Abstract In this article, the compatibilities between different components of a base asphalt and styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) have been analyzed from microscopic structures. Specifically, the asphalt was separated into three components: saturates, aromatics, and resins, by Solvent Recycled Absorption Chromatography Separation Technology (SRACST). The compatibilities between these different components and the polymer were compared with the help of Fluorescence Microscope (FM) with which the existing state of the polymer SBS in these different components could be examined obviously. The modified effects indicated that aromatics could cause SBS swollen and, resins dissolved SBS better than saturates, though both the two components could partially dissolve SBS and the two mixtures presented two immiscible phase systems. In order to further investigate the compatibility between aromatics and SBS, from macroscopic properties, an additive rich in aromatics was added to the SBS/asphalt mixture, and the result was satisfactory. 相似文献

以胜华100号沥青为原料,采用溶剂脱沥青工艺和溶剂再循环吸附色谱分离技术将沥青分成三组分;富饱和分(S),富芳香分(A),富胶质(R)。根据微观形态结构的不同,考虑聚合物SBS在不同组分中的存在形式,研究沥青组分与聚合物的相容性,结果发现:饱和分只起溶胀作用,对性质的改善没有什么作用,但不可缺少;真正改善性质的是芳香分和胶质,它们对SBS部分溶解,整个体系呈两相结构,改性沥青要达到最佳性能,其饱和 相似文献

The evaluation for the storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was made by adding selected inorganic stabilizers, which was reported in China and overseas. The experimental results showed that stabilizer A can improve the compatibility between base asphalt and SBS, the difference between bottom softening point and up softening point in the Isolate Test was about 0.2, which was much less than that of JTJ036-98 standard. So, the modification effect of stabilizer A on storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was the best. That is, in the period of storage and transportation, SBS and base asphalt did not isolate. Some defects were overcome during construction of an asphalt road surface. The adding stabilizer not only reduced the cost of production but also simply the procedure. 相似文献

在考察新型沥青再生剂对三种实验室模拟老化基质沥青再生效果的基础上,对比了不同再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果,最后对再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性进行了评价并在沈大高速公路铺设了500 m试验路段。结果表明,自制新型沥青再生剂对三种老化基质沥青均具有良好的再生效果,适宜添加量均为1O%;新型沥青再生剂对路面回收旧SBS改性沥青的再生效果优于所选的进口Golden-Bear和国产SZS型沥青再生剂;与国产SZS型再生剂相比,再生改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与水稳定性更佳,试验路段也表现出了更好的应用效果。 相似文献

利用常规软化点、低温延度、离析度试验,以殪动态流变实验方法,研究室温下γ射线辐照后的热塑性弹性体(SBS)对改性沥青性能的影响。SBS辐照后,改性沥青的软化点和低温延度明显提高,在辐照剂量40kGy时达到最高值。改性沥青的储存稳定性在辐照剂量20kGy时达到最佳。从动态流变实验的各个参数可以看出,辐照剂量低于30kGy时,辐照SBS改性沥青的性能都不低于未辐照SBS改性沥青;但当剂量超过30kGy时。改性沥青的动态力学性能有一定的下降。 相似文献

The results indicated that SBS and asphalt had different compatibility in the different SBS added amounts at different temperatures. Some compositions of the asphalt could enter an assembled polybutadiene segment. The effects of this phenomenon enhanced the Glass transition temperature. With high shear force effect, some compositions of the asphalt also could enter a polystyrene segment, which decreased the Glass transition temperature, but did not seriously disjoin the physical cross-linking point. When the mass fraction of SBS was 4%, SBS presented disperse spherical grain. However, when the mass fraction of SBS was over 8%, it formed a continuous phase. With the increasing mass fraction of SBS, the softening point and low temperature ductility would increase, and penetration and high temperature storage stability would decline. 相似文献
