ICP—MS测定高纯氧化铒中14个稀土杂质

研究了用电感耦合等离子质谱法（ＩＣＰ—ＭＳ）测定高纯氧化铒中１４个稀土杂质的方法。本文比较了５种内标元素，研究了产生氢化铒时，氢化铒的量与铒丰度之间的关系，从而有效地扣除了ＥｒＨ（１６９）对Ｔｍ（１６９）的干扰。确定了在正常分辨率下，以Ｃｓ作内标，标准曲线校正，扣除ＥｒＨ（１６９）后，测定氧化铒中１４个稀土杂质的方法。对于５ＮＥｒ２Ｏ３，ＲＳＤ＜１５％，回收范围７０～１５０％，与标准加入法校正结果吻合。     

ICP—AES法测定高纯氧化镨中5个稀土杂质元素

研究了ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定高纯氧化镨中５个稀土杂质元素（Ｌａ２Ｏ３，ＣｅＯ２，Ｎｄ２Ｏ３，Ｓｍ２Ｏ３，Ｙ２Ｏ３）的方法，考察了基本浓度、酸度对元素信背比的影响。各元素的检出限为０．０１１￣０．０８２μｇ／ｍＬ，相对标准偏差０．３％￣４．５％，高浓度元素回收率为１００．５％￣１０８．２％，低浓度元素回收率为９４．０％￣１０５．６％。本方法快速、准确、简单，可满足９９．９％的氧化镨测定要求。     

合金钢中多元素光电光谱测定

将固体合金钢试样在砂轮或车床上打平，用选好的仪器测量条件，以合金的主体元素为内标，对不同种类的合金钢标样用美国ＢＡＩＲＤ ＳＰＥＣＴＲＯＶＡＣ ２００ＣＤＶ－５，ＨＲ－４００光源，光电直读光谱仪测定其中的Ｓｉ、Ｍｎ、Ｐ、Ｓ、Ｃ、Ｃｒ、Ｎｉ、Ｗ、Ｖ、Ｔｉ、Ｍｏ、Ｃｏ和Ｃｕ等１３种杂质元素，经过基体校正和干扰校正后，分析结果与标准值基本一致，其相对标准偏差（ＲＳＤ）均小于１０％。经控样校正后可用一组标     

从提炼金属钪废渣中分离提取高纯氧化钪工艺研究

本工艺选用Ｐ３５０从提炼金属钪废渣盐酸浸出液中分离提取高纯氧化钪。作者详尽讨论了萃取剂浓度、料液浓度、酸度及相比等因素对Ｓｃ萃取率影响以及料液酸度、Ｐ３５０浓度对Ｓｃ与３１种杂质元素分离效果的影响，探索了Ｓｃ的沉淀工艺和灼烧工艺。在上述研究的基础上确立了Ｐ３５０萃取法从提炼金属钪废渣中分离提取高纯氧化钪工艺条件。采用单级萃取器、二级逆流萃取，共回收氧化钪１８．５ｋｇ，产品质量稳定，工艺直收率大于９５％，氧化钪纯度相对稀土杂质大于９９．９９９％，相对３１个金属杂质大于９９．９９％。     

熔渣中硫化锡烟化的动力学研究

对熔渣中ＳｎＳ烟化的动力学过程通过测量ＳｎＳ蒸气氧化所产生的ＳＯ２的量进行了研究。同时考查了氩气流速度、熔渣组份及温度等因素对过程的影响，研究表明，该动力学过程是一个关于熔渣锡浓度的准一级反应过程，在熔渣中硫的含量接近于３．５￣４．５％范围时，其表观速率常数最大，而硫含量低于３．５％或高于４．５％时，该常数有较大幅度的降低。熔渣中加入ＣａＯ可以加快烟化过程。提高氩气流速度和温度有利于ＳｎＳ的烟化。     

废弃锰矿焙砂浸出液的铁,钴,锰分离研究

本文对四川省某地废弃锰矿焙砂浸出液进行了铁、钴、锰分离工艺研究。研究结果表明，用ＭｎＯ２作氧化剂，在溶液ｐＨ＝１￣２，温度１００℃，时间１ｈ，ＭｎＯ２用量为理论量的１．５倍的条件下，氧化了Ｆｅ＾２＋；氧化后控制溶液ｐＨ＝３．８￣４．１，用浓度为６￣７％的石灰乳液中和除铁，铁的去除率可达９８．０５％；除铁后的溶液控制ｐＨ＝４．５￣５．４，温度８０℃，用２０％Ｎａ２Ｓ溶液沉钴，Ｎａ２Ｓ的用量为理论量的     

ICP—AES法同时测定金属锌中的铅,铁,镉,铜,锑

针对金属锌中杂质元素分析, 选择了最佳仪器条件, 拟定了加入内标元素的方法,用ＩＣＰ－ ＡＥＳ法同时测定题示元素, 测定结果能满足生产需要。     

高纯稀土氧化物中钾、钠、镁、锰和锌的测定

本文采用空气─乙炔原子吸收法测定了高纯氧化镧、氧化钐、氧化镨、氧化铒和氧化钬中钾、钠、镁、锰和锌的含量，考察了基体效应及共存离子对待测元素的干扰，确定了最佳的工作条件。     

X射线荧光能谱稀土在线分析技术基础研究(Ⅰ)——元素间效应和校正用数学模型

从１５个稀土元素中选择了有代表性的４个元素Ｙ，Ｌａ，Ｓｍ，Ｇｄ组成试验样品。就Ｘ射线荧光能谱在线分析中存在的元素间吸收—增强效应，理论α系数和经验α系数，校正用数学模型，背景扣除，散射内标等进行了深入的研究。     

小断面试样光电光谱分析

介绍了将制备好的工业纯铁、中低合金钢、微量元素碳钢等标准样品用选好的仪器，以铁元素为内标，在ＢＡＩＲＤＳＰＥＣＴＲＯＶＡＣ２０００（ＤＶ５，ＨＲ４００高重复率火花光源）光电光谱仪的氩气气氛中激发绘制校准曲线，然后按照自编的校正程序进行Ｈ０８Ａ焊条钢及打包铁丝（Φ６）的定量分析。实验结果表明，所得分析结果与化学值基本一致。
