通过对电动轻便摩托车行驶过程中的车速、时间进行采集,以获得大量反映电动轻便摩托车实际道路行驶特征的数据,通过对数据进行分析筛选以确定合理的电动轻便摩托车续驶里程工况测试循环。在底盘测功机上进行了不同工况的续驶里程试验,表明GB/T 24157-2009标准中电动轻便摩托车续驶里程工况法测试循环与我国的道路情况及车辆实际运行情况并不相符。  相似文献

插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)因节能减排效果显著,且又不受续驶里程、充电时间的限制,成为汽车发展的潮流。从试验过程、试验工况、加权方法等方面分析对比了GB/T 19753-2013和GB/T 19753-XXXX(讨论稿)两种插电式混合动力汽车能耗试验方法,并用同一车辆分别进行测试,对比分析了续驶里程、综合的百公里电量消耗、燃料消耗的变化。总结了今后切换试验方法对PHEV能耗最终测试结果的影响,为PHEV能耗限值标准的修订提供了建议。  相似文献

增程式电动汽车(E-REV,extended-range electric vehicle),是指在纯电动汽车基础上,增加一个内燃发电机增程器(RE),给电池充电或直接驱动电机以增加续航里程,从而克服纯电动汽车续驶里程短的瓶颈的新型电动汽车.是介于传统混合动力汽车与纯电动汽车之间的车辆类型,在排放,噪音,系统复杂性等方面优于传统混合动力汽车,但又比纯电动汽车在续驶里程和成本方面更具优势,因此,E-REV更具大规模商业化应用推广价值.E-REV所携带的动力电池本身的续驶里程并不大,但它要求具备更高的效率,同时具备高能量密度与高功率密度,这势必给锂离子电池的发展带来新的挑战与机遇.本文简要介绍E-REV及其发展以及对我国新能源汽车发展的重要意义,在此基础上,重点对适合于E-REV的动力电池进行分析.  相似文献

针对燃料电池汽车在寒冷地区续驶里程低的问题,分析客车的采暖需求,以寒冷地区运营的大型高三级客车为例,计算有无暖风条件下的整车续航里程变化。计算结果显示,在寒冷地区运营的燃料电池客车,由于暖风能耗的影响,整车续驶里程下降约37%。综合考虑管理散热、热交换效率等因素,燃料电池公交车适合直接使用电热供暖,提升燃料电池的使用效率。  相似文献

This paper proposes a design and implementation of an assist-mode, hybrid electric motorcycle (H.E.M.). The proposed hybrid electric motorcycle is a revised vehicle from a 50 cc motorcycle and designed to match up with a 100 cc motorcycle. In order to expedite the developing phase and lower down the cost, a master–slave tracking control method is utilized. A dc servo-motor is deployed to track the speed of the rear wheel of the motorcycle and to provide more torque through power composite into the rear wheel so that the performance of hybrid electric motorcycle can be promoted. The advance of performance as well as the energy saving can both be expected. In road trip experiment, the H.E.M. prototype achieves an average gasoline mileage of 46 km l−1 compared to the original 34 km l−1. The overall efficiency is about 35% lift. Experimental results confirm the feasibility and prosperities of the proposed hybrid electric motorcycle.  相似文献

This paper presents a successful design and implement of a shunt-winding hybrid electric motorcycle management system which utilizes an electronic control unit (ECU) to integrate two major subsystems together, one being the traditional system of 125 c.c. internal combustion engine and the other an electric power motor. The hybrid electric motorcycle is assembled together robustly by these two major subsystems and eventually leads to successful road tests. The hybrid power system thus implemented can recharge its own batteries with electricity provided by the electrical recharge system and thus increasing the cruising mileages largely. The testing results obtained by using the proposed experimental platform indicate that lead-acid cells can boost their state of charge (SOC) by approximately 4% when it is operated under the hybrid mode for four driving cycles (about 1600 s) with the recharger on in a standard ECE-40 testing procedure. The results of road tests also clearly show that the pollutant emissions of the engine can be reduced at a lower speed or idling condition, and the problem of insufficient cruising range for electric motorcycles can also be greatly enhanced.  相似文献

Electric recreational vehicles represent a new challenge in terms of power supply systems compared to the current light-duty electric vehicles, which achieve high performance and long-range. The recreational vehicles need to heed the limited dimension requirements while assuring the high requested power. This paper proposes an integration of Lithium-Ion Capacitor (LIC) with Fuel Cell (FC) without any power electronic device for a three-wheel electric motorcycle. Unlike other hybrid power supply systems, the proposed FC-LIC passive configuration is lighter, compact, more efficient, and simpler to implement. Due to the different impedance of the components the system is self-management, in which FC supplies the average power component and LIC operates as a low-pass filter. In this respect, a simulator is built based on experimental tests to study the system performance in terms of hydrogen consumption and FC degradation. Subsequently, the system is tested under three standard motorcycle driving cycles at three different FC system lifespan stages. The obtained results demonstrate that a passive topology can supply the requested power along different FC stages of life and reported just an increment of 12% of hydrogen consumption at the oldest condition compared to the new condition.  相似文献

Electric energy is one of the primary energy sources consumpted in cotton textile processing. Current energy cost rate is reported about 8–10% in the total production cost of an ordinary textile product manufactured in Turkey. Significantly important share of this energy cost is electric energy. The aim of this paper was to investigate unit electric energy consumption of cotton textile processing stages using real-time measurements method. Actual and estimated Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) values for electric energy was calculated in the cotton textile processing stages of spinning, warping–sizing, weaving, wet processing and clothing manufacturing. Actual electric energy consumption data are gathered from monthly records of the involved plant managements. Estimated electric energy consumption data is gathered through on-site measurement. Actual and estimated electric energy consumption data and monthly production quantities of the corresponding months are used to facilitate specific electric energy consumption of the plants. It is found that actual electric energy consumption amount per unit textile product is higher than the estimated electric energy consumption amount per unit textile product of each involved textile processing stages.  相似文献

Electric motors are a major energy-consuming appliance in the industrial sector. According to a survey, electric motors account for more than 70% of the total growth from 1991 to 2004 in electricity consumption in this sector in Malaysia. To reduce electricity consumption, Malaysia should consider resetting the minimum energy efficiency standards for electric motors sometime in the coming year. The first step towards adopting energy efficiency standards is the creation of a procedure for testing and rating equipment. An energy test procedure is the technical foundation for all energy efficiency standards, energy labels and other related programs. The test conditions in the test procedure must represent the conditions of the country. This paper presents the process for the selection of an energy test procedure for electric motors in Malaysia based on the country's conditions and requirements. The adoption of test procedures for electric motors internationally by several countries is also discussed in this paper. Even though the paper only discusses the test procedure for electric motors in Malaysia, the methods can be directly applied in other countries without major modifications.  相似文献

在研究开发摩托车发动机电喷系统过程中,初步完成电喷系统设计后,需要进行台架实验,对摩托车发动机的运行工况进行控制并测试其各项运行参数。笔者设计了摩托车电喷系统,并将测控系统融于其中,方便了摩托车发动机台架实验,可以缩短开发周期和节约成本,系统运行良好和操作方便。  相似文献
