Based on the metallogenetic geology conditions, the H, O, C and S isotopic compositions were measured by MAT-251 mass spectrometer, and Pb isotope and Rb-Sr dating were carried with MAT-261 multi-acceptor mass spectrometer. The results show that the δ18O values of gold-bearing vein quartz from different levels are 1.19%-1.42%. The calculated δ18O values of ore fluids are 0.55%-0.78%, and δD values are from –8.64% to –6.66%. The calculated values of δ 34 SH2Sby the δ34Spy values in quartz veins display sulfur isotope compositions from -0.053% to 0.413%. Carbon isotope compositions of carbonates are from -0.612% to 0.140%. The mole ratios of 206Pb to 204Pb, 207Pb to 204Pb and 208Pb to 204Pb in auriferous quartz vein are 16.987-17.545, 15.342-15.623, and 38.254-38.744, respectively. The age of the Zhuanghe gold deposit determined by Rb-Sr isochron of the fluid inclusions in quartzes is (143.0±5.8) Ma. These isotopic data suggest that the metallogenetic fluids are generated from magmatic hydrotherm and the origin of ore-forming matters is related to the deep-derived magmatic activities. Meanwhile, the metallogenetic epoch of the Zhuanghe gold deposit is in Yanshanian period.  相似文献

Geochemical characteristics of trace and minor elements in some strata of geosynclinal tectonic layer, platform tectonic layer, in granite of Diwa stage, altered rocks and wolframite in the Xiangdong Tungsten Mine are systematically studied. Enrichment of W, Sn and Cu in geosynclinal tectonic layer could be one part of mineralization. The paper focuses on geological and geochemical evidence of thermal brine genesis of Pb-Zn deposits in Wuqia district, Xinjiang. The results suggest that the known Pb-Zn deposits, such as Wulagen, are thermal brine genesis, which is supported by the features of tectonic setting, magma and regional metamorphism, and the characteristics of trace element distribution in strata and redistribution in the ore-forming process, the REE patterns and their main parameters of main type ores, the composition features and the source indicators of Pb, S isotopes. Ore-forming conditions of superlarge Pb-Zn deposits studies show that there exists tectonic and sources setting of Jinding-type superlarge Pb-Zn deposits in this area. Five Pb-Zn ore belts and central uplift belts discovered lately have not only confirmed that the genesis of Wulagen Pb-Zn deposits is thermal genesis, but also further proved that there exists tectonic and source setting of Jinding-type superlarge Pb-Zn deposit in the study area. Mineral deposit model was described and prospecting potentiality of superlarge Pb-Zn deposit and their significance were discussed.  相似文献

Longtoushan Sn-polymetal deposit is a large-scale deposit of high-tenor. The ore-bodies occur in reef limestone of middle Devonian. There is much anthraxolite in reef limestone and ore-bodies. The anthraxolite is the postmature result of oil-gas’ thermal metamorphism. The close relationship of anthraxolite and Sn-polymetal deposit reveals the space-time relation between oil-gas evolution and Sn-polymetal mineralization. Sulfur isotope of Longtoushan deposit is close to oil’s sulfur in Devonian, which indicates obvious relationship between the sulfur’s source of deposit and oil-gas’ activity. The forming of Longtoushan deposit relates to exhalative-sedimentary mineralization in Devonian. Because of the favorable hydrocarbon-forming condition of Longtoushan reef and surrounding basin facies’ black shale and peat, coupling of ore-formation and hydrocarbon-forming occurs in seabed’s hydrothermal convection. The distributing of ore-forming elements indicates the presence of hydrothermal convection system. The thermal fluid containing organic matters conduces to Sn-polymetal elements’ activation and transfer, and provides catalyzing condition to the transforming from SO 4 2− to S2−. The erosion action of brine containing organic acid to reef limestone induces the growing of crannies and karst’s caverns, which provides advantageous space to Sn-polymetal mineralization. The heat source of mineralization provides thermocatalysis condition to hydrocarbon-forming. When the circulatory fluid containing oil-gas enters the high-temperature region(>150°C), the oil-gas is decomposed and anthraxolite comes into being. In order to establish a model between the grain size and the process parameters, the hot deformation behaviors of Ti-49.5Al alloy was investigated by isothermal compressive tests at temperatures ranging from 800 to 1 100 ℃ with strain rates of 10^-3-10^-1 s^-1. Within this range, the deformation behavior obeys the power law relationship, which can be described using the kinetic rate equation. The stress exponent, n, has a value of about 5.0, and the apparent activation energy is about 320 J/mol, which fits well with the value estimated in previous investigations. The results show that, the dependence of flow stress on the recrystallized grain size can be expressed by the equation: σ = K1 drex^-0.56. The relationship between the deformed microstructure and the process control parameter can be expressed by the formula: lgdrex= -0.281 1gZ 3.908 1.  相似文献

