acid and the corresponding R3SnCl (R = Me, nBu) with potassium hydroxide in methanol. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies, X-ray crystallography and thermogravimetric analyses. The crystal structures show that 1 has 2D network structure in which 2,2′-thiodiglycolic acid acts as a tetradentate ligand coordinating to the trimethyltin(IV) ions. Complexes 2, 3, and 4 are 3D metal-organic framework structures in which the deprotoned acids act as a tetradentate ligand afforded by four oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Electrochemical synthesis of coordination polymers of Cu(II), [Cu(TDA)]n and [Cu2(BTC)(H2O)6?6H2O]n in which H2TDA is 2,2′-thiodiacetic acid and BTC stands for 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate was carried out by the electrochemical oxidation of Cu anode in the presence of H2TDA (a flexible ligand), and 1,2,4,5-benzentetracarboxylic acid (H4BTC) (a rigid ligand) in aqueous solutions. The structure of coordination polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The crystal structure of the compounds consists of one-dimensional cubical crystal polymeric units of [Cu(TDA)]n and [Cu2(BTC)(H2O)6?6H2O]n. Furthermore, the coordination number of Cu (II) ions in synthesized coordination polymers to be found five. The main advantages of electrosynthesis are the minor synthesis time, the milder conditions and the facile synthesis of coordination polymer coatings.  相似文献

Two new aldehyde-decorated tpy and bpy-containing ruthenium(II) complexes, [Ru(1)(bpy)2][PF6]2 and [Ru(1)(tpy)Cl][PF6] in which 1 is 5,5′-bis(4-formylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine, have been prepared and fully characterized. Abstract

The extraction properties of the trivalent lanthanides (Ln(III)) with the bidentate N,N′‐dimethyl‐N,N′‐diphenyl‐malonamide (MA) and the tetradentate N,N′‐dimethyl‐N,N′‐diphenyl‐3,6‐dioxaoctanediamide (DOODA) were investigated. These diamides formed by coupling two amide groups with methylene and/or ether groups are bidentate for the MA and tetradentate for the DOODA. By adding a previous data regarding the tridentate N,N′‐dimethyl‐N,N′‐diphenyl‐diglycolamide (DGA), these extraction results enabled us systematically study an effect of number of oxygen donor on its extraction behavior of Ln(III). The change in the distribution ratios (Ds) of Lu(III) with an increase in the HNO3 concentration is greater than that of La(III) in both the MA and DOODA systems. Therefore, the relationship between the D and atomic number, i.e., the lanthanide pattern, changes with the HNO3 concentration: the Ds decrease with an increasing atomic number at lower HNO3 concentrations. The Ds of the lighter Ln(III) are similar to the Ds of the heavier Ln(III) at higher HNO3 concentrations. The number of the extractant in the extracted species for La(III) and Lu(III) obtained from slope analysis at 4 M HNO3 in the MA system are about 3, while those in the DOODA system are quite different, i.e., 2 for La(III) and 1.5–3 for Lu(III). The comparison of the extractability of Ln(III) by MA, DOODA, and DGA shows that the magnitude of the Ds is in the sequence of MA < DOODA ? DGA. This suggests the introduction of one ether oxygen atom to the principal chain in the diamides leads to a good extractability for the Ln(III) from HNO3 solution.  相似文献

Abstract

The N,N′-tetraalkylmalonamides are a class of compounds under development for transuranic (TRU) separations under high nitric acid conditions. There are several issues that challenge the further development of these ligands. One is the development of improved synthetic procedures that lend themselves to commercial scale-up. Another major issue is the third-phase formation that occurs when the N,N′-tetraalkylmalonamides are contacted with medium-to-high nitric acid concentrations in hydrocarbon solvents. To address the synthesis issue we have developed a new synthetic approach for preparing these materials. Third-phase formation can be eliminated by addition of diluent modifiers such as tributylphosphate (TBP). TBP is inappropriate if a nonphosphate-containing process stream is required. Amides have been proposed as alternatives for TBP in a variety of applications because of their ease of synthesis and the variety of substituents that can be generated. We have been able to develop an amide phase-modified system that extends the working process range of alkylmalonamides (0.5 M) in dodecane (unbranched hydrocarbon) from 3.5 M to 7.5 M nitric acid and in Isopar H (branched hydrocarbon) from 4.0 M to 10.0 M nitric acid using 1.0 M di-2-ethylhexylacetamide/0.5 M alkylmalonamide. The Kd values were comparable to extraction with alkylmalonamide in Isopar H or hydrogenated tetrapropylene (TPH) solvents. The overall extraction system was more robust than the phase-unmodified system allowing for greater temperature and acid concentration fluctuations without third-phase formation.  相似文献

The cure kinetics of a rigid-rod epoxy monomer, diglycidyl ether of 4,4′-bisphenol (DGEBP), and the curing agent with the similar rigid-rod group, 4,4′-diaminebiphenyl (DABP), was studied using an advanced isoconversional method (AICM). DGEBP/DABP curing system was carried out by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Three exothermic peaks were depicted by nonisothermal DSC studies: the first two peaks were attributed to the curing reaction, and the last peak was attributed to the decomposition of the cured epoxy resin. The LC phase transformation of the curing process was observed by PLM. Using AICM, the largest activation energy of the curing reaction of DGEBP/DABP system was obtained as 108 kJ/mol. It can also be learned that LC phase transformation of the curing process affects the reaction significantly.  相似文献

A series of new 5-aryl-2,2′-bipyridines and their (polyfluoro)salicylate complexes of Cu(II), Co(II) and Mn(II) were synthesized. Their antimicrobial activity was evaluated in vitro against six strains of Trichophytons, E. floccosum, M. canis, C. ablicans and Gram-negative bacteria N. gonorrhoeae. Among azo-ligands, Ph-bipy and Tol-bipy showed promising antifungal activity (minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)<0.8–27 μM). Their antifungal action was found can be realized via binding Fe(III) ions. Tol-bipy suppressed growth of Gram-positive bacteria S. aureus, S. aureus MRSA and their monospecies biofilms (MIC 6–16 μM). Using molecular docking, the anti-staphylococcal action mechanism based on the inhibition of S. aureus DNA gyrase GyrB was proposed for the lead compounds. Among metal complexes, Cu(II) and Mn(II) complexes based on tetrafluorosalicylic acid and Tol-bipy or Ph-bipy had the high antifungal activity (MIC<0.24–32 μM). Mn(SalF4−2H)2(Tol-bipy)2] suppressed the growth of seven Candida strains at MIC 12–24 μM. [Cu(Sal−2H)(Ph-bipy)] and [Cu(SalF3−2H)(Ph-bipy)2] showed the promising anti-gonorrhoeae activity (MIC 4.2–5.2 μM). (Cu(SalFn−2H)(Tol-bipy)2], [Cu(SalF4−2H)(Ph-bipy)2] and [Cu(SalF3−2H)(Ph-bipy)2]) were found active against the bacteria of S. aureus, S. aureus MRSA and their biofilms (MIC 2.4–41.4 μM). The most active compounds were tested for toxicity in vitro against human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) cells and in vivo experiments with CD-1 mice.  相似文献
