提出了一种基于多次性态模型的电动三轴运动仿真转台框架结构参数优化设计的研究方法。优化的目标函数为框架转动惯量,约束函数为框架的部分结构参数和最低固有频率。在优化分析过程中采用多次性态模型来代替原有限元软件进行重分析,在保证优化效果的前提下大大提高了优化效果。 相似文献

绿色高效是对现代制造业提出的迫切要求,制造服务的理念指明制造业转型升级的重要方向。以数控铣削加工为例,从一个层面研究了以面向服务为核心的绿色高效数控多次进给铣削加工参数优化问题,建立了满足高速铣削稳定性要求,以铣削过程利润与铣削碳排放量为目标的优化模型,应用自适应粒子群算法对模型寻优求解,并与数控切削参数数据库实现信息共享,通过铝合金高速铣削参数优化实例进行了模型验证,表明该寻优模型的泛化能力满足网络环境下复杂制造过程的服务增值需求。最后分析比较了不同优化变量对目标函数的影响趋势并定量计算了目标函数对优化变量的灵敏度值,为服务于企业的绿色高效铣削加工参数选择和工艺制定奠定了理论基础。 相似文献

本文基于人工神经网络代理模型对某大功率机车用轴流冷却风机叶轮进行优化设计。采用S-A湍流模型和求解三维雷诺平均N-S方程分析叶轮内部流动,以叶片中弧线进口角、出口角和叶片的安装角为设计变量,优化目标函数选择效率和静压升。设计点采用随机离散层取样方式,在几何参数的设计范围内生成样本并进行三维流动分析,以得到目标函数的模拟值;取不同自由参数可变范围,多次优化。优化设计结果与原始模型相比提高效率1.5%,静压升提高87Pa,其非设计点性能也均有所提高,满足设计需要。 相似文献

为解决航空发动机总装过程中不同工艺对设备资源的竞争问题,进行了面向资源冲突的Petri网建模,将离散模型转化为确定时间连续Petri网模型.提出采用路由函数化解设备资源冲突,并对给定路由函数下系统的周期性进行了分析.为求解全局资源利用率最大的调度策略,采用粒子群优化算法优化资源路由参数,并将最优路由参数以启发函数的形式还原到离散Petri网模型调度中.案例研究表明,调度算法实现了资源的全局最优化,大大缩短了航空发动机维修周期. 相似文献

竞选算法是一种具有并行能力的启发式优化算法,其搜索机制模拟竞选活动中对支持率的追求动机,将其应用于机床主轴的结构优化设计,并以一个实例分析了设计全过程。首先根据在满足各种约束条件下,使机床主轴刚度最好和材料最省的要求,建立了机床主轴结构优化设计的数学模型,应用竞选算法对问题进行了求解,得到了结构优化设计方案。结果表明,竞选算法在机械优化设计中具有实用性和可行性。 相似文献

In the field of supply chain management and logistics, using vehicles to deliver products from depots to customers is one of the major operations. Before using vehicles, optimizing the location of depots is necessary in a location-routing problem (LRP). Also, before transportation products, optimizing the routing of vehicles is required so as to provide a low-cost and efficient service for customers. In this paper, the mathematical modelling of LRP is developed according to the existing condition and constraint in the real world. Maximum travelling time constraint is added, and we apply fuzzy numbers to determine customer demands, travelling time and drop time. The objective is to open a subset of depots to assign customers to these depots and to design vehicle routes, in order to minimize both the cost of open depots and the total cost of the routes. The proposed problem is modelled as a fuzzy linear programming (FLP), by applying the fuzzy ranking function method; the proposed FLP is converted to an exact linear programming (LP). A Lingo solver is used to solve this LP model in very small size. LRP is an non-deterministic polynomial-time hard (NP-Hard) problem, and because of the limitation of Lingo solver in solving medium, and large-size numerical examples, a hybrid algorithm including simulated annealing and mutation operator is proposed to solve these numerical examples. Also, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to find a suitable initial solution which is used in hybrid algorithm. At the end, a different analysis of the applied algorithm and a proposed model are introduced. 相似文献

Magnetorheological (MR) pin joint is a novel device in which its joint moment resistance can be controlled in real-time by altering the applied magnetic field. The smart pin joint is intended to be used as a controllable connector between the columns and beams of a civil structure to instantaneously shift the structural natural frequencies in order to avoid resonance and therefore to reduce unwanted vibrations and hence prevent structural damage. As an intrinsically nonlinear device, modelling of this MR fluid based device is a challenging task and makes the design of a suitable control algorithm a cumbersome situation. Aimed at its application in civil structure, the main purpose of this paper is to test and characterise the hysteretic behaviour of MR pin joint. A test scheme is designed to obtain the dynamic performance of MR pin joint in the dominant earthquake frequency range. Some unique phenomena different from those of MR damper are observed through the experimental testing. A computationally-efficient model is proposed by introducing a hyperbolic element to accurately reproduce its dynamic behaviour and to further facilitate the design of a suitable control algorithm. Comprehensive investigations on the model accuracy and dependences of the proposed model on loading condition (frequency and amplitude) and input current level are reported in the last section of this paper. 相似文献