Jingshan superlarge gold deposit is a typical deposit closely related to the ductile shear zone, developing the economic enrichment during the transition form the ductile deformation to the brittle deformation. The ore-forming process of Jingshan Au deposit can be described as the development of marine volcanic-turbidity current Au-bearing initial sedimentation → regional metamorphism and the first enrichment → strong transformation of dynamic metamorphism and deformation→ore-controlling and ore-holding of ductile shear structure→supperimposed transformation and enrichment of magma-hydrothermal solution. This process can be summarized as the “source-migration-accumulation” metallogenic-geochemical process of Au. The proved Au reserve of this deposit has exceeded 100 t and its prospect of searching for ore is considerable. So it is called the only super-large gold deposit in the south of the lower reach of the Yangtze River, China. The strain Lv(1- z) isolated from the Henan bauxite was characterized by morphological observation, biochemical and physiological identification, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The influences of temperature, initial pH value, the volume of medium, shaking speed and illite concentration on the desilicating ability of the strain Lv(1- z) were investigated. The results show that the bacterium is a Gram-negative rod-shaped bacterium with oval endspores and thick capsule, but without flagellum. The biochemical and physiological tests indicate that the strain Lv(1- z) is similar to Bacillus rnucilaginosus. In GenBank the 16S rDNA sequence similarity of the strain Lv(1- z) and the B. rnucilaginosus YNUCC0001(AY571332) is more than 99%. Based on the above results, the strain Lv(1- z) is identified as B. rnucilaginosus. The optimum conditions for the strain L(1- z) to remove silicon from illite are as follows., temperature is 30℃ ;initial pH value is 7.5; medium volume in 200 mL bottle is 60 mL; shaking speed of rotary shaker is 220 r/m ; illite concentration is 1%.  相似文献

A heterotrophic acidothermophilic bacterial strain, YNTC-1, was isolated from an acidic hot spring in Tengchong, Yunan, China. YNTC-1 grows at pH value of 1.5-8.0 and temperature of 40-70 ℃, with optimal pH and temperature at 3.0 and 55 ℃, respectively. The cells of the strain are in shape of short rod, with 1.0-1.2 μm in length and 0.7-0.8 μm in diameter, and with distinct spores at both poles of each cell. The predominant fatty acids in cellular membrane of the strain are C18:1 ω7c. 16s rRNA gene analysis reveals that this strain is closely related to Alicyclobacillus sendaiensis, with over 99% sequence similarity. Based on phenotypic and genotypic analyses, YNTC-1 is identified as a member ofA. sendaiensis. Considering some important morphological and biochemical differences between strain YNTC-1 and A. sendaiensis ATCC 27009T, YNTC-1 may be proposed to be a novel subspecies of A. sendaiensis. However, this viewpoint has to be confirmed by further studies. Co-bioleaching of pyrite and chalcopyrite with strain YN22, Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans, shows that strain YNTC-1 has no evident influence on bioleaching rates of these two sulphide minerals.  相似文献

