A control strategy to regulate the frequency and voltage of a stand-alone wound rotor induction machine is presented. This strategy allows the machine to work as a generator in stand-alone systems (without grid connection) with variable rotor speed. A stator flux-oriented control is proposed using the rotor voltages as actuation variables. Two cascade control loops are used to regulate the stator flux and the rotor currents. A closed loop observer is designed to estimate the machine flux which is necessary to implement these control loops. The proposed control strategy is validated through simulations with satisfactory results. 相似文献

This paper has two primary contributions to switched reluctance motor (SRM) control: a systematic approach to smooth torque production and a high-performance technique for sensorless motion control. The systematic approach to smooth torque production is based on development of novel rotating spatial vectors methods that can be used to predict the torque produced in an arbitrary SRM. This analysis directly leads to explicit, insightful methods to provide smooth torque control of SRMs. The high-performance technique for sensorless motion control is based on a rotating vector method for high bandwidth, high resolution, position, and velocity estimation suitable for both precise torque and motion control. A state-space model of a power system, where the long transmission line is represented by the constants A, B, C and D of its equivalent π-network (shunt compensating reactors are also taken into consideration), with a divided winding rotor (d-w-r) synchronous generator is obtained with an all-measurable state vector. The damping of the system with conventional excitation and prime mover controllers acting alone and with (a) optimal controllers and (b) optimal controllers with a prescribed degree of stability is assessed from the eigenvalue placement of the resultant closed-loop systems. Both controllers (a) and (b) referred to above, synthesized for full-load operating conditions, were tested under different load conditions to ascertain the feasibility of obtaining a fixed controller to cover a wide range of operating conditions. 相似文献

Acoustic noise in the switched reluctance motor (SRM) is caused primarily by the deformation of the stator lamination stack. Acoustic noise is most severe when the periodic excitation of the SRM phases excites a natural vibration mode of the stack. The natural vibration modes and frequencies of a four-phase, 8/6 SRM are examined. Structural finite element analysis is used to compute the natural modes and frequencies. Impulse tests on the stator stack verify the calculations and show which modes are excited. Heuristic arguments are developed to predict the operating conditions that will excite the natural modes. Measurement of vibration while the machine is under load shows which operating conditions excite the natural modes and verifies the predictions. An approximate formula is derived to predict the frequency of the fundamental vibration mode in terms of lamination dimensions and material properties. The formula is validated by comparison with finite element calculations for several laminations, and hence is shown to be useful in design trade-off studies 相似文献

This paper presents a new optimal design of the magnetic circuit for a modular reluctance transverse flux motor (TFM) with an outer rotor. The design aims at maximizing the average electromagnetic torque and minimizing the ripple torque, with the two requirements appropriately weighted depending on a specific application of the motor. A precise numerical FEM model of the motor, developed in the Flux3D program, is coupled with a MATLAB-based evolutionary algorithm for constrained optimization of construction parameters of the magnetic circuit. The fundamental role of a type of an optimization criterion function is emphasized and a new effective criterion function is introduced. The performance of an optimal motor prototype constructed according to the optimum design fully confirms the usefulness of the presented approach. 相似文献

组合转子同步电机由轴向叠片各向异性(ALA)磁阻段和面贴式永磁(SPM)段组合而成,磁路各自独立.为研究组合转子电机在开环V/f控制方式下的稳定性,采用小信号分析方法,探讨无惯性阻尼器和附加机械惯性阻尼器的组合式转子电机SPM段占转子全长之比k与电机稳定性的关系.研究结果表明,无惯性阻尼器的组合式转子电机,k值增大,稳定频率范围扩宽不明显;附加惯性阻尼器,选择合适的惯量盘惯量,调节阻尼器的粘性阻尼系数能明显扩宽稳定频率范围,且k和惯量盘惯量越大,阻尼器的粘性阻尼系数调节范围越宽,电机的稳定性越好. 相似文献

In this paper, a low-order parametric force model to represent the electromagnetic force on an eccentric rotor of a salient-pole
synchronous machine was developed and verified. The force model with parameters estimated from the results of impulse method
showed excellent performance. The proposed model allowed quick and accurate calculation of the electromagnetic force at the
desired whirling frequency values and provided an opportunity to effectively combine the electromagnetic and mechanical analyses

实现矢量控制的基础是准确获得转速和转子磁链信息,本文提出了一种基于二阶滑模观测器的转子磁链观测方法。将构造的滑模观测器作为模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)的参考模型,将磁链的电流模型改造为该中间变量的可调模型,且其可调量为转速变量,进而构造出MRAS,实现对转速的观测。在此基础上,完成转子磁链的计算,并得到转子磁链角度,实现基于直接磁场定向的感应电机矢量控制。中间量的构造有效避免了传统MRAS中的纯积分问题,便于算法的实施;二阶滑模观测器有效地削弱了一阶滑模观测器存在的抖振扰动,并且参数具有较强的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明该转子磁链观测器具有较高的观测精度,且对外部扰动和转子电阻变化具有较强的鲁棒性,提高了系统的动稳态性能。 相似文献
