切实满足用户需求是住宅产业化发展的根本。深入不同收入群体中,有针对性地探索住宅产业化背景下用户对住宅结构-功能的需求变化,则是优化住宅的功能资源配置以及最大化不同收入用户群体对住宅产品满意度的关键。采用 Kano模型与问卷对住宅产业化背景下用户需求进行识别与分类,依据需求满意度的相关指标,提出不同收入用户群体中需求变化的分析模型,结合调研数据分析得到不同收入群体对住宅产品需求的满意度变化结果。研究发现,无论住宅产业化背景下用户需求的 Kano 类别是否对收入变化敏感,需求的满意度总是对收入变化具有敏感性,并且满意度会随收入变化呈现出波动性增长的趋势。研究结果对于未来市场细分环境下住宅产品的研发以及推动我国住宅产业化的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。 相似文献

This paper presents suggested research needs associated with on-line pipeline replacement techniques, such as pipe bursting and pipe splitting. These research needs were compiled prior to, and then debated at, a workshop involving both academia and industry. The aim of the workshop was to assess whether the suggested needs were accurately stated, whether there were additions to make, and most importantly to attach a priority to the research needs. This was achieved by a process of debates and subsequent voting. The areas considered to be most important for research are highlighted in paper. It is concluded that although there has been extensive research into some of the more common types of on-line replacement techniques, for example pipe bursting, there is still a need for further research. The priority research identified from the workshop are in the areas of decision making tools, improved information on safe distances to adjacent utilities and techniques for minimising open excavation when disconnecting and reconnecting laterals. 相似文献

In this paper, the authors draw out some of the issues involved in housing needs assessment with minority ethnic communities. In particular, they look at three aspects of ‘injustices of engagement’: (1) in the communities that are recognised; (2) who within these communities is included in needs assessments; and (3) how they are included. In the latter category they challenge the extent of community involvement in needs assessments generally and specifically in relation to the Western baselines of definitions of need. It is argued that unless issues of language are addressed the baseline will continue to be the researcher's Western value system and the needs will defined by them. 相似文献

This paper presents a considered view of research needs associated with new pipeline construction using trenchless techniques, such as pipe jacking, microtunnelling and horizontal directional drilling. These research needs were compiled by core members of NETTWORK prior to, and then debated at, a UK workshop involving those with specific interests in the topic from academia, industry and other stakeholders. The aims of the workshop were to assess whether the suggested needs were accurately stated, to determine whether there were any omissions and to attach a priority to the research needs. This was achieved by a process of debates and subsequent voting. For convenience, the issues have been categorised under the topic headings of generic issues, machine–ground interaction, pipes and joints, and associated works. In each case the important research studies that have been carried out, or were known to be in progress, have been highlighted so that research needs could be assessed in this context and references have been made to the most important documents arising out of the studies.
The areas considered to be most important for research were: whole life costing of trenching and trenchless technology operations; issues associated with connections and laterals; mapping of underground infrastructure; multi-utility tunnels; drilling fluid reuse and disposal; improved modelling of ground movements; development of ‘see ahead’ technology; and the development of economic (remotely interrogated) sensors for pipes and joints.
