QFD、TRIZ及田口方法都是在概念设计过程中使用的方法。QFD是从顾客需求出发寻找产品最佳设计的关键技术,TRIZ理论是解决创新问题的有效方法,田口方法是转化创新结果的利器。本文在比较和分析3种方法各自特点的基础上,讨论了三种方法在概念设计过程中的相互作用,提出了将三者集成为一个理想的概念设计方法,该方法将最大限度地发挥各自的优势,弥补不足,从而实现设计质量创新。 相似文献

为消除产品概念设计过程中可能产生的二层问题的负面影响,提出了一种基于质量功能配置与创造性解决问题理论的三种技术工具综合的产品概念设计方法。该方法通过质量功能配置的质量屋分析确定需要改善的零部件;在对零部件进行负相关分析的基础上,应用创造性解决问题理论技术工具提出解决一对质量特性负相关的方案;然后通过多次循环的质量功能配置分析与创造性解决问题理论技术工具应用,预测可能产生的二层问题并降低其负面影响,进而形成有效的产品概念设计方案。通过在某全自动洗衣机研发过程中的实际应用,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

为了提高产品创新设计效率,提出一种基于质量功能展开(QFD)、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)和仿生学的产品创新设计过程模型。首先,根据客户需求利用QFD理论构建产品质量屋,结合TRIZ的矛盾冲突理论将负相关技术特性映射到对应的发明原理,综合考虑发明原理三大准则筛选出合适的发明原理;然后,搜索基于发明原理的生物实例库获得多个生物实例,分别计算其与设计目标之间的功能流相似度并将相似度值最高的作为仿生原型;最后基于建立好的生物系统数据库、产品系统数据库和协同中间件数据库,利用协同中间件进行跨领域多层次协同映射,得到产品仿生设计方案。利用上述过程模型对风扇叶片进行创新设计,并结合FLUENT软件进行数值模拟,结果表明风扇叶片在提高风量和降低噪声性能上得到了一定的改善,验证了所建立设计模型的可行性与有效性。 相似文献

为解决机械产品突破性创新设想产生的问题,将发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)应用于新产品开发的模糊前端阶段。在建立产品技术系统主功能物质-场模型的基础上,提出了机械产品突破性创新的方法;基于TRIZ全局理想化,对实现产品主功能的技术子系统进行了功能裁剪及可用资源分析,进而利用技术进化理论对实现产品主功能的技术子系统进行了技术预测,并应用计算机辅助创新软件(CAI)工具建立了机械产品突破性创新设想产生过程模型。中药滴丸机创新设想的产生验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

Quality function deployment (QFD) provides a systematic methodology to assist companies in developing quality products that
are able to satisfy customer needs. The house of quality (HOQ), as the first phase of QFD, plays the most important role in
product development. Frequently, fuzzy numbers are used to quantify the vagueness of linguistic terms so as to facilitate
subjective assessments in the HOQ. However, the issue concerning how to determine the boundary intervals of fuzzy numbers
remains unresolved. This work proposes a novel approach based on rough set theory, and introduces two concepts called rough
number and rough boundary interval to address this issue. A comparative case study presented in this work shows that the proposed
approach has significant advantages compared to the prevailing fuzzy number based method in processing subjective linguistic

Quality function deployment (QFD) has attracted much attention in not only the quality management field but also other engineering fields. The original concept of QFD is focused only on the voice of customers, which means that the needs of customers should be satisfied from the design stage of products. However, some problems were found in using subjective and qualitative data when constructing a house of quality (HOQ). To solve the problems, Wasserman presented a methodology to consider correlation weights on the top matrix of HOQ, but the weights are subjective data and can not guarantee consistency and objectivity. The Wasserman’s weights are randomly determined under subjective conditions. This research applies Taguchi’s robust design method as another method for obtaining the HOQ top matrix weights. With the new weights, S/N-QFD is deployed, and the result of S/N-QFD is compared with W-QFD. As an application example, with a real process and quality data of a representative company product, the relationship and the correlation between the process characteristics and the quality characteristics are analyzed. Finally, this paper presents a new QFD processing methodology to determine the weights with more consistent and objective data. 相似文献

The global pressures of the modern market are placing an ever-increasing emphasis on the rapid development and introduction

innovation. Research has shown that the front end stages of the so-called new product introduction (NPI) process are weakest
in a high proportion of companies and direct support is needed in this area. This paper describes how an object-oriented methodology
has been applied to develop a reference model and architecture to facilitate the re-engineering and implementation of a high
quality business process and help remove the fuzziness of the critical early stages of NPI. The results from the application
and testing of this tool within a wide range of different companies are summarised and used to help derive conclusions regarding

Abstract: Innovation is a process of taking an original idea and converting it into a business value, in which the engineers face some inventive problems which can be solved hardly by experience. TRIZ, as a new theory for companies in China, provides both conceptual and procedural knowledge for finding and solving inventive problems. Because the government plays a leading role in the diffusion of TRIZ, too many companies from different industries are waiting to be trained, but the quantity of the trainers mastering TRIZ is incompatible with that requirement. In this context, to improve the training effect, an interactive training model of TRIZ for the mechanical engineers in China is developed and the implementation in the form of training classes is carried out. The training process is divided into 6 phases as follows: selecting engineers, training stage-l, finding problems, training stage-2, finding solutions and summing up. The government, TRIZ institutions and companies to join the programs interact during the process. The government initiates and monitors a project in form of a training class of TRIZ and selects companies to join the programs. Each selected companies choose a few engineers to join the class and supervises the training result. The TRIZ institutions design the training courses and carry out training curriculum. With the beginning of the class, an effective communication channel is established by means of interview, discussion face to face, E-mail, QQ and so on. After two years training practices, the results show that innovative abilities of the engineers to join and pass the final examinations increased distinctly, and most of companies joined the training class have taken congnizance of the power of TRIZ for product innovation. This research proposes an interactive training model of TRIZ for mechanical engineers in China to expedite the knowledge diffusion of TRIZ. 相似文献
