用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备La0.7Sr0.3.MnO3(LSMO)靶材,用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)法在LaAlO3a(012)基片上沉积出厚度约为187 nm的LSMO薄膜,研究了真空退火对薄膜的输运和光诱导特性的影响.结果表明,薄膜的相变温度随着退火时间的增加而降低,薄膜的电阻率升高.在低温金属相光照使电阻率降低,在高温绝缘相光照则使电阻率升高.随着退火时间的增加,光电导(△p)先增大而后减小,在真空条件下退火40 min的薄膜光电导(△p)达到最大值为0.013 Ωcm.根据双交换作用解释了薄膜光电导的变化规律.  相似文献

Strontium doped perovskite-type Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 ceramics were synthesized completely by high-energy ball milling raw oxides of Nd2O3, SrCO3 and MnO2. The optimal ball milling time and mass ratio of milling balls to raw materials are 4 h and 10:1, respectively. The grain size of as-milled Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 ceramics ranges from 51 to 93 nm, and the fine particles contain two phases of crystalline phase and amorphous phase. 以Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si为衬底,制备了具有电阻转变特性的Ti/La0.7Ca0.3MnO3(LCMO)/Pt结构器件.X射线衍射分析表明LCMO薄膜呈纳米晶或非晶态,扫描电子显微镜及原子力显微镜分析表明LCMO薄膜表面平整、光滑致密.电学测试结果表明Ti/LCMO/Pt结构具有明显的双极型"负"电阻转变特性,低电阻态的导电过程为空间电荷限制电流机制,高电阻态的导电过程为Poole-Frenkel发射机制.利用氧化还原反应的随机性和TiOx中间层空间分布的不均匀性,定性地解释了高电阻态的不稳定性以及电流-电压曲线上的电流突变现象.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上制备出多晶La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO)薄膜,对其电脉冲致非挥发可逆电阻开关特性进行研究.结果表明,Ag/LSMO/Pt结构具有明显的室温电脉冲诱发电阻开关特性,且在宽电压脉冲作用下表现出较低的开关电压和较快的变阻饱和速度.由此可见,总脉冲能量或电荷(电流作用)为该结构的电阻开关效应提供驱动力.对Ag/LsMO/Pt结构进行了耐久性测试,表明该结构具有良好的疲劳特性与保持特性,可应用于新型不挥发存储器、传感器及可变电阻等电子元器件的研制  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶工艺 ,合成出纳米晶La0 .7Sr0 .3FeO3薄膜 ,薄膜为钙钛矿结构 ,平均粒径在 4 0nm左右。利用该薄膜采用平面工艺制作出微米尺寸、室温工作的La0 .7Sr0 .3FeO3纳米薄膜栅OSFET式气敏元件 ,并对其气敏性能进行了测试 ,发现器件的漏电流在乙醇气体中增大 ,在氮氧化物中降低。  相似文献

在玻碳电极上修饰一层表面均匀的聚吡咯膜,然后利用钙钛矿和壳聚糖的复合膜来固定牛血红蛋白(Hb),制备出性能良好的过氧化氢生物传感器.采用循环伏安(CV)和扫描电镜对修饰电极进行了表征.该传感器对H2O2具有好的催化响应,且响应快.在优化的实验条件下,所制备的传感器对H2O2的线性范围为7.0×10-6~1.5×10-3mol/L,检测限为9.0×10-8mol/L.  相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM) have been used to study the microstructural properties of La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 films on (001) LaAlO3 substrates prepared by direct current magnetron sputtering technique.The as-grown thin films with different thickness are perfectly coherent with the substrates.The film suffers a tetragonal deformation in the area near the interface between the film and the substrate.With increasing thickness, the film is partially relaxed.It was found that La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 films consist of two types of oriented domains described as: (1) (110)f[001]f||(001)s[100]sand (110)f[001]f||(001)s[100]s and (2) (110)f[001]f||(001)s[010]s and (110)f[001]f//(001)s[010]s.Upon annealing, the film is relaxed by the formation of misfit dislocations.Other than misfit dislocations, two types of threading dislocations with Burgers vector of <100> and <110> were also identified.  相似文献

用固相反应法制备了Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO_3及其含Pb钛酸锶钡(BPST)陶瓷,运用修正的Smolenski的成分起伏理论和居里外斯定律,结合介电常数温度谱,研究了钙钛矿结构的BST及铅取代的钛酸锶铅钡(BPST)的弥散相,对其相变行为进行了分析,得出了的一些铁电模型参数.结果表明,该系列样品在弥散相变区的弥散指数α为1.29~1.88,相变区间为13.4~22.8℃;在顺电相其居里常量为1.25×10~5~1.47×10~5K数量级.当Pb含量为0.1(即Ba_(0.6)Pb_(0.1)TiO_3)时,居里峰较宽,弥散相明显,故具有较高的调谐温度稳定性.另外铅的加入提高了铁电体的相变温度,从44℃上升到175℃.  相似文献