Laminar natural convection in an enclosure divided by an adiabatic partition on its bottom with two unequal discrete heat sources was investigated numerically. The effect of the partition on the flow structure and heat transfer characteristics in enclosure under asymmetric heating condition was studied. The parameters are the Rayleigh number (1×104Ra≤1×106) and the height of partition (0≤h/H≤0.70). The streamlines are produced for various Rayleigh numbers. The results reflected by variations of the average Nusselt number in terms of the height of partition illustrates the convection heat transfer in the enclosure. The role of the partition is to weaken or cut off the heat removal rate from the strong heat source to the weak heat source. It is analyzed that the optimum height of the partition to break the linkage between the strong and weak heat source increases with increasing Rayleigh number. Objective Study on the effect of NF-κB in ox-LDL injured HUVEC-304 and the intervention with the serum of Tongmai Decoction. Methods Tongmai Decoction herbage-contained serum was made by the serum pharmacology methods, then the HUVEC-304 cells were divided into 5 groups and incubated for 24 h: 1) normal group; 2) fetal calf serum group; 3) ox-LDL group; 4) simvastatin group; 5) Tongmai Decoction group. RT-PCR was used to determine the mRNA of NF-κB in the cells, Western Blot Assay was used to determine the protein content of NF-κB in the cells. Results 1) Compared with the cells in normal group and serum control group, the endothelial cells in ox-LDL group are seriously injured, while those in Tongmai Decoction group grow better; 2) Compared with the cells in normal group and fetal calf serum group, the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein are up-regulated in ox-LDL group(P<0.05, P<0.01); 3) Compared with the cells in ox-LDL group, the expression of NF-κB gene and protein in Tongmai Decoction group are significantly down-regulated, there is no difference between Tongmai Decoction group and simvastatin group(PP>0.05). Conclusion Tongmai Decoction can protect the injured endothelial cells, up-regulate the expressions of NF-κB gene and protein content. A simple semi-empirical analysis method for predicting the group effect of pile group under dragload embedded in clay was described assuming an effective influence area around various locations of pile group. Various pile and soil parameters such as the array of pile group, spacing of the piles (S), embedment length to diameter ratio of piles (L/D) and the soil properties such as density (γ), angle of internal friction (φ) and pile-soil interface friction coefficient (μ) were considered in the analysis. Model test for dragload of pile group on viscosity soil layer under surface load consolidation conditions was studied. The variations of dragload of pile, resistance of pile tip and the layered settlement of soil with consolidation time were measured. In order to perform comparative analysis, single pile was tested in the same conditions. The predicted group effect values of pile group under dragload were then compared with model test results carried out as a part of the present investigation and also with the values reported in literatures. The predicted values were found to be in good agreement with the measured values, validating the developed analysis method. The model test results show that negative skin friction of pile shaft will reach 80%–90% of its maximum value, when pile-soil relative displacement reaches 2 mm. 3β-acetoxy-17, 17-ethylendioxy-15β, 16β-methylene-5-androsten-7β-ol(I) was prepared by 3 steps from 3β-acetoxy-15β, 16β-methylene-5-androsten-17-one (II) with overall yield of 52.7%. Thus, interaction of ethylene glycol and material (II) gave 3β-acetoxy- 17, 17-ethylendioxy-15β, 16β-methylene-5-androsten (III) which was subsequently oxidated and stereoselectively reduced to produce compound(I). The normal influencing factors, such as the types of oxidants and reductives, the mole ratio of reactants, the reaction temperature, and the addition ways of reactants, in oxidation and reduction were discussed. The results show that the oxidation rate order is CrO3-C5H5N (1:1, mole fraction)>CrO3-C5H5N(1:2)>(C5H5NH)2Cr2O7 in terms of the oxidant, the yield of the oxidation becomes higher with increasing the oxidant stoichiometry and raising the reaction temperature. And the optimum condition is that the reaction temperature is at 30 °C, and n(III)/n(CrO3-C5H5N(1:2))=1:20. The yield of the −7β alcohol order with Li[Al(OC(CH3)3)3H] (e. g. 78.6%) is more than that with NaBH4 (e. g. 14.5%) in terms of the reductive agent and the reduction rate decreases in the course of reaction. Through the analysis of the present situation of the rheology of suspension disperse systems, the classical Einstein‘s viscosity law was developed into the generalized Einstein‘s viscosity law which can be further developed into universalized form, called the universalized Einstein‘s viscosity law by introducing modification function f(φ). Some rational forms of the function f(φ) were discussed according to functional approximation method, and were consequently developed into a few suspension disperse system rheological equations suitable for high particle concentration. These equations all keep good consistence with the models acquired in experiments or other mathematical physics analysis.  相似文献
