ABSTRACT: The study of an innovative fluoropolymer masking layer for silicon anodization is proposed. Due to its high chemical resistance to hydrofluoric acid even under anodic bias, this thin film deposited by plasma has allowed the formation of deep porous silicon regions patterned on the silicon wafer. Unlike most of other masks, fluoropolymer removal after electrochemical etching is rapid and does not alter the porous layer. Local porous regions were thus fabricated both in p+-type and low-doped n-type silicon substrates.  相似文献

Poly-1H,1H-pentadecafuorooctyl methacrylate is a barrier compound used to prevent silicone oil from creeping to relay contacts. It is essentially a methyl methacrylate polymer with a fluorocarbon side chain substituted for one of the methyl hydrogens. It is applied by dipping the part into a solution, with Freon TF as the solvent and the fluorocarbon polymer as the solute. This work considers the spatial distribution of the resulting film of barrier compound when it is deposited in this manner. The specific variables considered are concentration and withdrawal velocity. The samples were withdrawn from the solution with velocity perpendicular to the surface, and we show that the macrosopic uniformity and thickness of the film is dependent on this velocity. There exists a critical velocity (dependent on concentration) above which the film is nonuniform and below which the film is macroscopically uniform. Below the critical velocity, the thickness varies with velocity with approximately a v2/3 dependence. The critical velocity is about 13 mm/sec for a concentration of 0.2%. For macroscopically uniform films, a microscopic nonunitormity exists with a coverage of about 1/4 for an average film thickness of 90 Å.  相似文献

Fluoropolymers are continuously increasing their application fields in many industrial areas because of their unique properties, such as heat and chemical resistance, high purity, lubricity, dielectric properties etc. [Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, vol. 11, 3rd ed., Wiley, New York, 1980, p. 1]. This paper describes very promising results obtained thanks to the Ausimont proprietary technology of microemulsion polymerization in formulating bimodal and multimodal fluoropolymer dispersions with superior film forming behavior. Very carefully size-controlled nanoparticles, ranging from 10 to 60 nm, allow to obtain blend with 200–250 nm particles that not only do have highly improved film formation properties, but also show outstanding film characteristics with respect to conventional 200/110 nm bimodal PTFE latexes. Moreover, the high flexibility in selecting polymer characteristics such as molecular weight, particle shape, monomer composition and melting properties allows to have sintered films with a denser and tougher structure characterized by superior mechanical and barrier properties.  相似文献

A series of melt-processible fluoropolymer compounds including ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE), poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVF2), ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer (ECTFE), perfluoroalkoxy modified tetrafluoroethylene (PFA), and fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer (FEP) containing reinforcing glass fiber, milled glass fiber, carbon fiber, minerals, poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) lubricant powder, graphite powder and MoS2 were prepared and characterized. The mechanical, physical, thermal, and tribiological properties of these composites were compared and ranked for suitability in various applications. 含氟聚合物乳液属于低浓度、高分散的非均相体系,为提高其分离效果,采用间歇式泡沫分离法研究含氟聚合物乳液的分离工艺。探索了搅拌器类型对分离效果的影响,试验结果表明:剪切作用对颗粒聚团的形成起主要作用,在同样的搅拌速度下,选用涡轮式搅拌器可以明显提高收率和富集比;比较了不同的通气方式对分离效果的影响,发现通入压缩空气可以显著提高收率和富集比。在上述条件下,运用均匀设计的方法研究通气量、温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、物料质量分数和氯化钙用量对分离效果的影响,利用DPS(数据处理系统)软件进行数据处理,确定乳液分离的最佳工艺条件为:通气量0.42 L/min,温度90℃,搅拌速度1 600 r/min,搅拌时间1.0 min,物料质量分数0.08,氯化钙用量0.000 2 g/mL,在此优化条件下进行验证试验,结果表明收率可达99%以上。  相似文献

用含氟醇8.4g、丙烯酸1.5g对甲苯磺酸0.4g在N2气保护下于80-85℃进行酯化反应6-7h,制成含氟丙烯酸酯。含氟丙烯酸酯在复合乳化剂存在下分别进行均聚乳液聚合和共聚乳液聚合。再用制备的均聚、共聚乳液制成含氟聚合物乳胶漆,该漆除了具备一般丙烯酸酯漆的优点之外,还具有良好的防污、自洁、耐紫外线和耐候性,且对环境友好,是一种理想的外墙涂料。  相似文献

1H-1H-Pentadecafluorooctyl methacrylate, a fluoropolymer, is used as a barrier coating to control spreading of thin liquid films, notably silicone oil. Using infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, this work describes the thermal degradation of thin films of this fluoropolymer. The conclusions are that the degradation is a two-stage, thermal bond-breaking phenomenon which does not required an additional reactant such as oxygen or water vapor. 以苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)的无规共聚物(PSF)作为助稳定剂,进行St的细乳液聚合,考察了不同含氟量的PSF对转化率、聚合速率Rp、液滴粒径和成核粒子数的影响。结果表明,当含氟量由0增加到34.9%,转化率由67.5%增加到80.1%,Rp由0.75×10-2 mol · L-1·min-1提高到1.74×10-2 mol ·L-1·min-1;PSF的含氟量对细乳化后液滴粒径的影响较小,但对聚合过程中成核粒子数有较大影响。当含氟量由0增加到34.9%时,反应3 h后,体系成核粒子数由每升1.83×1016个增加到2.07×1016个,并初步分析了PSF可以单独作为助稳定剂的作用机理。  相似文献

Fluoropolymer processing additives are used by many polyolefin processors. Typical benefits include the reduction of die build-up and the elimination of shark-skin melt fracture. Improvements in this technology have led to the fluoropolymer alloy, the most efficient fluoropolymer additive available. This same fluoropolymer additive can be used to increase the output in a pelletizing extruder. The improved efficiency of the fluoropolymer alloy makes the improvement cost effective. This paper will show how this is being done. Results will be shown from polyethylene plants where these improvements have been demonstrated.  相似文献

Fluoropolymers have attained great importance as coating materials because of their excellent resistance to high temperature, chemicals and organic solvents. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to study the corrosion protection properties both on undamaged fluoropolymer coatings and on samples with an artificial defect. The experimental results were interpreted on the basis of a proposed equivalent electrical circuit which best fits the experimental impedance spectra. In this way we observed the high quality of the fluorinated coatings compared with that of the corresponding hydrogenated polymer used as a reference. The protective properties of the fluoropolymer coatings studied can be related to chemical (fluorine and chlorine functional groups) and physical (good order of the polymeric chains) characteristics of the resins.  相似文献