在高压条件下制备出了晶粒尺寸为30nm左右的La0.8Sr0.2MnO3块状材料.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对高压样品的相组成、晶粒尺寸及微观形貌进行了表征;利用显微拉曼光谱仪测量了不同压力下制备出的块状样品在激光功率为400mW时位于100~3000cm-1之内的拉曼光谱.结果表明,高压烧结时样品的晶粒演化受温度和压力的共同影响:300℃以下时,1~3GPa烧结的样品晶粒生长速度随压力的升高而增大,4~5GPa烧结的样品其晶粒生长速度随压力的升高而减小;300℃以上时,其晶粒生长速度随压力和温度的升高而不断增大.测量了高压烧结后纳米La0.8Sr0.2MnO3块状材料的各种物理性能,结果表明,高压烧结后该材料的显微硬度显著提高;当烧结温度为300℃时,不同压力下制得的样品的电阻率随压力的升高呈先减小后增大的趋势;5GPa,300℃时制出的样品在室温下呈典型的铁磁性能.  相似文献

采用甘氨酸一硝酸盐燃烧法成功的制备了La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3钙钛矿型复合氧化物,并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、XRD现代分析手段对其进行了分析,结果表明La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体复合氧化物呈球形,粒径为19.1nm。利用溶胶-凝胶法在壳聚糖溶液中制备壳聚糖/La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3薄膜,并通过以上分析手段,对膜的表面形貌、成分变化、La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3的形态、粒子尺寸等进行分析,研究其成膜前后的变化。结果表明壳聚糖与La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3之间存在较强的氢键相互作用,这种分子问的相互作用扰乱了壳聚糖原有的晶体结构,在壳聚糖与La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3复合过程中产生了新的分子排列,从而使两组分之间形成了良好的分散与相容。  相似文献

用甘氨酸一硝酸盐燃烧法制备掺杂的钙钛矿型La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体复合氧化物;以苯胺、过硫酸铵为原料,盐酸为溶荆,采用原位聚合法合成粒径为18.1nm的La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-聚苯胺纳米复合材料.用IR、XRD、SEM和电化学测试对复合材料进行表征.结果表明;La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体阻碍了聚苯胺结晶,复合材料中PANI和La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3存在相互作用,高分子基体在一定程度上减少了纳米颗粒的团聚.循环伏安表明,在KOH溶液中,复合材料有更好的电化学活性.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La、Ce、Zn掺杂锶铁氧体Sr0.7La0.15Ce0.15Fe11.7Zn0.3O19纳米粉晶,再通过原位聚合反应法制备了掺杂锶铁氧体/聚苯胺(PAn)复合材料.用XRD、SEM、FTIR对样品进行表征,用微波网络分析仪测量了样品在2~12.4GHz频率范围的微波反射率(R).研究结果表明,聚苯胺包覆于掺杂锶铁氧体粒子表面,Sr0.7La0.15Ce0.15Fe11.7Zn0.3O19/PAn微波吸收性能优良,具有磁损耗和电损耗协同作用.复合样品厚度为3mm时,10GHz频率位置吸收峰值为-28dB,10>dB吸收带宽为4.7GHz.从R随频率变化的曲线趋势看,最佳匹配厚度为2.6mm,吸收峰值接近-40dB,峰值频率高于12.4GHz,>10dB吸收带宽预计达到5.5GHz.  相似文献

A facile, reliable, reproducible and ultra-high sensitive aqueous ammonia chemical sensor has been fabricated based on the utilization of La(0.7)Sr(0.3)MnO3 nanoparticles (LSMO NPs), as efficient electron mediators, and reported in this paper. The LSMO NPs were prepared by hydrothermal protocol followed by the annealing process and characterized in detail in terms of their mophological, structural and compositional properties. The I-V technique based aqueous ammonia sensor exhibits an ultra-high sensitivity of 494.68 +/- 0.01 microA cm(-2)mM(-1) and very low-detection limit of 0.2 microM with a response time less than 10 s. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report in which LSMO is used as an efficient electron mediator for the fabrication of aqueous ammonia chemical sensor. Moreover, by comparing the literature, it is confirmed that the fabricated sensor exhibits highest sensitivity towards the detection of aqueous ammonia. This LSMO nanomaterial based research broadens the range of efficient electron mediators utilized for the fabrication of ultra-high sensitive chemical sensors.  相似文献

The manganite La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO) thin films were grown on glass substrates in a mixed argon and oxygen atmosphere by using RF magnetron sputtering.The structural characteristics,transport behaviors and magnetic properties of LSMO films were studied by annealing the films in air at 550 and 620 ℃.The out-of-plane lattice parameter a LSMO contracted after annealing and was close to that of bulk LSMO abulk,indicating that the internal strain was fully relaxed.Nanocrystalline grains were observed in the annealed films.Enhanced saturation magnetization and metal-to-insulator transition temperature(TMI=268 K) were also obtained.Curie temperatures(Tc) of the as-grown films was 340 K with the same as that of annealed at 550 ℃,but dropped to 315 K when the annealing temperature increased to 620 ℃,which can be attributed to the oxygen release during annealing in atmosphere.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射方法在Al2O3陶瓷基片上溅射生长Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3(BST)薄膜,使用光刻工艺制作平板结构的BST薄膜可变电容。研究了溅射条件对BST薄膜可调介电性能和介电损耗的影响。结果表明,在溅射气压为4Pa、O2∶Ar比为30∶70、基片温度800℃下制备的BST薄膜具有较高的介电调谐率(约52%)和较低的损耗(约0.8%),BST薄膜可变电容的品质因素随频率升高而降低,在1~100MHz频率范围内品质因素从125下降为42。  相似文献
